The experience my brother and I had at StoryPoint Central was outstanding. Our mother was kept clean and her room was too. The food was always good and our mom was happy.

Really friendly, I have too many favorite caregivers to name! Activities are good, because they even have activities on the weekends.

I've gained weight! The food is good! I don't attend most activities, but they had a great party tonight. The caregivers are excellent, especially [name removed] and [name removed]!

With almost six months of care for my father who suffers from some dementia, hearing loss, occasional depression and wheelchair bound, I can truly say the staff has been patient, caring and enthusiastic with him and made him smile. He loves it here!!

It was very helpful to me to transition from total care for my husband to be able get rest, especially at night at home.

Let me put it this way: I feel I have made a good choice when I made the decision to live here at Story Point. The staff, surroundings, and residents have made it a desirable home.

Our mother really appreciated the opportunity to first "trial" with a 90-day respite stay. She had a great experience and then permanently moved in. The modern, clean facilities/apartments, the friendly and caring staff all made her feel welcome and safe. We also appreciated that she could stay in her familiar apartment and simply add care instead of having to move. Overall, it was a wonderful, well run place for my mom.

I am a resident at Springwood for six months now and absolutely love it here! I am impressed with everything including: camaraderie, activities, location is close to quaint town, the view from apt, safety, and friendships have made it my "home sweet home."

StoryPoint is a welcoming place. Residents are friendly. This feels like home. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a safe, caring place to stay.

This facility was very clean and organized. The group of employees there were respectful and friendly. All the residents seemed very happy and at home there. The interaction between residents and the employees seem to also have a good bond.

Staff is great and friendly. Activities over past couple months have increased and are enjoyable. Very happy with meals!

They get along so well. Staff is the best. Great amount of activities and programs.

The staff here are so kind and caring, everyone of them. I partake in almost all of the activities where I make many friends.

Resident participates in daily exercise, some activities and events and very much happy with them. Especially enjoy van outings (lunch special event).

Story point has been a perfect fit and blessing for our mother. After spending time there, it is clear that they don't just provide a service; they provide a genuine home. The staff are some of the kindest people i've ever met-they truly treat residents like family. I was very impressed by the public spaces; they are exceptionally clean and clearly set a high standard for the facility's first impression. In observing the transition to our mother's room, i noticed an opportunity to bring that same level of detail to the individual living spaces. The food is fantastic (honestly better than many restaurants!), and there's always a fun activity going on, which keeps our mother socially active and mentally stimulated. Their in-house medical care and therapy have been very beneficial for her. We feel like story point has added additional quality and years to her life. We are so grateful and believe it is the best value for the level of care provided.

Wonderful experience! Accommodations are outstanding. Outstanding staff both permanent & student, excellent accommodations & activities. Helpful, respectful, I would certainly recommend Story Point.

I have lived here 2 years. And from my first day I really felt at home. Everyone was and has been so so nice and helpful. I really think I'm on a cruise every day. My family likes it as well and they are happy I'm here. So satisfied with everything.
