I feel they have been very welcoming and accommodating. They have made sure my Father has what he needs and are great at communication. There is a weight off my shoulders.

Everything was great at the facility. She was only there for 1 week.

It's has been very good. We have been very pleased with them, and they have stayed on top of everything. They have kept in contact with us. They were comparable in price to others we saw, and even offered more services for the price. One of the reasons we chose them is that they offered higher levels of care, so we won't have to move again.

HOME AT LAST Carmel Senior Living allows us the independence and personal time we desire, but physical and social activities are here for our well-being and growth. Mealtime is always a pleasant surprise for there is a great variety of menu offerings. The entire staff is compassionate, caring and patient. We did a lot of research, made visitations to several similar facilities, and then waited for opening day of Carmel Senior Living. We're glad we chose Carmel Senior Living to be our home!

They were pretty nice. It was just a short stay. She was starting to enjoy the interaction, and eating better. The care service on premises, Brightstar, worked really well and were able to get her to eat. This was one of our top two, and we chose them based on the location, they were both comparable in price.

It was just all good. She ran out of prescriptions and needed one desperately and couldn't get a hold of her old doctor, so we called the doctor who visits the facility and they called me back immediately and we got the prescription that night. Everything was wonderful. The staff just went over and above any expectations. Their response is just phenomenal. The dining room staff is so accommodating as well.

Beautiful facility. Like being on a cruise ship without the water.

The food is excellent, I was really impressed with the quality of the food, they have a great chef there. I am not sure about how many activities she's gotten involved in. she hasn't really talked about going on field trips. The apartment complex is pretty and it's a great location. She has enjoyed it and is making friends.

I was very impressed with Willow Park! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and everyone in the whole place just seemed friendly and happy! Both the residents and the staff! When we were taking our tour whenever we would stop for a few minutes we'd have people coming up to say hello! We're very satisfied with our decision.

They are really wonderful! They are really good to my mother, and all the residents get along very well. My only critique is that their meals take forever. Sometimes my mother and the others will be sitting down for an hour or more waiting for their meal. Other than that, everything is going very well.

My mother couldn't be happier at Wescourt! It's the best decision we ever made. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

The facility is doing an excellent job. I do not have any complaints and I am satisfied with the cleanliness, the food, the staff and the level of activities. So far, everything is going well.

My mom really enjoys it and everybody has been really friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone over 65+!

Things have turned out very well with The Inn at Cass Lake. It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff all seem very friendly. My loved one has settled in well and really seems to be enjoying herself here. I would recommend it to anyone looking into senior living in the area!

Wescourt is a beautiful, clean and bright facility. The food is homemade (no cans or boxes in this kitchen) and is very good. Staff is friendly and courteous.

They are very professional right from the start. They are very quick to respond to any inquiries. They referred to us the right people that we needed to get into contact with and it all went really well.

My mother moved into StoryPoint when her disease got too much for us to handle at home. It was a very hard decision for my siblings and I to make but our salesperson was so helpful and made us feel so at ease. After 10 minutes of moving in I knew we had made the right decision. The food was delicious and their was a ton of socialization. Above all - they treated my mother like a human and not a patient. She has since passed away but moving her to StoryPoint made her end of life the best it could have been.

It was a hard decision to make at the time, but we went with them because they were furnished, which ranked pretty high on my list. Everyone is very friendly, I can't say enough good things about them. They have been very helpful in directing us for anything we may need. I am very happy.

My husband and I visited StoryPoint this week for my mother-in-law and we were really impressed. All the staff knew every residents names when touring and it just felt like home. We are now looking at next steps of moving mom in, everyone has been helpful and supportive through this process.

It seems like the staff is real friendly and efficient at Pearl Crossing. It is assisted living so there isn't as much care as there would be at a nursing home but what care is provided is good. It has been an overall good experience here.
