We searched for places for my mother-in-law in Collierville and once we went to story point we knew that was the perfect place for her. The administration and staff are genuinely kind and care about the residents. She has so many activities to keep her busy everyday. This by far was the best place for her. Could not be more pleased.

I haven't had many meals that I cared for, but that's me. I am used to my own cooking and this is different. There are a lot of choices. I just haven't tried that many things. It's too soon to tell for sure.

My parents moved into assisted living together. My father became ill and passed away and eventually my mother needed more care. We moved her into the memory care area. The Danbury personnel were so helpful for each phase of their continuum of care.

Story Point is amazing on so many levels! The place is immaculate, the staff is friendly, the rooms are a perfect size and the games are fun and interacting. My best friend's Mother is there and I have visited her several times. I love that she receives a weekly schedule of activities too!

I’ve been impressed at the ease of transition from the rehab hospital to Danbury. They’ve been very supportive of all of Dads special needs. They’ve assisted with paperwork and insurance issues. The facility had an excellent social program for the residents. The facility shuttle for doctors appointments has also been great and a relief to our family. ??

Danbury has provided peace of mind, safety. A good place to have my parents. It was a hard choice to find a place my parents to leave their home of 58 years. Danbury made the choice easier and knowing my parents agreed helped.

It is a great place to live. The food is amazing and they will make anything you ask. There a lot of different activities for us to do. A lot of outings. Happy hour is always fun on Thursdays, especially with [name removed]!

The staff takes pride in their job, as well as treating everyone with dignity and respect.

All 5's except for food. Not impressed. It's a excellent place and the cost is very reasonable. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

5 across the board. Mom is happy there. I would definitely tell anyone we are happy with the community and suggest they visit and decide for themselves. Choosing an assisted living facility for a loved one is a personal decision. Mom loved the décor, and that was the reason we chose BC. Turned out to be a great decision for us.

My mom moved to Storypoint Colliervile a year ago. This was our first experience with a senior living facility. She was reluctant and scared at first to be alone all day and night. The staff was absolutely wonderful reaching out to her with activities and introducing her to others with the same interests . The residents welcomed her like family as well. I cannot say enough good things about Storypoint Collierville. My mom’s cognitive skills have improved and she has met so many new friends. The entire staff has made this such a smooth and wonderful transition for her. Thank you.

Mom doesn't like the food. But to be fair I'd say 4-5. I've not heard any other residents say they didn't like it. The facility is beautiful, very clean and appealing. Spectrum cable service lags. I would recommend Story Point to everyone.

My feedback on Danbury Senior living Huber heights it's pretty good it's one of the best places I've ever been in friendly service and friendly community it is worth going over to Danbury and have a look see for your family member it will be very much to your pleasure.

I cannot say enough positive things about Boulder Creek, it's staff and facilities. The care for my mother from the start has been truly exceptional. [name removed], the Executive Director, and his team are responsive, kind, incredibly patient, knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it takes to provide the best care possible for their residents. Our transition to assisted living was medically and logistically complex and the Boulder Creek team made it feel nearly seamless. We are incredibly grateful to have mom in a safe, caring community with phenomenal caregivers. Their partner organizations we've encountered so far have also been fabulous (HomeMD and CorsoCare). Every person demonstrates genuine care and compassion for the residents and their teammates. It's really a special place.

The staff have been great providing care for my mom. They engaged her at the level she was able and kept her involved in the daily activities. Now that she has moved to the memory care unit, she doesn't have as many field trips as before. But the staff still comes up with creative activities to get the residents involved and active. The facility at SpringVale has always been very clean and the food quality quite good. They did a great job with the Christmas party/ dinner!

We toured about 10 different places to find the best fit for mom. One key factor was activities she found of interest which would involve her in community and not stuck in her room. While some of the others were closer, newer and a bit less costly, they didn’t have the personality that IVB has as soon as you enter the building. After touring the building and seeing the options for different care from independent to Enhanced ( sounds much better then Assisted) we chose the Enhanced side for mom. She gets med reminders and personal help etc. but still has access to the whole building, all activities and amenities it offers including a choice of dining rooms. She is on the 3 meal plan with breakfast in her room, goes to the bistro for lunch and for dinner the main dining room. Yes, this has been a tough transition but the entire staff has welcomed her, made her feel at home and has treated her with respect , dignity and a genuine sense of caring. She is very happy with her choice.

It has been wonderful for her. The people are so friendly and so much for her to do there in regard to activities! The food has also been very good! Extremely pleased with StoryPoint. 5 out of 5!

I am so pleased with the overall experience at Flourish Collection at Oakland. My parent transitioned so easily and is very happy there. It is beautiful inside and always clean. The activities are absolutely amazing. The Activities Director puts 110% in everything she does and is a ball of energy. There is always something to look forward to. She updates me on how my parent does in all of the activities. The food is very good & nutritious. They have food servers that pay close attention to family members. It is honestly like a family environment. It is not a huge building, one story, and easy to navigate. There is a nightly movie in the comfortable theater. Housekeeping picks up the laundry weekly like clock work and it is returned hours later. The caregivers are very kind and take their time with the residents. There is a LPN on staff and another Wellness Manager that coordinates so much to make things run smoothly. Very happy overall.

I am so thankful that I found StoryPoint Memory Care in Romeoville for my husband who had Parkinson's and dementia. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew that it was the best place for him. The facility was more like a hotel than a Memory Care facility. The staff, caregivers and nurses made us feel welcome and special everyday. I was there every day for almost 3 months and they truly did become family. I could leave my beloved husband every day with a peaceful heart knowing he was getting the care he needed and deserved. I would recommend StoryPoint to anyone and I have done that many times. I have not been back to visit my StoryPoint family yet, but I will. I have nothing but love for all of them.
