Dad moved in a month ago. Every time I visit the staff is very welcoming. The place is very clean, no odors. My family loves this place.

My experience has been nothing but good. The staff is polite, congenial, and caring. Activities are fun and helpful. I've made friends and I feel as though my finances are well spent.

What a lovely surprise to receive a Christmas sack with a lovely lap robe just the right size and weight to use while I am watching TV. Needless to say, the treats were delicious too. My family is so grateful that I am living here at Meadow Lane and not living by myself. I definitely agree! I can only think of all the wonderful things here at Meadow Lane; great staff, love my apartment, delicious food, choices, services provided and the opportunity to meet new friends. I love looking out my west window and seeing the beautiful sunsets. Thank you again for all you do.

I placed my wife in Assisted Living about 3.5 years ago when I could not take care of her. I moved in about 2.5 years ago into Independent Living so I could be closer to her and would not have to drive everyday to see her and knew how great a place to live. My wife received excellent care until her death in 2022. I have stayed on after that with excellent service and very nice employees who would do anything for you. As I leave StoryPoint I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for Memory Care, Assisted Living or Independent Living. If you want the best care StoryPoint is for you.

I feel welcome everyday and feel at home living in this community. You have the freedom to be independent and to participate in a variety of activities of your choosing.

My mom is a resident at Holiday Wescourt and everything is great. I would recommend this facility to others.

The staff is friendly; professional and helpful. Housekeeping is good. Communication is good. The meals are good quality and taste good, however they could possibly be healthier. I would recommend this facility to others.

this is a smaller community, so it's more homelike. I like the friendliness of the residents ; administration follow up with issues; restaurant quality food, with attention to my mother's gluten free diet; the many activities sponsored by the nearby Catholic parish, which my mother enjoys. (there are also Protestant activities, but not as many.)

Memory care unit is great. Good staff and great activities.I would recommend to others.

It's a bit more expensive than it's worth. The food quality has gone down over the past 9 months. This community was new and beautiful and apts were slightly larger than other communities.

I will clarify my rating concerning the value for the money: None of these facilities is what I would ever call a value. Ever. These are excellent facilities, but the cost of over $6k per month is almost unfathomable and out of reach for the majority of people in need. It is almost extortion in a way, but the option (Medicare facility) is nearly an unacceptable option in terms of quality-of-care. Personally and professionally, I am preparing to write a series of articles on the inside look at these facilities from my experience. I have every confidence in the quality of care at facilities like Danbury, but most Americans will never have such an option available to them.

Moving here has given my mom additional bunch of friends and things to do. She's more active for sure. They stood out when it came to food, cleanliness and the size of the room for the cost.

I love the location and the people. They met all my needs.

I've been here over 7 years and I love everything about this place. The staff is great the entertainment is great, Activities are fun. Really good food. I really enjoy all the different stuff we get to do here and all of the people that live here are really nice

Most staff are extremely friendly and helpful – the administrators and their support team. When my mom was totally independent, there were no issues. Once my mom needed help with some ADL though, too often the staff did not show up, or when they showed up did not perform all the specific tasks that were assigned. We addressed this issue with the administrators several times, and the situation has improved, but would be nice for it to improve more.
