The staff very friendly professional and helpful. The place is very clean. Absolutely love it . We are glad we chose this place for our parents. They are very comfortable here , everything is wheel chair accessible,

I find at this time which is very early on that everything meets my standards and above. Again the only complaint is no dinners on weekends but that is a minor inconvenience but can be handled very easily.

My father has been here for nearly three years (the independent living side of the facility), and we have nothing but great things to say about it. The friendly and attentive staff, excellent quality meals, and access to health services if he needs it. From the director [name removed] to staff...[name removed], [name removed], [name removed] (too many to name), it is a well-run and beautiful facility. There are less expensive places out there, but in this case you definitely get what you pay for to ensure your loved one(s) are safe and well taken care of.

5 for all. It's a great place. They all are very kind and friendly and all go above and beyond to help you in any way needed.

My mom moved into the memory care part of Devonshire in [date removed]. Her friends and family said I would see her decline when she moved from Massachusetts. But the opposite is true. She is verbal again and has more days in the present then before. She even recently told me she loved me and used my name. Yes she still has down days but I am so thankful for the many good days she has at Devonshire. I attribute her improvement to the staff who all talk to her regularly. The family style approach has helped too. I am so happy to have my mom in Devonshire nearby me in Michigan.

We have been in the cottage for five years and have enjoyed our time here. Story Point also has a large building with apartments. We have met most of the residents. They are amazing people and are like a family. They have a wonderful time together. We have had an opportunity to do some things to help others. Most of them are older than we are. There is a “little Store” there. My wife and I have been buying items for the store like food, and magazines. We also get medical needs and bath products. We have been doing shopping for 4 years. The staff are very good at their jobs.

I like the options for them to be independent but also supported as needed. They can drive themselves to go run errands or go on local adventures, but also there's the opportunity to utilize community provided transportation for grocery shopping and other errands. I know that they are sad that they're not in their home anymore, but it was really becoming scary for all of us regarding their safety. Also being alone in that house was not good for their mental health. I really like that there's opportunities for them to meet up with other people either socially at happy hour or during church services held on site.

We have had my Dad at Flourish for about 2 months. Knowing Dad we thought this would be a very difficult transition but we told his caregivers a little bit about him. They talked with him about his likes and really made him comfortable. Dad started to decline. With their help we had him see the doctor and adjusted his meds to meet his needs. Flourish is a beautiful place with a small ratio of staff to resident. I really feel that Dad is well taken care of and I am very comfortable with Flourish. I would recommend it to anyone.

Moving my dad into independent living was not an easy decision, but after talking with [name removed] and all of his help throughout the process of getting everything ready and then the move, and time to get settled, it really was as easy of a transition as possible. It has been great to know that someone is looking out for my dad, and that he now has easy access to friends, meals and outings.

People need to be aware of high pressure sales tactics at the point of decision. It's a great place, but the sales pitch is high-powered.

Both my parents have been living at Waterstone for over 5 years now and they are very happy with EVERYTHING!!!....The staff AT ALL LEVELS are so friendly and helpful!!!...The Director [name removed] has been so helpful and is very approachable unlike other corporate facilities!!....Even the servers (shout out to [name removed]) are the nicest people you will ever meet....They have many, many activities EVERYDAY and my mom never misses the volleyball games!!!....They also have an INHOUSE Physical Therapy office run by [name removed]and her and her staff are the best!!! AND the food prepared by [name removed] is soooooo good and portions will never leave you hungry.... They just remodeled the facility and it looks so nice and clean and homey....all in all my parents and my brother and I are so happy with Waterstone!!....It's a great place for mom or dad or both!!!

My mom is 91 and she did not want to move to another facility which she had lived in for 8 years. There were changes in amenities that affected the residents quality of life. So my mom needed to move and she still did not want to move. Moving at 91 is hard. The staff at Independence Village were very understanding and supportive during the move. Over the next few months she got used to new routines and new friends. During this transition the staff helped her hang pictures, helpful/friendly at the front desk and [name removed] the executive director took a personal interest in her getting settled in. [name removed] does that with all the residents and knows them all by name. He is very personable. She now feels like it is home. She has friends she eats meals with, loves the musical entertainment, enjoys her balcony, and upscale facilities. A very good place for my mom.

Bayfield has been a perfect place for my dad. He unfortunately is unable to go back to his home. Bayfield has made him feel welcome and part of their family there. The staff is wonderful. They always are there for my dad whenever he needs them. Doesn’t matter what time of day it is. My dad loves the food that is prepared for him daily. His favorite is the fresh baked cookies that they have out daily.

We toured many facilities with Mom to be sure she felt comfortable and it felt like home. The most important quality for her was the food had to be good. We kept coming back to StoryPoint Union because the people were so nice and welcoming but the food was also good. The staff is responsive if Mom needs anything and they also do a great job of creating activities that are inclusive for everyone.

The staffing at all levels is excellent. It is obvious in all departments that this is a very special staff, caring for our residents at Dublin and the community of Southwick Village. Compliments to the lobby support, dining room staff and housekeeping staff and enrichment coordinator

When I first came here, my son gave me five choices in the area. Luckily, Independence Village of Plymouth was my first choice, and now I can say the best. I’m so glad that I get to be a part of this community.

My husband and I are very happy here! And I would recommend this for anybody who would want to have their loved ones in a safe and and active community!! They have all kinds of activities, like bus trips, movie nights, crafts, special lunches and holiday get together! It’s really a nice place to live. All the staff here is amazing, from the receptionist, the housekeeping, maintenance, the restaurant staff and the management team

Provision Living of W Bloomfield is a thriving community. As we've gotten to know staff and residents, it's been a very positive experience. All of the staff are engaged in making sure their residents are as comfortable and connected as possible. Our loved one was a bit reclusive in the beginning, but everyone has continued to include him and encourage him. He tells us, and we're able to see, how happy he is at Provision.

I have lived here almost 2. Years and I am very happy with my decision to make Storypoint my home. The meals are delicious and dessert is my favorite part. The staff is amazing. I have made many good friends as well as memories in a short time. I would recommend this community to future friends.

Danbury Cuyahoga Falls staff is very efficient and friendly. My mom lives there and loves the food and happy with many activities. She feels very comfortable living there after being a homeowner for 24 years. [name removed] was extremely helpful and reliable during the transition. [name removed] in the dining hall is exceptional and very good at providing nutritional meals for the residents. Also [name removed] office manager has been excellent and very efficient regarding billing.
