I rate a 5...the care packages can be a little confusing. Also, with the care being separate from StoryPoint They are very helpful and go out of their way to get people settled in. Living and bedroom good size. No cabinets in the bathroom. Kitchen is very small. Sinks in the bath and kitchen are hard to use for wheelchair

The community is fantastic. [Name Removed] always welcomes me with a smile. She is at the core of what makes this place feel like family and home. The staff is happy and is always very attentive to the residents. The community is beautiful.

The staff is outstanding. They are always friendly and helpful. The facility always looks beautiful inside and outside. I love the music I hear playing every time I visit. I will defiantly consider living here when the time come.

Great location close to village market restaurants quiet neighborhood. Memory care unit next door. We have not moved in yet, but from what I have seen I would absolutely recommend the place.

I don't have much experience when it comes to elder care facilities, but the place was relatively new, it was quiet, it didn't smell bad, and seemed clean. It was also important that she had her own private bathroom attached to her private room that was just for her.

My wife has been a resident of memory care for the past year. It is never easy to make a move like this. After settling in, I have been very pleased. The staff + level of care are very good. When I walk out of the facility, I am content knowing she is being well cared for. It is a nice clean, well-staffed facility.

From the very beginning of my residency everyone has been friendly and courteous to myself and my family. I have been able to make my room apartment my own by bringing in my own furniture and making it as close to home as possible. The caring staffs have been great.

I like everything about it. I was just in the hospital and couldn't wait to come back home here to IV Oxford. PT helped me get back on my feet.

Wonderful people and staff. It's well organized, great meals. Nice to have pt therapy, and have a lot of good activities.

Fun and well planned. Theme plan for month. I try to attend as many as possible. People are friendly and feels like family. Glad to be here that meets my needs.

I've been in 5 different care facilities and Danbury by far is the best. The staff truly cares whether I'm taken care of or not. The therapy staff set forth a plan to help me to achieve my goals - from helping me keep my balance to being able to walk the whole building without my walker

Given the circumstances of my husband and I living with Parkinson's and I not able to walk, all the staff is very attentive and caring when entering the room or having conversations with staff. Overall amazing!

It's very nice here, close to everything. My apartment is quiet. I get good food and the staff is excellent. The selection of food in meals is great.

[name removed] has had wonderful experiences at Danbury. Nurses are attentive, and when asking questions at the reception desk they are all answered. The chef and servers have been very helpful. Any food reports are always handled promptly. Garden is beautiful. Activities are wonderful and she enjoys the special events and sitting out on trips to restaurants.

Initially we had some communication issues but the staff was/is willing to listen to our concerns and make great strides forward. Staff is always friendly + responsive.

I tell people all the time how wonderful it is to live here. There are plenty of activities and choices in the dining room. The staff are warm and welcoming and make me feel at home. I'm lucky to live somewhere where they trust me like family.

I like the activities at Danbury. I also like how friendly the staff is. The size of the apartments are perfect for me.

Friendly & comfortable, I feel safe and always love to have fun with the staff. I have lived in 4 other communities and this by far is the best place around!

My cousin has been a resident for about 2 years. Everyone we have interacted with has been very friendly and helpful. Everyone addresses you by name and answers any and all of our questions and addresses all of our concerns.
