I am a contracted Dance Fitness instructor, seated for the residents. The staff is friendly, helpful, engaging and thoughtful. The facility is always clean, picked up and especially decorated for different holidays.

We recently moved my mother in law to Briarwood and are so happy with the overall experience. From start to finish, the team made things easy and helped walk us through options and went above and beyond with yours, treats to sample food, friendliness, cleanliness and just overall helpful staff. We are thankful for the staff who helped us and take care of our loved one.

Storypoint was magnificent. The staff there was also first class. Everybody was very friendly and supplied us with all the information that we needed to make a decision.

Nice food is YUMMY & places to go I enjoy being around everyone even the workers. StoryPoint was a wonderful place for him to spend his last few months close to family. The staff was friendly and welcoming to my dad and communicated promptly with me when any issues came up with his care. I really appreciated their patience and warmth. The facility is lovely and has all the amenities we were looking for. The environment is peaceful and easy to navigate.

My parents have been at Story Point for 8 months now and I have no complaints. All of the staff seem genuinely concerned for the care and well being of the residents. The facility is always clean and decorated nicely. There are plenty of activities and the salon meets our needs. The only suggestion I would have is that I would like to see diabetic friendly menu choices each meal. Overall, this is a top notch facility.

Wonderful place to stay. Very nice facility, large & spacious rooms. Bathrooms are good size and can handle necessary wellness equipment requirements. Dallas the maintenance man does a great job with special requests to make sure your room is exactly how you want it. Staff is very proactive making sure all residents individual needs are met. The chef & kitchen staff provide excellent meals with a good variety of nutritious choices available. Small gym area is available for residents who choose to work with Physical & Occupational Therapist's. PT & OT staff do a great job helping individual residents improve their overall health & wellness and build camaraderie thru exercise.

My dad's time at Danbury was a positive experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There are many activities and experiences for the residents and often involve family. The entire facility is beautiful and very clean.

I find the Danbury staff very friendly, helpful, and a nice place to live. Activities are always available. The building is maintained very well.

My friend has been a resident at this community for over 1 year in their memory care unit. I have been moved to tears by the caring nature of the staff. They always go above and beyond and have helped us in so many ways. We understand why this facility has families waiting for an opening, they are worth it! We highly recommend!

The rooms are spacious and nice for allowing natural light. The staff is above whatever the top rating system is that you use. My mother was in memory care for nearly 4 years there. We never regretted for one day the choice we made for her. The activities are fun and great for the residents to keep busy. But at the same time, if there needs to be quiet time, they can have that too. All of our interactions from techs and aides to the Executive Director (shout out to [name removed]) and Director of Connection Points (shout out to [name removed]) were top notch. Availability for communication with them was never a problem.

My mother has been in Memory Care at StoryPoint Bolingbrook for nearly a year and a half, and we could not be happier with the facility and staff. Watching a parent decline is incredibly difficult, and feelings of guilt inevitably creep in. Knowing our mother is cared for so well gives our family complete peace of mind. The caregivers truly treat her like family, and she is happy there. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and patient, and it is clear they genuinely care about the residents. We are very grateful to have found a place where our mom is safe, comfortable, and treated with such kindness every day.

I loved it and so did my mother. She liked the independence that she would have and what we loved the most was the all day dining because she never knows when she will be ready to eat. And oh my gosh the food options and the flavor!!! The food service there was incredible!

I have toured Independence Village three times (twice by myself and once with my mom). The staff was always helpful, friendly and very accommodating during all visits. They even arranged for my mom to have lunch there with two of the residents. Not only did she really enjoy that, but it made her feel extra "at home" having made some acquaintances right from the start. This community has a lot to offer and is in mom's "Top Two" communities where she wants to live. It just depends upon what's available when the time comes for her move.

Beautiful facility. Very clean and updated. It is a very warm and inviting atmosphere. There are a lot of activities provided to keep residents active and engaged. Would highly recommend this facility.

Mom moved in 3 months ago and immediately felt a part of the community at Heritage Hill. The staff here is very welcoming, compassionate and caring to all residents. They have activities going on throughout the day to enhance the residents quality of life physically, mentally and emotionally. It’s true that it’s hard to reach mom during the day because she’s busy enjoying life here. Oh, and she likes the food too!!

I was with a friend who was visiting her grandmother in assisted living. This was the first time I had ever visited an assisted living community. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming. She knew my friend by name. Every employee we walked passed said hello or smiled. My friends grandmother walked us around the building and introduced us to her favorite caregiver. She also told us she was going to play Bingo that afternoon and asked us to come back and play with her and her friends the next time we came for a visit.

The room size is great. The staff is wonderful. The food is improving. I would recommend the community to others who are searching for one. I'm happy here. And enjoying life in my apartment here. They just need to come visit here.

Awesome admin staff, always clean, doesn't "feel" like a nursing home at all, good food, staff is very accommodating.

Everyone is friendly and accommodating with my brother. They are very responsive. The food and cleaning staff are excellent. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a community.
