Mariah was wonderful at making my mom feel welcome and comfortable, she shared a lot of information and was patient with us. The amenities appear to meet our needs. This may be my moms favorite I would like to come back and have a conversation on total costs to make sure there are no surprises. This place is on the top what we've seen.

Really liked this place. I like the idea of starting with independent care and purchasing some services a la carte. Well sized one bedrooms around $3100 per month. $400/mo. add on for medication management, $1400 add-on for "full assisted living services." Must find out if full assisted living services includes her limited medication management requirements. When one converts to full assisted living, the resident can stay in their apartment. Otherwise, facilities appeared to be very well maintained. Complex has about 200 units. Need to research operating company.

Outstanding facilities and off site activities. Multiple areas available for a variety of activities. Units were very spacious and affordable. No on site nurse but a husband/wife management team available 24 hours a day. Large number of units on site. Owners can travel to other sites for vacation as long as they provide their own transportation.

I like the fact that when leaving me a message, the Director left her cell phone number. Has several dimensia people already. She has been an RN for thirty years. Dr. comes once a month. Caro hospital comes to do bloodwork. They have a beautician for haircuts. They have two podiatrists who come in. Laundry/facility/food/etc. Regular apartments. 1 bedroom apartments and studio apartments. Every room has private bathrooms. Every room has individual heat/cool.

I toured loved it, mom was for it then when I went to pay rent @ Whispering woods told them I was moving her they offered to put her in a 1 bdr for alot less than we were paying. So me will see what they offer for now. Thank you for all your help!
