This is a beautiful place to live. Food is great and prepared by executive chef and his amazing team.The executive director and staff are very loving and welcoming. The are so many fun activities for residents and their families.

Great team, very receptive to needs! The meals are excellent and the wait staff are all very nice and know everyone’s name. The overall experience is great and we, along with the resident are very happy we chose StoryPoint!

My mom is thriving at Independence Village. We are so happy with the nursing staff- everyone is so friendly and attentive. We are also impressed with the activity staff- there is so much to do all the time. I’d especially like to commend the physical therapy team for all the effort and care they provide!!

My parents have lived in Independence Village East of Fishers for the past eight months and have had a good experience with the staff, facility, amenities, activities, and location. The staff is a highlight. A community can’t work without caring and dedicated staff, and I am incredibly thankful for individuals in each area. After my dad passed away, my mom moved into Independence Village and we couldn’t be happier with her experience. From the moment she arrived, the staff has been warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. We were finally able to convince our Mother to move from her home of 60 years on the west side of Michigan to a place closer to family. At almost 92 her health was declining rapidly & she would be entering hospice care. We read about Independence Village online & reached out to them about transferring our mom from the west side Storypoint facility. The staff person was exceptionally available to us during the entire transition process & so considerate in answering our many questions & smoothing mom’s arrival. Her apartment was freshly painted & clean, prepared just for her. It was truly the staff that most impressed us. They were so kind & gentle & respectful to her no matter her demeanor, bringing her food or puzzles or laundry, assisting her, cleaning, or just plain checking in. We felt she was so safe & cared for in these final 2 months of her life, & we are deeply grateful for everyone in this facility.

This review is only about the facility itself as CorsoCare is separate. My mom and I visited several places and this one was by far the best in terms of resident activities, staff, interior spaces, and resident interactions. The flexibility it offers for independent living is so helpful rather than having to go all in on assisted living. They were able to accommodate my dad's needs in enhanced independent living which was much more affordable than if he had to go to assisted living. Our community specialist that worked with us went above and beyond to make sure this was the right place for us to choose for my dad. Everyone was very responsive to text messages as we were asking questions and seeking help to get my dad transitioned there from rehab rather quickly. The common spaces are inviting and well presented making it feel like you are on vacation. Other facilities felt more like a nursing home. They have many apartment floorplans to choose from which helps when on a budget.

This assisted living not only has the curb appeal, but just as nice inside. The staff are caring and attentive, they go above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable and happy. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers a wide variety of engaging activities. The memory care is perfectly designed for those patients with advanced dementia and Alzheimer’s. Must see!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is truly amazing, The administration, dining services, kitchen staff, daily support tech’s, and housekeeping staff are all so wonderful. The other residents are SOOOO friendly and welcoming too. One big happy family. A issue has arisen with the billing, but even that has been overshadowed by the fantastic people. The facilities are extremely clean and comfortable too. The highly skilled kitchen and dining staff prepares good meals of high quality, but the meal options as requested by the out of town corporate leadership are sometimes less than appreciated. For those times when the daily menu is not appealing, a a la cart menu is available. Breakfast is an amazing experience EVERYWHERE DAY. So many choices every day. Better than IHOP in my opinion.. The kitchen staff is excellent. The highlight of Story Point West is absolutely the inner garden like expansive enclosed private courtyard. It’s such a gem.

I have lived that story point for over 3 years half is amazing. Me and my husband have a two bedroom with a great view of pond. Staff is so caring and attentive to needs. Enjoy social hour and the live music

Wonderful place. I would 100% give 50 stars in all areas if I could. The staff is so lovely, I get top notch care. The food is great, lots of variety and we get good dessert everyday. I’m so grateful.

Everything as been great since I’ve been living here in the last three months. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of facility to live. I enjoy all of the activities they offer. I even got to attend a red wings game with another resident this month!

The staff is EXCEPTIONAL!! They go above and beyond when it comes to medical care, hospitality, cleaning services, and activities. The Christmas party was better than most Christmas parties I’ve been to!! Every holiday is celebrated with beautiful decorations in the lobby and cafeteria. Activities are engaging and appropriate to the population. Cleanliness is always top notch. I know I can call and get a staff member quickly and they know me by name! They treat ALL of their residents with dignity and respect. I couldn’t have found a better facility.

I have been very impressed with Devonshire ALF. The staff consistently shows compassion and care for their patients. The building is always clean. More importantly , the patients are kept clean and tidy. The patient rooms are nice and cozy. I don’t ever smell odor, which again tells me the patients are well kept.

The staff are caring, the food is good, and the facility is lovely. The only concern was the lack of timeliness in submitting monthly documents for long-term care reimbursement, which was the responsibility of the director. While the director’s desk may have been organized to her liking, it appeared chaotic to others.
