The staff is wonderful across the board. Very, very friendly and they know the residents. We chose this community because it felt right for my uncle and the cost was agreeable for his budget. The housekeeping is great. The food appears to be good, from what I can tell. Communication with the family is excellent so far. The 4s I gave in the ratings are just because I always feel there is room to grow and build. I would definitely tell people to check StoryPoint Naperville out! They are good at what they do!

I'm currently a resident at Holiday Aurora Pond and I'm new to this community. The housekeeping seems to be okay. The staff has been great. The communication with the family has been very good. The meals have deteriorated from the time that I toured until now. The facility lost their chef and have been looking to rehire, but it has been over a month. I would be hesitant to recommend this facility based on the meals at this time.

Staff is caring and helpful-not hard to find someone when assistance is needed. Food quality okay but has been declining. Variety and number of activities is great-one of the best aspects of life here. Management is flexible and willing to work with families to accomplish what is needed. Food is biggest concern.

I have been living at Storypoint about 1 1/2 years. I am happy with the service, food, and the friendliness of staff and residents. On the whole this is a great place for me.

My mother-in-law lives in an apartment and we are very happy with her additional care she receives daily. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We think of htem as extended familiy.

Our first visit to StoryPoint was the best! We knew that we had found where we wanted to live. And with all the wonderful activities and the great food, we could not be happier. After I was hospitalized, my daughter arranged for nurses to come to make sure I took my medicines. The nurses could not have helped me more! I love the music every Wednesday! I have made so many wonderful friends here! What a wonderful place to live!

[Name removed], the Activities Director, is the shining star that makes StoryPoint, stand out. Front desk staff is often rude or unhellpful. Unable to reach the front desk after 9:00pm. Transportation has been reduced while the cost increases 12% this past year. That’s rough for someone on a fixed income. Food is great, people (other than the evening front desk person) are friendly. Cleaning is a bonus but another facility in town does all of this and laundry for their residents…for less money. Still mom loves [name removed] and [name removed]. They have become family for her when I am not there

Basically they are weak on care, can't provide service reliably. Meals not too tasty, not a lot of activities. I was in a rush and they had specials running at the time. It was randomly done. The staff was friendly.

My mom stayed there until she passed away 1 month ago, but all she did was rave about the food and the new chef. He catered to all of her needs and made special visits to her table. She also mentioned that everyone was so friendly and accommodating to all of her needs. [name removed] always invited me to come eat lunch with her, but I was only able to join her at an event that was there last summer and the food and service was restaurant quality. I really never got a chance to thank everyone there for taking such good care of my mom.

The rooms were much larger, they had options if my mother needed more care, everything was included in the price, the staff were helpful, dinner was included in the price with many food selections, and the price was lower than most places. We picked this community, because it was convenient to doctor's offices, grocery stores, target, nail salons, restaurants and etc. The community is made up of people on average 70-80 years of age. Many of residents are college educated. They have a variety of interests but not as much of a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

Danbury Brunswick is a nice place overall, although the apartment is too small. I think it's probably better than most other places to live and 90% of the staff is very helpful.

I really enjoy the food and activities. All the staff are great and very friendly. It has become my home! It's also very close to the farm.

My husband and I moved here [time frame removed]. He was ill from a progressive, debilitating illness. Support for both of us-medically and caring was with us with [name removed] and SP staff outstanding! Glad I can afford to stay! Smile!

This facility provides all a resident needs and within reason wants.
