Very please with the management here. Very clean building.

This was a very nice and welcoming community. This was too fancy for my loved one, and the location was on a busy street.

I would recommend Glen Oaks and their philosophy on caring for the residents. The residents are out of their rooms socializing with other residents or participating in activities. The staff are good to work with if the family has any questions or concerns about our loved one. Medication management, dressing assistance, and transfers are some of the care types the community is able to assist with. They are good at assisting the residents. The room, utilities, changing of linens, laundry, housekeeping, and more is included in the monthly rate.

The Director is very attentive to family concerns. All concerns are addressed efficiently snd effectively. When our mother was moved here from another facility where she fell twice in one week, our anxiety was high. The staff were very helpful and listened to our concerns to ensure mom’s safety needs are met. Her first six months we’re complicated by an open wound.that required two short stays at the local hospital and visiting wound care RN . The Physician Assistant is very considerate and helpful participating in mom’s care too .

Grace Haven is certainly caring and I really like the administrator. I could tell they were struggling with help, and their lack of staffing was really effecting the meals. I'd go up there and it would be 2 hours past lunchtime and my loved ones were not fed, one of which was diabetic. it took them a while to come down when we pressed the call button for help with things. aside from that, their communication was very good and usually done through text and phone calls. they offer transportation to appointments and stores, although we never used it. they also allow pets, and my parents had their dog there. the apartment was very nice, the only thing was there was no full kitchen just a microwave, but I understand why they didn't have that. the laundry service was done by the staff and included in the monthly cost. administration was very good at responding to issues and gave me her direct line, I thought that she handled that very well. overall, I would recommend this community to others.

I like all the staff.

We went with Dominion Senior Living because of the location, the price, the staff, the amount of activities that were offered as well as the overall environment. The memory care unit has their own activities coordinator and she has been absolutely phenomenal. She does morning exercises with the residents, crafts, baking, holiday parties, etc. I would definitely recommend Dominion to others looking for memory care.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked the tour but our loved one needed assisted living

Riley's Grove has been far superior to our loved ones previous community, we have been very impressed by its cleanliness - due to the help that it is brand new. The communication between staff and families has been fairly good. Most of the residents are able to gather in the dining hall - eat together and socialize. We have also been able to eat a meal there ourselves and they are really good.

The day to day staff working there are super friendly. Our loved one really seems to be enjoying the meals and dining service.

The community is very clean and overall a nice facility. The staff there are very nice and the residents are very nice. However the residents on the independent living side were more around 90 years old, and I just needed a more energetic atmosphere. However the meals were very good and it was a great place to live. The activities were pretty limited due to the covid restrictions but I would recommend this community to others.

The Briarwood community is very clean and well organized and it is in a great location. The staff members are excellent and the care services are very good. We have not had a meal there ourselves but every time we speak with our loved one they are really enjoying everything. It is a lot of money but our loved one is very well taken care of and worth it so we have nothing to complain about.

I would recommend Beaverdale Estates to others.

I felt immediately like this community would not work for my loved one due to his needs and what I could see around the community.

activities are well organized. bus is available for who needs it. meals/food are great.

I liked Pearl Crossing. Our only significant complaint was related to staffing issues. They required vaccination, so they had to get rid of some staff. And they didn't have enough people to serve meals, so the wait time at meals was longer than was comfortable for my loved one. But I thought the staff were very friendly. They had a lot of things for people to do. And the place was very nice.

Oxmoor Lodge is a great facility, this actually would have been our first choice. Unfortunately my dad needed more care than they were able to provide. They do not allow on site care right now due to the employment status and he needed medication management. It looks like a great place but could also use some updates.

The staff that work there are awesome - the ones that get to stick around. The nurses are very nice to speak with and are knowledgeable. The nurses aids are wonderful. However the value is overpriced for the quality of the meals and lack of urgency when the assist button is pressed. The nurses at times do not respond in a timely manner. The meals are the biggest issue. On the independent living side it is like a 4 star sit down restaurant style dining. They have a chef that lays out the entire menu and a wait staff. On the assisted living side it is a cafeteria vibe where the food is horrible. If they do not like the menu items they either get an overdone cheeseburger or peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
