My Mom has been at Candlestone for almost a year now and she is very well taken care of. And, she loves her room, the food and especially the staff. The staff was very helpful before, during & after the move and she ans we couldn't be happier with things at Candlestone Midland.

Moving my family member to StoryPoint Bolingbrook has been a smooth transition for him, and the staff have continuously worked to make sure he has the services he needs, a comfortable living space, and good medical support. Staff members have helped him find friends and have encouraged him to be as independent as he can be and as active in programs as he wants to be. Staff members plan outings that interest him and are always checking on his likes and preferences. Staff members are so kind and patient. Many times, staff members have gone above and beyond to make sure he has what he needs. The facility is clean and well-decorated, and the units are modern, clean, and easily personalized. I definitely recommend this living option.

My mother suffers from Parkinson's and Dementia and requires significant supervision, interaction, and assistance with the tasks of daily living. We moved her to StoryPoint after a terrible experience at a nearby home. [name removed] , the Sales Director, and [name removed] , the Executive Director, assured us that SP could provide the necessary care. As we were "once bitten twice shy", we were skeptical, yet hopeful, that SP would deliver. Not only have they delivered, they have exceeded our expectations. [name removed] is remarkably "hands-on", personally engaged in the day-to-day operations of the facility, and immediately responsive to questions/concerns. The nurses and caregivers are attentive, kind, patient, and helpful. Everyone that works there, from the front desk staff to housekeeping and beyond, is absolutely wonderful. There is not enough room in this review space for me to give credit where due, or to describe the relief and peace we now have, knowing that my mother is safe and well cared for.

StoryPoint was the BEST! I looked at a bunch of places I found this one, The staff was very supportive. When he was passing they all held me up. I was a mess. They gave me hugs and kept me standing.

My new apartment is larger then my previous studio, I enjoy sitting in my living room and looking out the windows at the beautiful scenery.

As an only child - I feel that I have found extended Family at Dominion Senior Living of Louisville. The care my Mom receives is personalized to her specific needs and provides me with much needed support as we traverse Moms dementia journey.

Because my parents weren't interested in choosing their assisted living facility, the responsibility of making that decision became mine. The most important question l asked myself each time l toured a facility was 'would l want to live here', and 'would l be happy to call this place my home?' The minute l saw Boulder Creek Assisted Living, l knew that l had found the right place for them to live! My dad's first comment was 'this place is really nice', and the kitchen sent sandwiches and coffee for them to eat because they'd been traveling all day. My parents found other couples to eat with eat day, and they quickly became involved in all the awesome programs that are offered to the residents on a daily basis. After my mom passed away Boulder Creek became his extended family for the next six years, and our family will never forget the love and kindness they showed dad. I highly recommend Boulder Creek. It's a wonderful and clean facility, with a very caring and amazing staff.

My husband's parents were living in Florida. We knew we had to bring them here to be close to us. I toured so many facilities, but the minute I walked into Dominion Sr Living, I knew I had found the place for them. Of course, there are problems bringing someone from another state but everyone here went above and beyond to walk us through the hurdles. We feel very blessed to have our parents here.

Breakfasts are good. The workers do an excellent job of providing each resident their favorites for this meal. There is a lot of individual attention to their taste. The other two meals could be improved by serving the meats with gravy and fewer vegetables claims my mother . The activity directors are fabulous. They try very hard to provide a variety of activities. The employees offering personal care in medicine administration, bathing and dressing are top notch!

A great place staff is friendly and takes great care of the residents. The residents have lots of activities to keep them engaged if they are interested. A lot of the residents have become friends.

Very accommodating and friendly. Got [name removed] into a routine, and it has really helped him. The socialization has been very healthy for him too. Appreciate all the workers and their and admirable work ethic.

We never fail to receive the kindest greetings and attention from every staff member whenever we visit our mom at Dominion. The quality of care and attention making the facility a clean, pleasant, and professionally managed senior living home for all the residents is always obvious. The staff is always caring and loving to our mom making her days pleasant and enjoyable.
