The food here is great! I love getting to sit outside on my patio and getting to visit with friends that live here. The activities here are great and the life enrichment staff are the nicest. The staff that work here are courteous and always very helpful. The maintenance manager is great and always around when you need him. The building is beautiful and full of love.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. They were always there to help my mother in law. They answered all are questions and needs right away. The food was great. The facility was always clean. We loved the green space all around. The residents were also very friendly. We would highly recommend this facility.

People make it home, for are love ones. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Recently moved my 87 year old mother into Danbury after a serious fall at her home. Leadership team and staff at Danbury were very helpful and responsive during this challenging time, many of them going above and beyond as they helped our family through the process. My Mom is off to a great start and the Danbury team and residents have been very welcoming. I highly recommend Danbury Mt Vernon!

I lived in a "torture chamber" before I lived at Woodlawn Meadows. This is much better! I like the freedom, mobility, and the staff that cares about you. They aren't here just for a paycheck. I like the people that live here and the relationships we built. I've never heard the staff upset when I ask for something.

Springval is a very caring family friendly home . Both my parents were residents there , my dad was there for 6 months but my mom was there for a year. The facility is always clean and the staff are very friendly, caring , kind and put their hearts into this place . They were so good to both my parents . I always felt my parents were safe there and well cared for . They have lots of activities and family involved parties multiple times a year . I highly recommend this facility!!!

Nothing is perfect; especially when it is human behavior. SP has consistently responded and replied whenever we (the children) had questions and concerns. When I have visited with my mother she informs me that "Everyone here is nice." And she is recognized by name by the care providers. It's a tough situation of life: A challenge, or inconvenience; not a crisis. The end of life needs to be met with dignity and respect. This is where we (her family) are.

I love this place, have lived here for a year. The best part are the people that work here. They do a great job and genuinely care. Latest example when my ac went out in +90 weather they fixed it. took 4 visits (on a Sunday)

I moved into the community after my beloved husband passed away. I was worried about moving in without him, but everything has been amazing. I love the activities, I participate in exercise class everyday. I've gone to an outing to Dow Gardens, it was just great. The food is wonderful, I love that fish is offered so often. My room is very pretty will all my belongings. The staff have been welcoming and so kind, I'm very happy! This community has been an answer to my prayers!

They always call when there is an issue. They have lots of activities. Attentive to clients/family needs. I would recommend to others. I feel very comfortable with care my brother is given.

We haven't been back to Tennessee to see the facility. But [name removed] daughter-in-law reports that mom likes it - the food is good and the nursing staff appears to be attentive.

I serve and housekeep here it is so fun! Talking to the residents truly brightens my mood! They are all so amazing and have unique personalities which I love to see! Housekeeping allows me to see a window into their hearts! Come work here!

Cleanliness is good, staff are wonderful (!!!), food is good with equally good service, internet is a lifesaver, activities suck. Don't know what can be done about that, I know everything costs money. I really appreciated a fairly recent movie the other night and would probably attend more. I would recommend this place enthusiastically to anyone asking, definitely. We have an interesting population as well, not surprisingly for an upscale place. Having my pet means so much.

I have lived here for almost six years. I intend to stay until my last day. My experience with staff and fellow residents has been wonderful! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great community.

Staff and fellow residents are wonderfu everybody is so nice here. Lots of fun activities and things to get involved in. Food is delicious so nice to have choices at dinner. And wonderful buffets on holidays

I'd strongly recommend anyone to place a loved one in an assisted living environment like Danbury in Brunswick, OH. They have very friendly, professional and well staffed workers who will take the best care they can for all their residents as well as keep everyone informed of activities food and anything else that may concern everyone. Beautiful place and highly recommended from anyone that's ever been there. Keep up the fantastic work.

The facility was clean and well maintained. The nursing staff did I very good job administering my Mom's medicines. They were also very attentive when she was having medical issues. One time stands out when they caught a low oxygen level in her blood. They called me to discuss their findings. We decided to get her immediately to the hospital where they found she had aspirated water into her lungs. They also called me anytime she had a fall.

So far, so good. The team is very responsive and has done well to go above and beyond in assisting and supporting my mother when needed. I’ve appreciated the way the staff has kept me informed when my mother has had difficulties with things and how they accommodated her room change request.

Very clean facility, lots of activities for people to engage in. The people and fellow residents are very nice and accommodating. This would be a great place to move mom/dad into and know they are in good hands.

This facility offers many options for a loved one to get involved with fellow residents and interact with outside activities. The food here is outstanding with several different options each night. My grandma has lived here for 2 years and has loved every second of it. She has gotten to meet great people who have become some of her dearest friends and it has allowed her to get involved with certain events and activities that she was unable to do when living at home. The community here is very caring towards the residents and truly becomes home.
