The health of our family member has been so much better since moving into The Manor House. We feel very blessed that our brother has such a wonderful place to live. The staff is so much more responsive to his medical needs and has such a much better handle on what is going on with him! The staff is so kind! They are kind to everyone! They are there to help before asked!! Love the care they provide! Love the family atmosphere!! It is such a comfortable place!

My mother is doing very well at the Independence Village of Waterstone. They have caring staff and they have really made my loved one feel comfortable and at home. I am happy with our choice.

I toured StoryPoint for my friend and was very impressed. Everyone seemed so cheery and the place smelled clean which was a big hope, because most places smell bad. This place smelled and looked great. We will most likely be moving our friend in the next few months and StoryPoint seems like it is going to be the right choice.

Great place to live and hang out with new friends. Although the price was higher than many places we looked at, they didn't have a buy in which made more sense for me. I am happy here and the staff is wonderful. [Removed] have been extra caring to me and I couldn't be happier. I am blessed.

My dad lived at storypoint for a few months in 2016. He was loved by everyone there. The place was new and the staff kept it clean and smelling like the new building it was. The managers and staff were always going above and beyond for everyone. I always felt welcomed to go and enjoy activities with him. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Overall, our experience with Storypoint has been really good. We love the people we live with. We love the staff. We feel like are all a big family. The staff has been so supportive to us through all of our changes. We don't get care services but we know they are available, so we didn't rate the care services with the stars. It is a little bit pricey but we feel the price is worth our new apartment and the way we are treated by the staff. Thank you for bringing storypoint to rockford.

Very nice facility with fabulous amenities. Staff who led the tours were knowledgeable and friendly. We are just beginning our search, but this is a site we would certainly consider.

My grandmother is doing great here. THe staff are wonderful. They have lots to do and my grandmother loves the singing and the bingo. The food is very good and we really like it. The community is always kept clean and neat. My grandmother likes that it is a smaller community.

Staff tries so hard to keep pt's who are mainly in bed turned often and pt's (residents) skin is in wonderful condition! Thank you for caring for your residents and their skin!

My parents are both at this community and so far I have no complaints and am really pleased with the care they have been receiving.The staff are really good at keeping them busy with lots of great activities throughout the week as well as events. They also provide rides to any stores and out to dinner occasionally with the other residents. The food is also tasty they seem to be getting lots of great nutrition and have little to no issues.

The person that gave me the tour was very nice. We liked the community and what they had to offer. The set-up was actually what we wanted for mom too. The only thing that got in the way was the price.

The facility was incomplete, but [Removed] did show me the memory care section that was being finished up inside. It looks very nice so far and I was also glad to hear that that pricing was a set amount. (no add ons later)

My mother has been a resident of Danbury for almost a year. The facilities are excellent, the food is very good and the care she has received has been a fabulous. Her apartment is a very good size and is cleaned weekly. The staff takes care of my mother with respect, dignity and love. There are many types of dementia and the staff knows the tips and tricks on how to redirect their patients behavior and provide appropriate activities. Music therapy is provided several days a week and the patients dance, sing and play tambourines. My mother was in our home for several years and although difficult to place her in a facility, this is the best there is. We are so pleased and happy with the care, attention and love that she receives from the aides up to management. She is happy and cared for. Many thanks to those at Danbury for helping us to enjoy the years left.

I really like that they are so open to feedback. We have been able to tweak my mother's care plan to fit her better. Everyone is very welcoming and it has been a totally good experience. Thr meals are great, I've eaten there myself. Anytime we have had any concerns, as soon as we bring them up they are quick to fix things. We are very happy with this place!

My father is getting very well. He is getting to know other residents and the staff are always upbeat. They are upfront about anything dad might need. They really pay attention to his needs. They have a lot of great activities, they even had my father dancing to an Elvis song. This place has everything he needs and we are truly happy with the choice.

Everything has worked out very well since our move to this community. My husband is being cared for very well. They have a very good staff, and they are taking very good care of him and his needs. I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. They have nice activities offered for the residents. It has been a good experience, and I would recommend this community.

We had our first conference with the Parkside and they think my mother is doing great. She made some friends and has ladies that she eats with and talks to. We are very pleased, the people are very nice and I like the fact that she can order off of a menu to get something difference than what she would normally order. They have a lot of options and the lady in the kitchen, Dede, is so awesome to everyone as kind of special to my mother and she will fix her plates with other choices. The food for all of the building is supplied from the main kitchen. I have eaten there and I enjoyed it, it is as good as anything I would have. They go on outings to go look at Christmas lights, they have been on 3 different outings.Even when my mother was sick they gave her special attention and were very careful with. I appreciate all of the brad's help from A Place For Mom.

My father is doing wonderful here at this community. Everyone has been super great, and very helpful. It is a great place, and I'am please with all they have done for us. The community is well maintained, and clean. Everything has worked out very well, and I would recommend this community.

My life has improved since moving to Independence Village because I have more time to relax and to take advantage of resident services and to participate in new organized activities as I choose. What I like best: There's no pressure to participate in activities and the village staff is congenial and very cooperative in fulfilling special requests! I no longer have to grocery shop for my meals. Nor am I concerned with doing my own personal laundry or extra housekeeping duties.

Great community with a family feel. Staff is always helpful and there is always something to do! My parents love it here!
