[name removed], who led our tour, was very helpful. He even helped me get set up with hospice care, even though my loved one didn't end up going there. The people at Grand Village were wonderful.
Wescourt was great. But the third-party caretaker company oversold their ability to also provide hospice care. They are great people but she just needed more care than they were able to provide. I think if she was in better shape she would have been able to enjoy the experience here more.

Overall we've had a good experience at Provision Living of Canton. We had a rough start in the beginning due to transfer of ownership prior to us moving our loved one in. But things are good now, and we're happy with it. It's a brand new building and well kept. And the staff is incredibly caring.

I had a very good impression on the tour. The facility just seemed a little bit larger than we were looking for. Then I was less impressed when they called to follow up. The lady who called had me confused with somebody else and said they had no record of meeting with me. She was completely unaccommodating to sort out the mix-up, which was kind of a turn-off. I do know a couple of people who have family members there, and they like it. But it just wasn't for us.

StoryPoint Grove City looked like a really nice place, unfortunately it was just too expensive for what we were able to afford. The staff were all very friendly and the food smelled good. The reason we did not go with them was because the rooms were shared. Also, the facility is multiple stories and we did not think that would work out well for our loved one.

Anthology of Northville is a nice facility; it's clean and the location is convenient. They're on par for the course compared to surrounding communities, and it's better than where my loved one was previously. It's better because they actually follow through on our questions and requests. Communication between the community and our family is good. They're very prompt when getting back to us about our concerns. They also make sure to follow up with us right away. Overall I would recommend Anthology of Northville to others.
