This place is a beautiful facility. Clean and lots of great amenities. Great food. You can tell the staff enjoy what they do and are always eager to help. The residents all seemed to be enjoying themselves. Highly recommend this facility.

Our mom is happy and enjoying her time at Story Point. It gives us peace of mind to have her in a safe and comfortable place. She has made it her home. She has met wonderful people, participates in the fun activities and even joined the choir group!

The facility is very clean, very large and all the staff have been great. My mother loves them. Josh, the man we dealt with very much tried to make it a fun and interactive personal space. The good is excellent. There are many activities even wheelchair volleyball. I would put all at 5. My mother had been very happy and that is not so easily done.

The housekeeping staff was very good. My husband was in memory care and in a wheelchair. it was hard for him to do a lot of things With the grounds I was able to take him for walks around the grounds. They kept me informed as to how my husband was doing. He was on hospice care so a lot of the information came through them. If I had a question the regular staff tried to answer them to the best of their ability.

This is the best assisted-living we have ever seen --super clean. The staff go above and beyond --we were enormously pleased.

What we like the most about Provision Living is that the community isn't huge and is on one floor, which is nice for my mom to get around. Staff are really friendly, accommodating, and very patient. Residents are also really nice and welcoming. Yes. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We recently moved our mother to Independence Village Fishers South. The staff has been very accommodating in getting her settled. They have been responsive to her specific needs and are always friendly. The residents are engaged and welcoming. We have had a very good experience there.

I'm extremely pleased as are my parents for selecting Independence Village of Oxford. We are pleased with the accommodations. Apartment is larger and offers a fully functioning kitchen. The admin, housekeeping, security and maintenance staff are prompt, courteous and always willing to go beyond the call of duty. The food is wonderful. Great variety, served hot and consistently delicious. I've dined as a guest 4 or 5 times and it gave me fine dining vibes. Great activities and a very caring and competent staff. Five stars throughout. [name removed] is especially kind and knowledgeable. He is a terrific leader. . Our entire family and especially my mom and dad are delighted with their decision to move to IVO-Waterstone.

They are quite attentive to the residents. I am confident that my mom is well cared for.

The minute I walked into Story Point Mequon I knew I had found the perfect placement for my brother. My opinion of this facility has never changed. Administration and staff were always accommodating and caring. Staff provided kind and compassionate care. The facility was clean and organized and meals were nutritional and delicious. Many people that inquired about my brother were told how marvelous Story Point is. I feel so fortunate that my brother and I were steered toward Story Point. It has been a wonderful experience. We are very happy with StoryPoint Romeoville. Great facilities. Dad is very pleased with the food and the activities calendar. We did have some bumps in the road with the nursing/ caretaker team, but we worked them out with the executive director, who is very responsive with concerns.

Very friendly nice - nice and clean facility. Apartment sizes are very nice! They offer plenty of space.

I am overwhelmed by the compassion and caring shown by the staff and fellow residents. The efforts made by the staff to create an outstanding and homey environment is tremendous. This is a great place to live from the dining experience to the activities to the building itself.

The food is cold. Soups are too salty. Food hours are too structured. They need more staffing and more training in the kitchen. Staff are friendly.

In searching for a potential place with and for my mom. The building is well designed to facilitate about 30 people. The apartment sizes are spacious. What shines is the staff. Visiting much more grand buildings that boasted ammenities, the staff didnt smile as much as in Lakeview. Food is prepared well and selections are bound to please most everyone! The staff made the transition very easy. The administrator, [name removed] has a special gift and leads her staff with kindness and compassion!

What we like the most about Independence Village is the staff and the location. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The people are loving and caring. The apartments are spacious and with a good view. There are so many activities to keep things fun. Love that they take my mom out of the MC neighborhood to join in activities within the community and outside of the community. The care is exceptional.
