[name removed] spent over an hour with us touring the facility. She answered all of our questions and showed us that one only pays for the care he or she needs. [name removed] spoke to everyone on our journey and called each person by name--often asking about how their day was going. She made us feel as if we would get very caring and concerned help with anything we needed in the facility. After viewing many facilities, we rank it as our first choice.

The Director [name removed] was amazing and very helpful getting he moved into a nice room. Yes we would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

I have no regrets about my decision to move to Glen Abbey. My favorite thing about living here is that I feel safe, secure, and well taken care of. The staff always respond when I need assistance. I am very happy here and highly recommend Glen Abbey.

The staff. Every one of the staff and wait people go out if their way for the residents. I love the activities and bus trips and being able to go out to eat especially being in a wheelchair. I love my apartment, it’s spacious and I love the storage on my patio. We have the best parties, Mother’s Day, picnics, and every holiday! I love it here

I like my apartment it has a patio I can put my own plants outside. My bedroom is nice and big. The staff are nice and kind, always helpful. The food is good, I enjoy the desserts apple pie is my favorite. I enjoy sitting outside in the summer with my friends.

My mom lived in independent living, assisted living and memory care from 2022-2025. We were very pleased with her care throughout her stay. The staff was always patient and supportive of her and of our family.

Independence Village of Evansville is really a great place. I have been here now for 3 months and I am really enjoying my stay here. I have a really nice studio room that has plenty of closet space a kitchenette refrigerator and a very good bathroom. I have plenty of space here for my Walker. The staff is great and very helpful in all things. We are now just going through a remodeling process that is almost finished. Everything looks beautiful, all new furniture and carpet and flooring throughout all rooms including the kitchen. The chairs in the dining room are very comfortable. I could not have found a better place to live.

My Dad had a great one bedroom apartment with a nice patio. The staff was all very nice, and my Dad had a great experience there. He needed an assisted living facility, which is a where is moved to.

We placed my dad at Maple Lake in Paw Paw based on reviews and location. Placing your loved ones into the care of others is so scary and we were not sure what to expect. From day one the staff treated him like their own father or loved one. I thanked God every day for finding this gem right in our area! They became our 2nd family and went above and beyond for my dad on a daily basis right thru to his end of life care thru their hospice connections. I was absolutely blown away by their incredible care and love for dad and also for our entire family. Many of the staff became great friends who I miss very much. I would recommend Maple Lake to anyone needing care for their loved ones u will be very thankful that u did!

I brought my children up to StoryPoint to do an Easter egg hunt. We had such a great time. The activities personal was amazing! This place is so beautiful and everyone was so nice! I plan to bring my parents here when they visit in the summer.

I very much enjoy living here. I have made many friends. l enjoy going to the community room to spend time with other residents. I like to share my recipes with the staff. I enjoy crocheting and love to make things for the staff and other residents. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Spacious rooms, music and several conversations going with residents and staff during visit Place seemed clean and well maintained. Was offered lunch which I declined but it look delicious. Suprised to get a box of cookies when I met the Chef.

Crestwood has a team that cares and works with their clients in all aspects of living. My mom and I toured many places and she knew when we arrived at Crestwood this was the place she would live. There are lots of entertainment and activities 2 to 3 times a day, everyday. They can also tailor the food menu to your liking, for example, before dinner they will stop by and ask if you would like the dinner planned or if you wish to have something different. We have been very satisfied.

I have been here just over a month and I am loving it here. The activities, the meals, the staff, and the other residents are all fantastic. Overall, StoryPoint in Chesterton is a great place to retire and enjoy life. From the first people you meet at StoryPoint who give you the tours and welcome you at the front desk, to the wonderful staff at the dining locations, to the fabulous housekeeping and maintenance staff people, and of course the fantastic people running all the activities, and finally to the the head people everyone is looking out to make sure you are having a wonderful experience.

Independent Village Aurora Ohio is a great choice for our mother. She is cared for in a well-maintained facility. She has been there three years and enjoys her apartment. She has made friends and been involved in the activities. It is the right place, at the right time for her and definitely recommend.

What do we love about Cascade Trails? • the way light plays a central part in all our living areas and gives us a spacious feeling • the beauty of our surroundings – landscaping and wetlands and all the seating areas to enjoy the outdoors • the wonderful staff who strive to make our lives as comfortable and fun as possible – so many smiles and much laughter • participating in and planning activities • the delicious food and menu variety • the apartment space - perfect for our needs • we are closer to family • And, MOST OF ALL, we love getting to know so many people with such interesting experiences and talents – and even discovering connections!

My mother moved into Danbury Mount Vernon in [date removed]. She feels right at home in her cozy apartment filled with the furniture and decor brought from her home that she lived in for nearly seventy years. Mom loves the freedom that she has at Danbury to do just what she wants without the responsibilities of owning and maintaining a home. But most of all, mom loves the people at Danbury. Every time I visit I hear about the friendly staff, her connections with other residents and how the nurses are more than just her caregivers. They are her friends! I am so grateful that Danbury has turned out to be the perfect fit for my mom!

My mother moved into Cascade Trails asst. living before the holidays - it was a move that was not an easy decision to make. I’m happy to say that Mom’s experience has been a very positive one. The staff is incredibly warm and loving, I’m always happily surprised that even staff I’ve never met is so genuinely welcoming. I can also report the warmth is also shared with us, which is a lovely experience. Kudo’s to this team, it’s not an easy job and they do it with real grace.

Dominion has made our mothers life amazing and the experience for us has been seamless! What a great family atmosphere. The people are so caring and in tune with the residents. We could not have asked for a better life experience. The entire process was seamless, caring and people focused. I could not recommend a better place and experience than Dominion.

Can’t say enough kind words for the team that takes such great care of our mother. They are always smiling and genuinely care about the well being and happiness of the residents. They know our whole family by name and are a fabulous and talented group of people !
