The staff was wonderful and very attentive to the needs of my brother. The room was nice sized and clean and the food was good. If someone needs an assisted living facility, this place should be one to look at. I would recommend this community to others.

Everyone is friendly & helpful. It is a real family. My Mom loves the food. It is very clean. Maintenance is fast very good. Grounds are beautiful. I do highly recommend Storypoint.

Staff is helpful and pleasant. Looks like all is as promised. I'm happy with my location and am enjoying some of the activities.

I recently had the opportunity to tour StoryPoint East Lansing, and I was absolutely impressed by how beautiful the community is! The atmosphere was welcoming, the community was gorgeous, and I especially love that it is pet-friendly. It's wonderful to see a community that recognizes how important our furry companions are and allows residents to continue enjoying that special bond. Overall, I had a wonderful experience touring StoryPoint East Lansing and would highly recommend checking it out for anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming community that feels like home!

Very clean and well managed. The staff go above and beyond to help and assist all residents and always make sure they feel like they are home.

I love the staff everyone helps and are there for the people. The leadership team is amazing and go above and beyond for the residents. Just wish we could have more outings and cookouts. On a daily basis I feel at home and welcomed.

Before coming here I was alone every day, every holiday, birthday etc. I could not clean anymore, and meals consisted of TV dinners. Not very nutritional. I now have friends here and we worry about each other. We offer help and prayers when needed as well. I still sit in my room a lot, but that is my choice. There are lots of activities to keep me from being bored.

Best caring team ever caring and I love being here. They treat you like family and make everyday fun. We have activities everyday and it's so much fun. I have been here for a few years and I would recommend for anyone needing companion or a good place to live.

My mother recently moved to Danbury Senior Living in Cuyahoga Falls. The experience has been so very positive. She leapt in with both feet participating in activities and outing on the bus. The residents and staff have been welcoming and kind. Every single staff member has been so very kind and helpful to her and our family through the process. I recommend Danbury Senior Living very highly!

I have lived here 6 years with no complaints. The staff shows compassion. And the staff has lots of energy, lots of programs, and I like having the shuttle bus to go to medical appointments or the Doctor.

I enjoy it. It’s been very good. I’ve made quite a few friends. I wouldn’t want to have to move out because I would miss everybody. This has been my home for 12 years. I’ve been here a long time even when I had Covid. I missed everyone during that time.

5-spacious, expensive apartment, plenty of activities, great food but that location doesn't have a memory care unit. Additional services like medicine administration, night checks, etc. All service where by a third party company that worked during the day.

Our move to South Point has gone very smoothly. The staff and all the residents have been so friendly and helpful from day one. We really like our apartment. We were able to downsize our contents and still have room for all the things we wanted to bring. The building and our apartment were very clean and remain clean every day as the staff here are very diligent about keeping it clean. The food we feel is very good with a good variety and good choices every day. The meals are planned by a dietitian at Story Point's home office for a month at a time and focused on good healthy eating. It's not always to everyone's liking but so far we are happy with it. They are working on getting more activities up and running as a new activity director was recently hired. We would highly recommend Story Point for any senior looking to make the move to this type of living arrangement.

Staff were very friendly when I stopped in to visit my longtime friend who is living here. I was greeted at the front desk and they were able to direct me to where her room is! One of them even chatted with me for awhile, which was lovely!

I love the residents and staff here. Everyone is friendly and truly care about one another. There are lots of activities to participate in. I eat meals with my friends there frequently and the food is always great. Love this place would consider living here myself.

We have been very pleased with Independence Village. I have not seen nor sampled the food but everything else has been a 5! The staff are wonderful. Attentive and caring. The entire environment is very clean, halls are open and accessible. Her apartment is big enough she is not crowded but not overwhelmed either

I like that this is a smaller facility set up in neighborhoods of 11-12 residents. Each has a living room, kitchen and dining area. It has a very homey feel. Staff have always been friendly and responsive. Apartments are small but adequate.

All the staff is very friendly and so are the residents! Love the storage availability. Even though her apartment is smaller than [community removed] it feels bigger with extra high ceilings. Food is great with lots of choices. The Chef even stopped in to see what kinds of foods she likes. Overall great place!

The staff is top notch they are so obliging and caring they will do anything for you. Especially when i was new, and bewildered they helped me adapt. And i especially like that they call everyone by their first name. As a nurse who has worked in many facilities they are so kind.
