A wonderful place to live. Always something to do. Good food, everyone is like family.

This is a great place to meet new people. Everybody is so friendly & outgoing, especially to new residents. Management is always asking for input from current residents.

I like it very much. When my husband was so sick he had lots of support. I have no car but get rides where I need to go. I recommend it. Safe environment.

Housing is great well. If problems are found they are taken care of quickly. All an all people that are among are all quite nice. Never found a services problem at all. I’m happy here & plan to stay.

It is a great place live. People are so nice.

Story Point is a wonderful caring community. Staff is responsive fun & make you feel at home. The food is great & the activities will keep you as busy as you want to be. Residents are supportive & look out for each other.

My parents moved here recently. They enjoy the community & amenities. As their son, I am thrilled to see my parents treated so well. My sisters & I can rest assures that they are well cared for & enjoying their lives with less stress & far more peace. Thank you.

I enjoy living at Independence Village. It took me a while to become adjusted to living in a senior’s home. The staff & the girls at the front desk are great. The food is delicious & plentiful. I enjoy yoga, craft, card games, and painting. We enjoy various bus type.

Both my father & mother-in-law were residents of this community. The staff is very professional, but kind & responsive to the needs of the residents & their families. The facility is clean and well cared for, many activities are planned for the residents. Independence Village of Plymouth was “home” for my loved ones.

In the 2½ years I have lived here, it has become my home & I am happy here. Even though I have cancer, I live independently; but I am secure with the knowledge that help is always available should I need it. I am engaged in interesting activities, have many friends & count this residence, the management team, day-time receptionist, housekeeping, maintenance, dining, activities, and room assistance among my many blessings. I love it here & would recommend it to anyone.

Living at Independence Village for the past seven years has been a happy positive experience for both my husband & myself. The staff are all caring, considerate & helpful when needed. For anyone wanting a good, pleasant “home away from home” we would sincerely recommend Independence Village of Aurora.

Strategic location near medical facilities, doctor offices & shopping. If you no longer drive, nurse is available. Food is excellent. Lots of variety on the dinner menu. Laundry & housekeeping services are very satisfactory. Washing machine & dryers are available for your personal laundry needs. There is a great variety of planned activities & outings to meet everyone’s needs & desires. I would recommend this facility to any of my friends.

Wonderful place to live, warm resident wonderful staff & numerous activities! There is a shuttle bus for shopping 4 days a week and week end outings. The place is immaculate, with excellent housekeeping & laundry services. Plus the food is great too. You could it ask for more!!!

I have lived at the village for 4 years. It is very clean & friendly. The girls at the front desk are great. Our life enrichment coordinator is fantastic & keep us busy with activities & so many fun things. Our chef is excellent with good food. Since I have to live in a independent place, so glad it is at Independence Village.

Independence Village is a delightful place to live and call home. The rooms are bright & cheery & the staff is friendly & helpful. There are numerous activities available & the food is great. The chef loves to accommodate even the pickiest eater. Its easy in such an atmosphere to be happy, make new friends & enjoy life.

I have lived in this facility for five years. It is a beautiful community with friendly staff. It is an ideal place for me at this stage of my life.

Have been here almost 5 years. I have met many friendly & nice people. They have many things to keep a person busy or entertained. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful.

I moved back to MI from over 15 years in a retirement community in Florida (The Villages). I was originally from Saginaw, MI, married & moved to Bronson, MI and resided there for 50 years. Happy to be back to MI and its welcoming people, and a variety of activities.

My mother has really made an easy transition into this community with the help of all the residents and the staff. The residents have made sure to invite her into there social events and really make her feel welcome in her new living environment. The staff have also done a great job at checking on her often to make sure she is comfortable and her needs are being met in her new living environment. The entire building including the lobby and bedrooms are very well maintained and kept clean for the residents. We could not have found a better fit for my mother and we are very pleased with our choice of this facility.
