I have been extremely satisfied with my mom's care at Springvale. She is happy there and well Taken care of. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have nothing but praise for the people that we interacted with at Schererville StoryPoint. We were so worried of how my brother would react and he settled in very quickly and he was happy. Everyone was very kind to him and encouraging and patient. We are so happy this is where he spent the last months of his life.

I think they give us a lot of freedom and responsibility. By responsibility, I mean helping set the activity calendar. They are good about making suggestions about my health. I appreciate my neighbors and caregivers. They do such a great job. If they aren’t able to do something for you then they offer maybe a substitution or other answer. It’s so nice that they explain what’s going on. It goes very well!

10/10 we love it my mother in law has had a wonderful experience and I'm working on moving my dad in sooner than later. No where else I'd consider placing him.

The StoryPoint Staff are kind ,attentive and skilled in redirection and calming methods. This approach greatly decreases episodes of confrontation and agitation for my Mom. When new dementia symptoms arise, nurses are prompt in giving layman level explanations and possible solutions. Lovely, clean interior with very safe lockdown memory care area. Mom's ability to walk unhindered is invaluable Food and activities very good We all feel she is safe,socializing and experiencing personalized outstanding care.

A nice place with many dedicated people. Overall good food and lots of activity options. Administration is involved in the day to day operations. The care staff is patient, and willing to help with anything. We just had a week long special event that was great with activities, decorations, food. The activities staff put a lot of work into it.

StoryPoint Ankeny is a wonderful community with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The team truly seems to care about the residents and were working hard to make everyone feel at home There are great activities and a very friendly staff.

This is a very nice place and warming when you walk into the facility! The whole staff is amazing, friendly and very attentive. They have ongoing activities throughout the day/week. The rooms are nice and clean and the upkeep is great. They have a beautiful outdoor setting for the residents to walk and sit outside. They make sure the residents are offered to be involved in the activities and they check in of the residents throughout the day. I can't say enough about Cascade Trails Senior Living, I'm grateful that my loved one is there.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Boulder Creek Assisted Living! My mom has been there since May, and she is truly thriving. When she arrived, she could barely walk. Today, she is walking with a walker, and we believe so much of her progress is because of the encouragement, patience, and care she receives from the amazing staff. My mom receives the highest level of care, including help with showering, dressing, and daily needs. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They take time to talk with her and never make her feel like a burden. She absolutely loves them! The activities keep her so busy that we sometimes have to check the time before calling her! She also loves the meals, and the staff always asks if she needs anything different. We visit often, and everyone is always so kind to our family. My mom has lived in assisted living before, and there is truly no comparison. Knowing she is safe, cared for, encouraged, and HAPPY means everything to us.

I would have to double the rating it is that great a place. They offer delicious and heart healthy food prepared by Chef [name removed] and his associates. All of the staff is professional, knowledgeable helpful and very friendly. Many fun amenities led by staff and residents. Transportation to and from doctors and local shopping. The best part of all is how friendly the residents are. We are one big happy family having fun together every day.

They're the Best! My Mom has lived there for about 7 years. She's been very happy there. As her daughter, I feel overall satisfied with everything they offer. I don't have to worry about my Mom in their hands. They're like family. The staff is friendly, supportive and accommodating. The building is meticulously kept. They're always making improvements. The activity director, [name removed] is fantastic with the residents. He keeps them busy with fun and interesting activities. The cleaning staff do a great job and are friendly. The apartments are nice and very accommodating to my Mom's needs. My Mom likes the food. The dining room staff go out of their way to see that the residents are satisfied with their meals. The front desk staff are super, always making sure everyone is satisfied. Management is always on top of everything and very helpful. I feel comforted that my Mom is surrounded by caring people that look out for her. I highly recommend Danbury North to anyone looking for an independent living community.

The staff is very caring and kind. My Dad had dementia and he continually threw out all his stuff (clothes, linens, toiletries, pictures). They worked with him and locked up his belongings in the laundry room. The food was really good and they even have a snack bar for the residents.

The staff are incredibly helpful and very friendly, they go above and beyond for their residents and family members. The care they provide is exceptional.

After my father fell and was no longer able to physically care for himself, I was left with the hard decision to find a place for him to get the care that he needs since I was unable to care for him myself. There was a lot of guilt involved with that decision, but my spouse and I work full-time and my siblings live in other states. I needed help and fast. After walking in to Boulder Creek Assisted Living Center I immediately felt at home. The public area spaces are inviting and cozy, and the staff are very warm and welcoming. It's clean, bright and decorated for every season/holiday. The staff are helpful, cheerful and strive to provide respectful, compassionate care for their residents. The Directors answered all of my questions which made me and my father feel at ease. There is always something to do and he made friends quickly. He really enjoyed his time there and we all got very close with the staff. I would highly recommend this team and facility for your elder care needs.

StoryPoint is idyllic in every way; its beautiful property, meticulous design and knowledgeable leadership. Everyone is so friendly and happy which speaks volumes about the care and community this campus provides.

Everything has been great. The only thing I would suggest is a weekly meet and greet with new residents and staff to go over specifics of the facility and staff to evaluate each new resident to under if they need anything specific. That seems to be a gap that can be easily filled but everything and everyone is awesome. The staff is extremely helpful and kind and happy. It's refreshing

5, it worked out well all the way around. He didn't have any complaints. Room size was all he needed. Unfortunately his short term memory isn't good, so he didn't have a lot to converse about his experience. He did like the food a lot, and he's a foodie.

I love it here. I want everybody to know how great it is. Staff/care: Excellent! The amount of activities every day is incredible, not sure how they do it. The food is wonderful. They have different selections every day. The cleaning staff is outstanding, they do a great job. Room sizes are very generous.
