It’s a very fun experience and everybody is really nice. The facility is perfect for all of the residents who live here. The food is amazing as well as the drinks. Also, the people who work here are super pleasant and enjoyable to be around. They help everyone who lives here. It’s super convenient to have nurses to work here just in case anything happens.

The staff here takes great care of my mother in law. The staff is always very welcoming when we visit. They are updating the flooring. This was great place during Covid. That is cranberry sauce. they already blessed it.

We visited several Facilities before finding Dominion Senior Living. The staff is very caring and helpful. They go way beyond to help the Seniors there. My father in law is super happy here also. Thanks Dominion!

Everyone has been great. The transition has been smooth. They take great pride and care of the facility and the dedication and caring for my mom and all the residents is comforting. We are thankful for all they do.

It’s always hard to leave your home and settle into assisted living but it’s been such an easy transition for my mother in law. Everyone has been super supportive and have taken wonderful care of her.

[name removed] was born in 1926 in the small town in Kentucky they Maysville. She came to live in Louisville in 2000 and it’s been here ever since. She moved into Dominion right before Covid. This has been a fantastic experience for her… We love the staff we love everything about this place. It’s even very convenient to our home in Northfield

The facility is pleasing to the eye. Clean and nicely decorated. The staff are so friendly and make my loved one feel like family. Location is easy to get to. Parking is good. Nic activities and resident can get rides to important appointments like for nails and hair!

The people here are amazing and it is a nice facility. It is a clean place and my grandparents are very happy here. This is my first time here and I am glad my grandparents are staying here. Family is very important to me and my grandparents deserve nothing short of the best. This place has delivered in every aspect and has given them a great place to live. Keep up the great work!

My Mother moved in about a year ago and we shopped all over the assisted living locations. Dominion ended up where we decided and although I was nervous about this move the staff at Dominion made the transition much easier. More importantly Dominion has met and exceeded all expectations. My mother is extremely happy with her new Doninion family. I recommend taking a tour and talking to the tenants. I promise they will share my sentiments.

This is a great place for elderly family members to go if they need assistance with living and your not able to do it. My step dad is there now and they treat him so good. They really make sure he has his medicine, he eats and everything is taken care of.

Dominion has proven to be a lovely place for our family member. She is well cared for and has settled in wonderfully. We couldn't be more pleased with choosing Dominion for her assisted living adventure

Great place for people to live. They are a nice business and they have great activities for the residents. They communicate well well with the family members and let them know if anything has changed.

Storypoint is a beautiful facility the common rooms and apartments are beautiful and immediately maintained. The staff are friendly, attentive and have high standards. They go above and beyond. They helped us all though a difficult time with their compassion and care.

The directors are truly sensational. The facility is top notch and in summer we enjoyed many strolls in their private garden. The everyday activities are enjoyed by the residents and they make sure that everyone who wants to attend is there. My Dad enjoys the food and especially the soups everyday. The facility personal are willing to make adjustments to the room such as letting my Dad have his own TV at eye level and setting up DVR service for football watching. As crisis in health happens, the residents can push a panic button, and service is immediately given, including calling an ambulance if required. Their support for a recent health crisis with my Dad was much appreciated. My Dad requires help with showers and they are scheduled twice a week, but sometimes he is overlooked unless I follow up with the care givers.

I've been very happy with them. I rate 5 on all of those items. Yes, I would recommend StoryPoint Knoxville West to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

My grandparents have been living here for several months and they love it. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they are always raving about how good the food is. You can trust these folks to treat their family like their own.

Everyone is very friendly! They are like family. My dad has the studio and its perfect size. Very accessible. Laundry is very accessible, central dining room isn't too far away. I would absolutely recommend IV of Traverse City to others looking.
