I wouldn’t want to live any where else. It is peaceful, clean, always something to do, food is wonderful! I love the outings, playing cards, and spending time with friends. My cat is always at home waiting for me. Everyone is so friendly & kind.

Mom and Dad moved to Storypoint in July of this year.They had hoped to partake in the activities and social life but Dad declined fairly quickly. Mom was adamant that she take care of him but it became exhausting for her.We arranged for caregivers to take Dad for a couple of hours during the day and it gave Mom some much needed away time. The girls were wonderful and treated Dad like their own Papa.Unfortunately Dad passed away in early January but there was joy that he was able to stay with Mom til the end. We could not have achieved that if not for the support of Storypoint and their wonderful employees. Mom is missing Dad but she knows a friendly face is just outside her apartment door!

Mom's happy here now. It took her awhile to assimilate. The area outside and in is clean. There has been a problem lately because she is supposed to to have her room cleaned every 2 weeks it's been now 3 weeks The staff has been very nice. Since mom is in independent living can't give u an answer. The food seems over cooked they have a tendency to cover everything with a sauce and when asked to put it on the side it doesn't happen. They try to give the dishes glorified names which sometimes confuse them. Their food has been really bad. It took mom awhile before she actually participated in any activities. But she has developed friendships that helps her a lot. If it wasn't for the fact mom only gets 1 meal a day which is below pare and having now the trouble of not getting clean I got to say 3 going a little to 4. All in all mom has definitely made an improvement on her quality of life. Yes it's convenient the price is a little high when u have the food they r getting. But she loves her 1 bedroom and does do some activities so she's pleased and so r her daughters.

I have been here over 5 years. All of the help has been very good with things being done and great follow up. The location is perfect being next door to the hospital and doctors offices. The chef makes my breakfast to order and the food is tasty. There is always entertainment so much so it is hard to fit it all in. I would definetely recommend Ludington Woods as my family is very happy to have found this place.

Everyone has been very helpful and nice. From the employees to the other residents. Dad really likes the food which is very important to him. I don’t have any complaints at this time. I would recommend this facility.

Great place. Wonderful staff. Caring and compassionate. Friendly love all they do for and with their residents.

My mom is so well taken care of and Flourish Collection. The entire team is absolutely fabulous. I could not be happier with the care and love that they show my Mom each and every day. There is always an activity going on, people to talk to, and things to do. I could not be happier finding this perfect home for my Mom. She is so happy and I can relax knowing she’s in good hands when I am not there.

We stopped in without an appointment to tour community and it appeared as if everyone was really happy to live there. We were offered lunch by their chef even. Its a big decision but we were very impressed!

In the short time that my mom was at this facility she enjoyed it. It is well kept and very clean. All staff were extremely nice and helpful. The only reason that we are leaving the facility is because of my mom‘s health needs and she requires more nursing care. The reason that I gave the meals and dining a four star is due to the wait time that we had when we were in the dining room before somebody came over to the table to greet us or take our order.

They’re very nice and eager to help with any questions or concerns . Every time I ask a question, they’re attentive and make a real effort to solve the issue. They helped make the move in easy. They’re great with the seniors.

My parents, my siblings and I are delighted with the caring, knowledgeable staff, beautiful and spacious facility, wonderful dining experiences and social opportunities offered by Independent Living of Oxford. Mom and Dad are lovers of music and they have enjoyed many entertaining evenings accompanied by piano, violin, saxophone and vocal talents - each putting their special touch to the coordinated and impromptu events. Every day they’ve found a new thing to smile about and are feeling welcome and a sense of home. Choosing Waterstone was a great decision.

Checked out several facilities and liked what they had to offer. Facility was modern, had a lot to offer it's residence. Food was very good with a very nice restaurant area. Staff was great to work with and the cost was very reasonable.

Great and people are friendly and kind here. This is a great place to be and there are shops near by to go. Plus the hospitals here the people do help you. I love it here. The food is great and they have bingo and other things and places to go to.

Everyone we encountered has been friendly and had all my father's needs covered. From the initial visit, to moving in, everyone was helpful and patient with my father. They have continued to be understanding of our situation and have made suggestions to assist me with helping him. I can't thank the staff enough for everything they've done so far!

We can’t say enough about how much Story point exceeded our expectations. It’s a lovely facility. The staff really care, and even though our aunt passed away after only being there six weeks, they went above and beyond to support us and her through that transition. You can forget everything you usually hear about assisted-living because this place really knocks it out of the park. Even the food is good.!!

My husband spends more time out of his room. He doesn’t always participate in all activities, but he watches and has conversations. All the workers treat him well. He doesn’t feel like an outsider. He likes almost everyone who lives there and the workers.

[name removed]was very helpful in the whole process. We toured the facility as well as 2 other sites and settled on Manor at the Steeplechase. My Mom is very happy there and it shows! The rooms have been renovated and are very nice. Looks Ike they have activities that she likes and her little dog is adapting well. Overall, we are happy with our choice for Mom.

They have a very active caring staff. They interact constantly. I've witnessed the manager always interacting with the men and women and how dedicated he is. Nurses are very caring and not irritated when they are constantly called upon. Not as big as other buildings, great staff ratio. Great activities to choose from . They are checking to jed on in their rooms quite often if they are not out and about. Family concerns are taken care of as soon as possible, meaning unless an emergency, they do have to get meals done first . They put the great chef they hired at another facility and it's not good. I've heard a lot of people that live there complain.

My repair and upgrade are preformed quickly and of high quality food is versatile for small changes and food allergies. The grounds are neat and clean. Laundry service us excellent.

Everyone is nice. Nice neighbors know them very well. All thee activities are great. Staff get the job done with a smile.
