I would recommend this community to others

We've been here 8+ years. Never regretted leaving our condo for. I.V . Nice apt, great staff for activities, beautiful dining room, good meals (most of the time).

I am a daughter of a resident in Memory Care at Grand Haven Living Center. My mother has been residing here for the past nine months. Although the Corona 19 virus has added challenges, I have found the staff available to answer questions and concerns that I might have had. They have tried to arrange outdoor visits during the nice weather and set them up inside during the Fall in a safe manner. The Life enrichment team has set up Face Time visits when in person gathering has not been possible. They provide a variety of activities for the residents which has been helpful during the winter months. The caregivers treat my mother with kindness and compassion. I look forward to in person visits when it is safe to do so.

The community is nice, it could use a kitchen update but the community overall does the job. I would definitely recommend this community to others

We chose Pearl Crossing because it was exactly what we were looking for, they are senior apartment but provide amenities like meals and cleaning. Her apartment is a studio and it is small but adequate for her needs. It is a very friendly community, it is easy to settle in. Overall, it has been a good experience and we would recommend it.

They were there for a few weeks and we decided to bring them home due to covid. The community did a great job with its care and the community is beautiful. It was just bad timing with covid and we wanted them at home.

I was satisfied with the care my loved one received. Overall, I feel they are doing a good job. I believe this is better than average. After looking at several communities I choose this one, and I'm happy I did.

Initially, I was not very happy. The facility is beautiful but there was a lot of turnover of staff. Now, they got things straightened out and I have gone from disappointed to being very pleased. We chose the facility because it is new, the location to family, and we had to get her in somewhere quickly and they made accommodations. They also had some great discounts at the time so that helped as well. They have been good with communication, if I call I get someone to answer right away. Overall, at this point I would definitely recommend them.

I would like to get a heartfelt thank you for the wonderful caregivers at IV White Lake!! Thank you for caring for my mother. It is evident that the staff really cares for their residents. Thank you especially for working so hard during these very difficult times. IV White Lake staff are heroes and really appreciated!!

my father was in memory care, and we were in the perfect place for him. I only had one nurse I had an issue with but when I voiced my opinion it was corrected. The food was very good also. I would recommend the community to others if you can afford it.

We chose this facility because we knew people who had been here before and had a good experience and the location. The staff here are very easy to work with and have been great at providing activities even with covid to keep residents occupied. I would definitely recommend.

We chose Danbury North Canton because it was the only one she liked, she got a good first impression when she walked in. The apartment sizes here are good, she has got plenty of room in her 1 bedroom. She has complained about the food, she said there is not a lot of flavor and they serve a lot of deep fried meals. Overall, I would recommend. The staff is really good with their residents.
