During the covid pandemic Lincoln Square let our family come and visit as long as we wore masks and followed to safety guidelines. We do think it is a little pricey and our loved one is not a big fan of the food. They say its repetitive and they serve the same things just changing up the name. However, the activities are starting to open back up, and our loved one is now able to get our and go to the grocery store.

My loved one stayed here for about a year. I loved it and thought it was great. My loved one wasn't as much of a fan, but she can be pretty cantankerous and likes to go against what we as her family like. She got upset pre-Covid when they wouldn’t deliver her meals to her room. I was pushing for her to go the dining room and interact with people anyway. I didn’t see anything wrong with Oxmoor. I liked that she had her own little 900 square foot cottage all to herself. It wasn’t apartment style living, which she didn't want either, where she would hear her neighbors above or below. It’s semi-detached, so she got her privacy. It was also very affordable. The reason we had to move her is they were solely independent living and didn’t offer the medical care type of assistance she ended up needing.

Friendly, clean environment. Entertainment team works hard to provide entertainment and to keep us in the loop.

Housekeeping is good. Meals are improving from a month ago. Employees are great with us old folks, treat us with respect. Washer and dryer in the laundry room are new & updated.

Love it! Food is okay. Enjoys the avtivities. The staff is kind.

I feel things here are better than the community I lived in before. We talk with staff. The staff for the most part knows our names I feel they are friendly and will help me.

Everyone has impressed me/us with their attitudes & how kind they are. The community is Spotless. The caregivers are great and huge help. Everyone is always willing to help.

Senior Star at Weber Place was nice. It was clean, and the amenities they offered were good. I also liked location. It was very close to my home. But it was just a little bit out of our price range.

Have my privacy in my apartment but I can always get help if I need it. All the people that work here are always friendly.

We toured Pearl Crossing and we really liked this facility. It is an older place but very clean and nice. The reason we did not choose it was because they had no medical care at all, it is strictly independent living.

Story Point has been a wonderful experience for myself and my elderly parents. At a time when their lives were so changed by complications of a stroke and normal aging issues, Story Point personnel helped us find our way to happiness and security again. Not knowing which way to turn I would stop in to talk over my concerns feeling completely numb from the emotions and I always left feeling hopeful again. Now that my parents have sold their treasured home and moved into their new apartment... and had some time to acclimate their lives to their new support system and all of the caring people at Story Point, all is well again. Thank You so much to everyone at Story Point for giving my parents a happy, active and secure life again. And thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving my family and I peace of mind knowing that they are cared for and well.

I wouldn't discourage you from checking out this community. It was easy to see my loved one. The staff seemed friendly and caring. They allowed me to see my loved one. It would be nice to have answers to our questions, that the staff couldn't answer initially. This took time for us to make sure all the information we needed was covered.

It's Wonderful

The community is very clean, and some of the staff members are exceptional and others are just okay. The management is great we get constant communication regarding any updates. They are doing the best with the activities, and it is a newer facility. Our loved ones biggest complaints is the food, other than that she is very happy there.

It is a nice place. The time my loved one has been there has been during the pandemic. Overall it is a very pleasant place to live. They do have all the activities that my loved one enjoys. They haven't been able to do activates due to the pandemic.

We chose Lincoln Square due to the convenient location. The apartment sizes here are good. Overall it has been a good experience and I would recommend to others looking.

we toured this community outside and it was very nice. the staff was very nice and they are very consistent. For increased care, the pricing would go up so this didn't fit our needs.
