Story Point Gahanna staff are exemplary. I have found all staff to be very professional and focused on the care of the residents. Residents are fortunate to reside in this environment. I would recommend Story Point Gahanna to all.

I’ve had a great experience with leadership as well as team members at Independence Village South. They have been very professional and caregiving to my loved one. He has completely turned his health around from when he first went in the facility. I 100% credit all of the members there at Independence Village South for this 180 turn.

My wife and I thought it was time to find a place that offers care that filled the different needs of each of us. Lakeview Terrace is that and much more. The employees are fantastic. They see ,and anticipate our every need..the meals are five star, and our room is perfectly maintained. We could not be more pleased.

They make each resident feel so much at home. They have so many happy faces working for the Tarrace . Which also makes it easy for the transition for your loved one so much easier. They are working with them daily so many activities planned each day. And have many outside entertainment that comes in and they love this . Sometimes it’s music or animals or taking them out for activities also. They take their time with each resident for their caring, or just a talk for a few minutes. I highly recommend The Lakeview Tarrace for your loved one. My Mom loves it! I love the care she gets. Knowing this makes our Family happy knowing Mom is loved there.

Thank you for the opportunity to share our experience. In a word - WONDERFUL! The overall experience has been Superb! On occasion there is an odor in my mom's room. THe friendliness of the staff and the care services gets a 5+. Beyond excellent! Very friendly and always available to help!. My mom complains about the food but still cleans her plate! My mom s not very good about taking advantage of the FUN opportunities. The value for cost gets a 5+ Much better care and loving atmosphere than where Mom was before and it's more affordable. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Both of my in-laws were residents of Devonshire independent living facility. They enjoyed activities such as kickball, exercising and bingo. We felt they were safe and well taken care of. A generous portion lunch is provided in the main dining room with other residents. Our experience with the memory care was comforting. Staff and nurses always provided great care that focused on patients needs. We were very pleased with Devonshire on all levels.

The staff is caring and patient. Housekeeping goes through every day. They have activities every day and try to find things that appeal to the residents. They also allow our dog to visit whenever I go to see my husband. I've even left our dog while I run to the store.

The multiple times I’ve been to independence village. It has been clean, beautiful and the staff has been beyond helpful. They go above and beyond for the residence. It feels more like family than staff. From the food to the care, staff to the amenities and activities they provide hands-down can’t be beat.

We have only been here for 4 weeks and we enjoy our apartment with its space for closets and the kitchen. We are vegetarians and are so pleased with all of the food selection, taste, and plentiful portions! Our friends most often ask as we have moved into an independent living facility: “How is the food?” To that I respond, “Great and plentiful!”

We are so happy with the love that our parents receive! The daily activities are amazing! Even ice skating (in wheelchairs). Both our parents have been there going on four years and we couldn’t be more pleased. There are new activities every day and the food is amazing too.

The value for cost would be a 4 just because it's so expensive. But you do get what you pay for. The food is great, not much processed foods. Staff is pleasant and not a lot of turnover. The only improvement could be to work more to try to get residents in memory care to engage in activity. My mom likes to stay in her room and watch TV. I wish they would work harder to get her engaged. But I realize that's not an easy task.

We moved my step father to IV Fishers in March. Staff was very warm and welcoming. Facility is clean and cheery. Great activities and programs to keep residents engaged. Food is well prepared and appetizing. My step father has transitioned to assisted living well and seems very happy. They also have activities geared especially for Veterans which is also a plus for him.

5 for each item listed. The facility and staff were amazing. The staff is very friendly and love all the folks who live at Ludington Woods. They have plenty of activities, games, and plenty of opportunity for people to meet new friends. The food service was amazing, the coffee pot was always on,it is a very homey place. I also liked there security system. This system keeps people safe.LW is an amazing place for your loved ones to get great care and for those who come to visit, peace of mind, knowing their loved ones is getting the best possible care. I almost forgot, they have a beauty shop and a doctor who cares for the needs of the people.

People here are friendly, staff is also friendly, the rooms are different sizes. Also, the food is great!

Staff is friendly and communicates when something comes up that may need to be addressed. I would recommend.

The apartments are roomy, I have a patio to go out on. The apartments are kept very clean. The staff are very kind, [name removed] and [name removed] were always there to take care of any problems I had, they are very kind. I enjoyed the ride around town by the golf course. Very nice place.

When our family member could no longer continue at home, he chose StoryPoint, and we are happy that he did. We all received excellent orientation before he moved in, and the community liaison was very attentive. The moving in process was easy, and staff were immediately helpful and welcoming. The adjustment process was hard for our formerly fiercely independent family member, and staff worked well with him to make it easier. People at the front desk, in the nursing corps, with maintenance, and with administration have all been responsive and helpful. The facility itself is clean, bright, and well lit. We all know that some days are better than others, and it is difficult to always have a cheerful, positive attitude. It appears that the administration has done a wonderful job of hiring people who genuinely care about the residents at StoryPoint, but it also appears that the administration is continuing to succeed by doing the things that keep staff motivated and positive.

When looking for a memory care facility to place my sister [name removed], previously in assisted living, I visited 9 facilities in the Genesee county area. When I narrowed it down to 2, I re-visited both. I had the opportunity to meet with the director of wellness at Springvale. When I sat down with her and talked about my sister, she took a lot of notes as we discussed [name removed]. She was actually building a care plan. We reviewed the care plan down to the smallest details. I was so impressed I knew Springvale was where [name removed] needed to be. The culinary staff prepared meals that were diabetic friendly and gluten free. They also prepared them in a way that was easy for [name removed] to eat in her deteriorating condition. The staff encouraged her to eat and ensured that she did. This was a problem at her previous facility, and was never a problem at Springvale. I am very happy with Independence Village, the care and treatment of my parents by all staff members has been wonderful. If ever I have questions they are answered quickly. Thank you so much for everything.

Very expensive when we didn't require much care. My mom would not leave her apartment so didn't receive a lot of care. Just meds and meals. My dad cleaned and did her laundry at their home. The apartment was very large. I could live there??. The staff was very kind and caring! Very well trained to care for my mom who had not so nice behaviors.
