It's a very good place. The staff is very friendly, and they keep it really clean. The price is all inclusive, and they are very responsive. They have plenty going on for activities, and there haven't been any complaints about the food. There really isn't anything to improve on, we have been very happy with it.

My experience with Beavetdale Estates has was nice. The facility is nice, the managers are good, food is excellent. They have a really nice dining area that I was very impressed with. The staff was very caring. Overall I'm satisfied with their services.

What a warm and welcoming home! After looking at six other places, we knew this was the one for Dad on our first visit. The staff members are professional yet fun. The interactions between the staff and the residents are warm and authentic. The entire place is clean and they don't skimp on the details. My sisters and I are thrilled to have found this lovely new home for Dad.

I am writing this letter of appreciation, recognition and recommendation on behalf of the Deery family regarding our time spent with mother at the Spring Meadows Assisted Living (AL) Community located in Libertyville, IL. After visiting several AL Communities located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, both Mom and I knew immediately, the first day we walked into Spring Meadows over a year and a half ago, it was the right choice and place for Mom. However, we regrettably had to leave the truly wonderful facility and remarkable people at Spring Meadows last month as Mom's condition required me to mover her to be physically close to my home in Lake Zurich. Cynthia, and her entire staff, have been like family and truly have been a blessing to Mom, my wife Stephanie and myself. Cynthia, and the entire Spring Meadows team's professionalism, collective experience, work ethic, caring kindness and loving compassion is held in high regard by me and should be recognized by you as an invaluable asset to your company. Everyone at Spring Meadows Libertyville is truly outstanding in what they do and that includes everyone from the reception desk, kitchen, laundry, and maintenance staffs, to each and every gifted caregiver on the professionally run RN nursing staff, and every one of the talented management professionals on Cynthia's team. We are so lucky to have come to know each and every one of them and will forever view them as family friends. Thank you again for doing what you all do so well and taking person interest in caring for my Mom.

The Hearth at Windermere is a great place. It's been a wonderful experience for my mom. I'm pleased with their services, care they provide, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of the facilities, and all other services they have to offer.

Parkside Senior Living is a really, really facility. The cleanliness of the facility, friendliness of staff, services, and care are all good. I would recommend Parkside Senior Living.

I am overall pretty happy with them. It's kept very clean, and the staff is very friendly. They are very encouraging with activities. I haven't been very thrilled with a few of the caregivers, they have missed a few things. I know people make mistakes, but if I am paying extra for her to get her medication on time, or come and get her for lunch, then I think it should happen. Toni is the manager of the caregivers, when I made a complaint about the medication management, I was pleased that she got on it right away and took it very seriously.

They been absolutely fabulous! I'd rate them 10 out of 5 if I could! In the words of my loved one "It's like a country club for seniors!" The facility itself is attractive and clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. She really seems to love it here, we couldn't be happier with it!

The staff is very friendly and truly does help all of the residents there. The do take input from the residents as to what activities they want to do. The place is very clean, food is good and the courtyard they have in the center is great for the warmer months of the year.

My Mother hasn't moved in yet, however I've visited the facility several times and have been very impressed. All of the residents are very happy, friendly and always busy. I'm excited for my Mom to move there.

They do a great job. They are very friendly, and keep it really clean. They are attentive, and responsive. They have plenty of activities, and there haven't been any complaints about the food. We chose it because we really liked the location.

They are doing a great job so far. We are happy with them. They are very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The food is excellent. The care services are not applicable, as we don't use any. We chose it because liked the openness of it, the light decor and wide hallways, and the brightness really helped with moms limited vision. We have only been there a month or so and so far we don't have any complaints or things that need to be improved.

So far The Marquette has been wonderful! It is a lovely looking, clean facility, and you get a very nice sized room for the price. The staff are all very friendly, and my loved one seems very happy here! She's had such good things to say about that now we have another family member looking into it for their Mom as well!

Everything is going great! He loves it. There are no concerns or complaints. We are very happy with it.

From the first moment that my dad and I walked in the door of Senior Star the atmosphere made us feel at home. The staff is not just friendly...they genuinely care about the comfort and happiness of their clients, who are all treated as valued guests. The surroundings border on luxurious, the cleanliness is apparent, the architectural design and layout are beautiful and user friendly. Meals are tasty and healthy, activities are plentiful and well planned and executed. The facilities available to guests include an exercise room, WII room, computer room, laundry, choir, crafts...I could go on! Each and every member of the staff is smiling and happy, as are all of the residents! Everyone is happy and cheerful. Monthly rent is reasonable and includes all utilities including basic cable, weekly cleaning of the apartment and linen laundry and a property wide life alert. My father has not stopped smiling since the day he moved in and is pleased with his decision to locate to Senior Star. We visited other facilities prior to this move, and none of them measured up to the standard set by Senior Star. We are comfortable with the fact that if my dad needs to move from independent to assisted living or memory care all of those options are available on the property. We could not be happier with Senior Star!

Mom has lived at Pinebrook for over a year now and I really can't say enough good about it. She's never been happier. The good is great - we look forward to many of their holiday buffets. It reminds me of a high-end hotel in the lobby. Every employee is so nice and helpful and makes my mom feel special. A wonderful place.

We moved my in-laws into Josey Ranch over a year ago. They are both 88 years old and on walkers. The staff at Josey Ranch has been amazing. The meals and dining facility are wonderful. We really like the size of the apartments and that they have a full kitchen and washer / dryer connections. They really enjoy the events where bands are brought in. The music and entertainment is very lively. The residents of Josey Ranch are all so very friendly and really look out for each other. Josey Ranch has been a true blessing to our family.
