The facility itself is beautiful and has a comfortable homey feel. The staff has always been great at answering questions, or adapting to whatever changing needs my parents need/needed. I appreciate the personal interaction they share with all the residents.

Experiences are good, tons of activities, good food. Our trips are fun! Staff is terrific. The dinning experience is wonderful, they go out of the way to make you happy and full! The activity team goes out of the way to make sure we are taken care of and feel like family. I’m glad I made StoryPoint my home.

I love the staff! They are absolutely amazing. You will not regret visiting or making Storypoint your new home. Also another positive is the location of the community. It is located close to many doctors, the hospital and shopping.

Staff works in Unity to be sure we feel safe, heard and respected. Our Wellness Director goes above and beyond to be sure we are mentally and physically challenged- is amazing in all the creative ways he keeps us Seniors engaged and current with the outside environment in our Community.. SO much Fun!!

When my folks were looking for a place to move after living in the same home for almost 60 years I started to do a great deal of research on assisted living homes in our area. I wanted a place that let my folks live in an apartment that was a home. I wanted a place where they were treated with dignity and respect. I was also looking for a place where they would stay in the same room as they needed additional care. Storypoint has exceeded my hopes. The staff has gone above and beyond in the care they provide. They remembered the little thing and stop and talk to the residents. Storypoint has activities that create opportunities to meet new people and create memories. When my father was having a difficult time and requiring more time and care it just happened. People were there to help when and as he needed it. I could not have found a better match for my folks and I am great they were there when we needed them.

They were very accommodating in keeping my parents together as one needed MC and the other only AL. Allowing the AL to reside in MC. The care staff was also quick to learn how the mc resident behaved and his needs

The staff and faculty at River ridge are incredible! They are very kind and compassionate and treat you like family they go above and beyond. It's one of the nicest places I've ever been to.

We toured the community for a potential future residence for my mother-in-law. The community specialist was very knowledgeable and shared information clearly. The apartments, though studios, had all amenities needed. Services offered were a benefit. The apartment we saw was clean and well structured for those needing assistance. We visited during a meal time and the residents all looked pleased and engaged. We will definitely consider this community when the time is right for a transition.

The facility seems to be spotless. You would never know it was a Senior Citizen Residence when you enter the building. Everything is kept in mint condition. I have not met one unkind person that works there. Staff works hard to make sure residents are cared for and go above and beyond to make sure the eat well. They provide activities to keep residents from just sitting alone in their rooms.

The staff here really cares about the happiness and wellbeing of each and every resident here. They will go out of their way to help in anyway they can. The upgrades that are being made to the building show just how much the cares about the safety and contentment of each person here.

The assisted living care team are absolutely amazing and have so much compassion. Most of the staff know me by name and know everything about my mother which is very comforting. We are very happy here!

The staff are super friendly, helpful and quick to return phone calls. The kitchen staff is great at taking criticism about the food. Dad loves being served in the dining room with white table clothes and cloth napkins.

The rooms, food and community are amazing! I am an ambassador at the community and get to greet all the new residents that move in. There are so many amazing activities that you can partake in and stay as bust as you would like! I love it here!

What we like the most about the community are the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Facility was clean and well organized. The dining area was perfect and the food was hot and tasty.

When my mom could no longer live in her home and I couldn’t provide the kind of care that I wanted her to have; I visited StoryPoint of Farmington Hills. I was impressed the minute I walked in the door. The physical appearance is very nice and welcoming. After meeting the staff, they were caring, concerned and eager to have mom there as a resident. She received excellent care from staff who are willing to go above and beyond to make sure residents are safe, well cared for, and engaged in meaningful activities. I’d choose StoryPoint of Farmington Hills again. Above all mom was happy there so it was a perfect choice.

My friend is an extremely picky eater and they make sure she has something she likes and if she isn't in the mood to go to the dining room they bring it to her apartment. The facility is always well kept and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

Staff is very friendly and know all residents names, treat residents with high level of respect, care services are good. Several activities that get residents involvement Meals are usually good but at times average.

The building is well kept and clean, we never have any problems. The staff and management are all very welcoming and nice. The other residents are also nice. It’s been very easy to meet people and socialize. There’s a variety of food to accommodate most peoples taste. Overall a great facility.

I really like the friendly residents and number of activities. I love going on the trips and spending time learning about new people. The entertainment keeps me up to date with new music. The activities are out of this world. If you live an active lifestyle this place is for you. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. They bend over backwards to make sure we are happy. I like they have physical therapy in the building so I don’t have to leave. I was amazed at how little I have to spend. It’s very convenient to have a bus and driver to take me to appointments. I’m very happy here.
