I will give them a 5 for everything except the value, which might be in line with what it should be, it just seems really expensive to me. Staff are wonderful and so kind. My parents live in one of the cottages and the size is perfect.

From the first day till her last while my Mom had been in the assisted facility it was a satisfaction knowing how well she was taken care of. The staff and the other residents went beyond to help her when she needed it. I was always informed when something had happen or was going wrong. The home gave our family a feeling of relief to know that she was getting the best care. Whenever someone is looking or asking about an Assisted Living I mention Valparaiso Senior Living highly. Thank you for all you did and are still doing for the residents that stay there.

In placing my friend at Independence Village in Brighton, we found this a beautiful accomodating, positive, and active community. The staff has been fantastic with all our concerns. I highly recommend checking out this housing option for friends and family members.

I made one call in the morning to A Place for Mom and by early afternoon the same day we had an appointment at Independent Village on McCarty Rd. One introduction meeting and a look at the facilities and were hooked. [names removed] say the staff is wonderful! Also, they say the food is wonderful!! No waiting time, plenty to eat, lots of fruit and the food is never cold. [name removed] just loves breakfasts!

The staff and employees are all very nice and friendly people. There is a lot going on and things to do if you would like. The other people living here are lots of fun and go out of their way to make you feel Welcome. I have been here just a few weeks and I have no complaints . The food is good, in fact too good. I have a few pounds that have sneaked up on me.

This place is the best. My girlfriend lives in the assisted living building on the campus and I live in the independent building. Both buildings are great. I like everything about my apartment. I have a golf course view. I love the staff here, they are very friendly. I haven’t met anyone in this place I haven’t liked or trusted.

Within two months we have moved my Mom into Copperwood's Memory Care and my Dad into Copperwood's Assisted Living. Although this process has been one of the most difficult and stressful in our family, the transition has been as smooth as possible. This is all in thanks and recognition to the entire Copperwood staff. Everyone from kitchen staff, to servers, receptionists, front office sales, staff and director, to the crucial care-givers and nurses, have treated our entire family with genuine care and the utmost respect. All of them have taken the time to learn about my parents, allow space and understanding regarding their transition, and provide the care that makes my parents feel so welcomed and safe. This kind of unprecedented care not only positively affects my parents, but all the people calling Copperwood their home. It is truly the people that make Copperwood what it is -- exceptional.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Independence Village of Saginaw! From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming and kind. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and go out of their way to make people feel at home.

Everything is excellent here. I moved in about a month ago after leaving my home of 25 years. Staff is so nice and the food is really Good. My apartment is very spacious. I highly Recommend to anyone in need

Boulder Creek Assisted Living did a great job caring for my aging mother. It was a difficult transition for her to move into a place that was not her own home, the staff were amazing and I would often hear my mom admit that the staff were so nice. We felt she got excellent care by the caring staff. The food was good, the home was kept clean, the staff were always very helpful and kind. While we wished we could have kept my mom in her own home, this was the perfect place when that was not possible any longer.

We came to visit our parents for the first time since they moved in a couple of months ago. We found the facility to be beautiful and so inviting. There are so many options available to keep them busy! They have a gorgeous billards room that includes a shuffle board table and lots of other games. All staff is so friendly!

I am a resident at Woodlawn Meadows. I know what's going on and there is always something to do. I can always find something to do between activities. The caregivers are great and are quick to get me anything I need!

5 - definitely! All the employees/staff have been great with my mother-in-law. They are in her apartment within minutes when she needs help. The Chef is great and the food they serve the residents is made very well. They offer many activities for the residents as well. Open communication with the adult children as soon as there are any issues of concern with my mother-in-law as well. Would highly recommend!

I have lived at Copperwood now for 5 months. From day one I felt at home. I am enjoying the variety of things to do and the over all environment. Housekeeping services are very good, staff are sincere, caring folks.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff listen. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

My partner [name removed] and I made our initial visit to Springwood Westerville last week. Our purpose was to submit our application and deposit for the rental of an apartment. We previously had lived there for 1 year in 2019. The property manager was very amiable and freely answered all or questions and concerns. She made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Much of the property had been upgraded since we last lived there. We will be moving in a month and eagerly look forward to our return to Springwood Westerville.

I am so thankful for CopperWood - the facilities and staff are amazing! When I originally visited CopperWood, I knew within minutes that this was where I wanted my father to be. The process of relocating my dad from Florida to Iowa was daunting, but the staff was so incredibly helpful and patient with me, answering all my questions, allowing me to visit multiple times to choose the perfect apartment. The building and grounds are beautiful, and the public spaces are fantastic for encouraging social interaction. The staff always greet me with a hello and a smile and it doesn't go unnoticed that my dad is always greeted cheerfully and by name. Activities are fun and plentiful for those residents who want to take advantage of social opportunities. It fills me with peace, knowing my dad is at CopperWood.

CopperWood has been a great place for mom to move too. They take great care of mom and I don't have to worry about her being alone. She is eating better because of the wonderful meals she is getting and there is always activities for her to do she loves gardening and having a greenhouse to work in just makes her day. The staff has been absolutely wonderful to her , as they treat her like family.

From the first moment we walked in for a tour, to the day we moved our parents, CopperWood has been kind and helpful at every step of the way. The brand new facility is gorgeous, nothing like a typical assisted living building. This location feels like a home and retreat all at the same time. The interiors are fresh and colorful, the amenities are many and varied for our parents and the staff already feels like family. Our parents have selected a large two bedroom with beautiful corner windows to let in a lot of light and views. We couldn't be happier with where our parents have landed - safely and in their community.

StoryPoint North Ft Wayne has become a home for my parents! They treat them and us like family! They are kind, compassionate, patient and available! My parents are well cared for by their children AND now friends who have embraced them completely!!
