From day one, Forest Glen performed as discussed in the pre-signing interview! From the top-notch caregivers to maintenance and first-class meals, I knew this was the fight home for me. I am exceedingly comfortable here and am impressed with how the caregivers anticipate my needs. THANK YOU FOREST GLEN

I was visiting my grandmother last week and took her to a meal, to the salon to get her hair done, we sat outside for a bit, took a walk, came back in and to our surprise there was what is called Happy Hour starting with live music, finger foods, drinks and lots of good company, so fun!

I visited with my mom's friend a few days ago and had lunch with her, the wait staff were so friendly and nice, good service and food was great! Food came out in a timely manner and overall dining room environment was friendly and inviting.

I was there visiting with a family friend and was taken back at how friendly the staff were and kind. Building was very clean and tidy. It's not very often that you walk into a place and feel at home and for me I received this feeling and felt relieved that our family friend was in such a wonderful place.

This staff of caregivers are the best we've had since this whole adventure began. I look forward to visiting and I know [name removed] is grateful to be there. The folks that I first met when touring and becoming acquainted with the facility were exceptional. But once we moved [name removed] in I didn't see them again. They were very personable and helpful.

5 on all. My parents have settled in amazingly well. Staff are available and helpful while giving my parents their space. They are pleased with the food and I agree when I eat with them. They are participating in a variety of activities. We've celebrated both of their birthdays with family in a private meeting room. Yes, we would recommend Provision Living at St. Joseph to other families.

The staff at Forest Glen have been phenomenal. The care, attention, respect, and kindness towards my mother has been wonderful. Someone is always asking if there is something she needs or something special she wants.

Our mother moved here from living in her own apartment. This was perfect because her room feels much like her old apartment, but with the added care of the staff and socialization with other residents.

I don’t worry about my mother's care. I know she is in good hands. I enjoy interacting with the staff, other residents and their families. The staff has my mother’s best interest in mind. The only constructive criticism is that getting in and out of the facility is not always easy or convenient. It is locked down to protect the residents which is good but the door codes are not shared with the family. Family members have to wait for one of the staff to be let out.

The facility is newer and well kept. The staff is compassionate, helpful, and professional. The staff would be the reason I would give it a five-star rating.

We wanted a safe, clean place for our aunt to stay. Danbury has exceeded our expectations. They have a great,friendly staff and all have been super helpful. Highly recommend Danbury when the need arises for your family.

The staff at Glen Oaks treats every resident with love and respect. Further, their staffing model calls for a much higher staff to resident ratio than most care centers, so the residents receive kind, individualized attention. They offer a range of activities for their residents; there is no such thing as keeping people in bed because there's nothing else to do. My mother was so happy there and I will be forever grateful to her caretakers.

[date removed] we needed to find a place for mom. Our first action was to contact A Place for Mom. They responded within 15 minutes and help us start the process of visiting and talking with local facilities. Our fourth, and final, visit was to Devonshire Retirement Village. Immediately, from first contact, the visit, the tour, talk with, we were very at ease with the staff and the facility. We knew that this was where mom needed to be. The staff has been great in their care for mom. She has every opportunity to participate in the many activities, helping prepare the table for meals, a while she is still able to enjoy her hobbies of knitting, crocheting, and puzzle building. Thank you Devonshire for being the right place and providing the right care for mom.

I found everyone at Storypoint to be welcoming and genuinely concerned about how my Dad was settling in. They plan a lot of resident activities, which has been great for him.

Stonegate was very caring about everything concerning g my dad. Even so helpful when my dad had to leave to go to hospital for a short stay. They made it so easy for me as a daughter. They handed me a packet to give to the ER and this was just normal to them to take care of each detail. It helped me so much to not have to think of every detail. The staff was incredible with my dad also. So caring and they kept him going to the little activities that he could do. He really felt at home there. I am forever grateful for that place. He was in the memory care area and I can think of only good to say about each part of that area.

With some experience with other facilities Story Point in Troy, Ohio is the best in the area. Activities, food, staff are all exceptional. Only downside is no covered parking as carports are not allowed in Troy.

What we like the most about Provision Living is the cleanliness and appearance of the facility. Big dining hall with private room for families. Activities for all. Friendly staff

We recently had the need to put my father in memory care. The staff was caring, professional, courteous, and responsive to the needs of my dad and ours. I highly recommend this facility if you are in need.

We checked out several places before helping my dad move into Story Point. Of all the places we tried this is where he instantly felt the most welcome and at home. The first day a lady down the hall came over and introduced herself and invited him to dinner. Everyone I’ve met there from the tenants to the staff seems really kind and helpful. It’s taken a load off my mind to know that he is receiving the level of care that he does here.

People in the hallways are always smiling at me. When I came here in [date removed], [name removed] helped me out and showed me around the place and I got to meet some new friends. I love the chef here, he always listens to us and makes us delicious meals. The caregivers are great, they always help me out when needed.
