Restricted entry after 8 pm. Must ring nurse office to enter. They were very accommodating and understanding of our brief stay (two weeks). Important to note they provided hospice care. Not sure all AL facilities offer that.

Copperwood has been nothing but phenomenal. From making an appointment for a tour online to helping my father feel at home in his new space. Every single staff member is kind and goes above and beyond in all they do. The residents are happy and there’s always something for everyone to entertain and socialize. I am so thankful for the Copperwood community for my father.

Staff was like family and facilities are very clean. Rooms and amenities offered are better than most places we looked, and very competitive prices Love that it's all one fee for meals, don't have any complicated plans to figure out. No complaints at all!

My mom has been a resident in the Memory Care unit at CopperWood for a year now and has always received excellent care and attention. Daily activities keep her engaged and the caregivers are wonderful. Staff is very responsive to any concerns.

CopperWood is not only a beautiful facility but an inclusive community where it’s resident members thrive. All staff and community members are so friendly. The activities planned by staff and those organized by resident members create engagement opportunities and things to look forward to. My dad was dancing his second week there - something he hadn’t don’t in years. Highly recommended.

Staff is very friendly and the facility is beautiful. Dining room menu options offer a nice variety. Bistro offers additional options. Many activities to participate in. Layout of entire facility is very convenient. I have recommended Copperwood to others.

Storypoint is well maintained and the staff is concerned about the well being of the residents. The apartments are a good size and have a nice layout.

Very family oriented and a kind staff. Room is small, 1 bedroom but well laid out with washer/dryer in room. Amenities are just what he needs.

The grounds and all common areas are very nice and well kept. The food is very good. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The only thing negative I have to say is that I don't feel like we were given a good "orientation" on how some things are done there.

From first contact, staff and leadership were engaging and incredibly helpful as well as patient with us. Mom was so impressed after multiple visits and meals, she was not interested seeing any other loving communities.

The staff are friendly and are willing to accommodate knowing it's your family that is being left in their care.

So many of the staff at Storypoint are vested in the residents with their hearts. The activities director brightens everyone’s day & he connects with each person. The policies relating to connection that they have in place in memory care are important. All of the staff are trained in working with dementia. The surroundings are warm and comfortable. We love the outdoor courtyards. I have been grateful for the care they have provided and how personally they relate with my husband. There are a lot of years of experience in the staff there. The food is varied and delicious.

The employees are so sweet! She really likes that place.

This facility treats residents as their own family members. We could not have been happier.

The staff has been respectful and happy to assist my folks at all times! The only reason they left is due to their financial situation. I also found the staff to be wonderful to work with and we all were very very sad to leave. Call out to [names removed]! And SO MANY OTHERS!!! I know my folks would have REALLY wanted more space in the 1BR. This was a source of angst from my step mom. But, it was normal size for 1BR's I've had. Frankly they had too many treasures that sat out and took up space. I would recommend to others that they get involved with people and things outside their apartment!! The amenities were great. Plenty of available washer/dryers available.

Their dining room is huge and welcoming. My mom loves the meals and the workers there. When someone new moves in they assign them buddies. So they are never alone in the beginning. Couldn’t be happier with the staff and amenities there. My mom even has a patio and she is on the ground floor which is an added bonus. They have plenty of activities there as well and a wide variety.

I would give 5's for all except the on staff medical was not great however they were in the process of changing to a new group. I was very happy with staff and food was good good atmosphere and activities. I found it a great value for the money and they are also making many improvements to the rooms and common areas.

Moving our mother was one of the toughest decisions jobs we had to make. My mother recently moved into her new assisted living community at StoryPoint (Gtown) and the experience has been truly exceptional. From the moment we toured the facility with [name removed] and [name removed], the staff’s warmth and attentiveness made us feel welcomed and confident in our decision including meeting [name removed] and [name removed] who both excel in their jobs. The accommodations are beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and safety. The care team is outstanding, ([names removed] and numerous others) providing personalized support with genuine compassion, ensuring my mother feels valued and at home. Daily activities, delicious meals (the team in the dining room from the chef to the servers feel like family) and a vibrant community atmosphere keep her engaged and happy. Shoutout to [name removed] who makes everyone feel loved/valued. I am beyond grateful for the peace of mind knowing she’s in such caring hands.

My mom has been at Provision a little over a year and she is thriving! I would highly recommend sending families in need of care for their loved ones here....they take the time to explain any and all questions one has....they are not pushy...they allow you to "breathe" through the process...they ALWAYS return any emails or phone calls ....my mom was in really bad shape when she entered into their care....within a month she had gained weight and was thriving! I believe that placing her with the staff saved her life! I am so grateful to them for the care she receives which has allowed me to be able to try and gain back some sense of normalcy in my own life! I will be forever grateful for ALL of the staff!!!
