They are great!! There are plenty of activities and things to do, and my mom has already made friends! The staff come and encourage the residents to participate! They worked with me financially to accomodate our needs! It's just like family here! They really make you feel welcome! Also, the food is awesome! They have real chefs that make the food, and it's delicious! They always have food out - cookies out, and soups out until midnight. The waiters and waitresses are dressed appropriately and their hair is up. The chefs have their big white hats on. The communication with the management is great as well! I go everyday, and they really helped me with setting up physical therapy and doctors. Bonnie and Jim live there, and they are so helpful! They are so welcoming and I'm so glad we found Ponder Creek!

Vintage Hills at Prairie Trail has an inviting atmosphere and its just perfect for my mom who needs assistance in her daily living activities. Once a guru in the kitchen, she has adapted well to being pampered receiving three meals each day. Mom is enjoying meeting new people, adapting to her new apartment, planned activities throughout the day and having her grandkids/dog stay over for the night. There are planned outings twice a week which I'm hoping can be increased in the future. Mom can still living independently while having the security of getting help at a moments notice. The people that assist my mom are fabulous and have really worked with our family to make the transition as seamless as possible.

Overall they do a great job here, I'd give them 5s in all catagories except activites, which I think they could do a bit better in. They're very friendly, and seem very compassionate and concerned about my loved one. They have doctors that come to visit the facility, which is convenient. They also have 24 hour care available, and a nurse practitioner that visits once a week. I've also had a chance to eat here a few times and the food seems very good!

The staff is very, very good, they were a huge deciding factor. It is expensive and in looking into the other ones, it's on the high end of what's out there, but it's worth it. There could be a little more individual attention. There haven't been any complaints about the food. When we went there the first time, they were welcoming him and knew his name already. They have a support group that meets every week for the families of the residents.

I toured this location when I was looking into apartment options. Overall I was very impressed by what I saw here, it was almost a coin toss between this one and the one that I ended up selecting. This is a very nice looking community, the staff are friendly, and all of the amenities I saw looked good. The transportation service seemed to be a bit more limited here, which is a concern to me since I know I won't be driving forever.

The food here is superb! It's delicious, and there's always plenty of it. The food service itself can be a bit slow, so if they could find some way to speed the process up a bit it would be perfect! I'd give them top marks across the board for everything else. It's a very nice looking place, and everyone is very friendly. I suppose they could improve on the activities a bit, but even those are still very good.

we liked it but mom didn't she said it seemed like the people were dressed and acted to highty tighty.

My grandmother moved in a couple months ago and we are very happy with the care and service she has been receiving. The nurses and staff are very friendly and are easy to talk to when you have concerns. My grandmothers room and the facility are always very clean. They bring my grandmother the weekly calendar and encourage her to participate in the planned activities.

It's a great place. If a family is looking into them as an option, they are worth the view! They are clean and friendly and it is working out wonderful!

My Mom absolutely loves it here! It's a very nice looking community, and the residents and staff have all been very friendly. They've got plenty of activities going on to keep everyone entertained, Mom loves the shopping trips they take them on once or twice a week. They also offer transportation to and from appointments, which has been a big help.

We were very pleased when we moved my husband's mother into the New England. She started in a one bedroom with a large walk in closet and bathroom out of her bedroom. She moved to a studio later when se wasn't as mobile and had just as nice a place as the one bedroom. The staff was great with helping us and her with everything. ,!! Couldn't have found a nicer place!!!!

It's a real positive experience. The food would be a five, it's good. They involve family members well and keep us informed. They are good at inviting the families to come and join in as well. I think they have a particularly wonderful social worker.

This is a nice looking community, it is well kept and clean. The staff are all very friendly, caring, and professional, and the care they provide is good. They're able to provide the residents with a lot of individual attention. They've also got a good variety of activities to keep people active and entertained.

I toured this location when I was looking into a senior apartment. This was one of the two that I was very impressed by, and as it turns out the two that I liked the most were owned by the same company! I ended up moving into the other location, but everything here looked great as well. It was a nice looking place, the staff were all very friendly, and it looked like they had plenty for the residents to do.

So far I'm very happy here! I'm really enjoying the atmosphere here, I've met a lot of new people and made new friends. I've also been enjoying all the activities they provide here, I get breakfast and go to the exercise program every morning. It's a very nice looking place, and both the staff and the residents are very friendly, and it feels like one big family here!

This was a location we toured when we were looking into options for Mom. It really looked amazing, the facility itself was beautiful and everything was immaculately clean. We were very impressed by everything that we saw. Unfortunately there was not any availability at the time we were looking, and it was a good deal more expensive than other places we were looking.

They have great staff, it's a wonderful place. We have housekeeping once a week. I was looking for good activities and they have great activities, it's the reason we chose it. It would be nice if there were some things on the weekends. The food is good.

This is a really fantastic place, we are so pleased with it! It's a very nice looking place, and all the services they provide are top notch. Every time we go to visit we just feel confident that she is happy and is being taken care of. The staff are great, they seem to know every resident by name, and even recognize family members that visit and know who they are going to see.

It's clean and they have been friendly. The food is pretty good. The parking could be a little bit better, there's maybe eight or nine spaces in the front, one is for employee of the month, and 4 of them are accessible spots. Some access to the building from the main parking, which is in the back of the building and when the weather is bad that can be difficult to access the door. The living units, and value, and location, were reasons that we chose this community over others.
