This place is the best! They take awesome care of my dad. He always has stuff to do. The entire staff treats him like family. Dad really feels at home and I'm happy knowing he is in a good place where he can enjoy life and be well taken care of. Thank you all for being there and taking such great care of Dad.

We're very happy with how things have gone so far with The Waterford at Ames! They've done everything extremely well, from start to finish. They really went out of their way to help my parents settle in and get acclimated. The facility itself is very nice looking, and always clean, and they take great care of their residents. I couldn't speak more highly of them!

Fantastic place, and the staff have been very friendly and helpful. They seem like they're always on top of things with Dad's care needs, and they always get in touch with us immediately if any issues or problems come up.There are always fun activities going on and many opportunities for Dad to socialize and get to know people. He can go down and eat dinner and enjoy his meal and talk with people. So much for him to do or he can sit quietly and just enjoy the scenery around him.

I can't say enough positive things about Manorhouse in Knoxville, TN. My mother absolutely loves it there. She enjoys all of the activities, especially the music. Manorhouse has such a wonderful sense of family among the residents and staff. The cheery atmosphere keeps smiles on the faces of the residents when doing activities. Has a good homey feel and everyone looks happy and well cared for. I could not be more pleased with the level of care my loved one is receiving.

We are very happy with them. It's very clean, a five plus. The staff is extremely friendly. I think they are by far the least expensive, without cutting corners to do it. Every time I go out there they are doing some kind of activity, and there is a good variety of things to do. When we first came we had lunch and it was fantastic. My aunt is very picky and she likes the food. I don't think there is anything that I can complain about or that I would like to see changed.

We toured here when we were first looking around at options. They were fantastic and we really liked them. The reason we didn't go with them is just because of the setup of the bathrooms was something we liked better at the other place we were considering, and this was a couple hundred dollars more expensive.

The place is beautiful, my dad loves the food, entertainment and activities. He is always talking about how nice and helpful everyone is. We are so pleased with this place and highly recommend it to anyone.

It was a difficult decision to move my grandmother to an assisted living, however, the staff are so friendly, caring, responsive to any questions or concerns we may have they have made and continue to do such an amazing job helping my grandmother feel at home. She loves it there, and we love the care and compassion she receives. It's a wonderful feeling knowing she is in such capable hands and with all of the wonderful activities she is "living" and not just existing.

In mid 2010 my brother and I knew it was time for our parents, Marion and Bill, then in their mid eighties, to live closer to me and to move into an assisted living facility. I didn't know where to begin looking. Word of mouth from two close friends drew us to Manorhouse. Naturally I had to check out other places, but I kept coming back to Manorhouse. It just had that homey feel we were looking for. In October, 2010, my parents moved into a lovely apartment with a kitchenette. I positioned the furniture around the window so they could watch the sunset like at their old home in VA. It was important to me and to them to be able to continue their lifestyle with as little change as possible. Being outdoor people, Mom and Dad love strolling thru the courtyard. The flowers, birds and sometimes someone's little kitty helps to keep us all in touch with Mother Earth and Gods creations. The musical entertainment gets the feet tapping and the hands clapping. Mom loves to get dressed up for Frank and Jerry because they "sing to her only", lol. Exercise, cards and fun daily activities helps to keep their minds sharp. We all sleep peacefully knowing my parents are happy, safe and respectfully cared for. My Dad passed away last October and thankfully my Mom continues to thrive. I believe the kind friends, staff and daily activities play a large part with her recovery. I have been a volunteer at Manorhouse for the past four years and I can honestly say I love it! It's like coming home to family the minute I walk in the door. Laughing with the residents and staff is a great way to boost those feel good endorphins for everyone. There is a great professional chemistry between all the Managers which is important. It is a well run, clean facility with emphasis on respect and care for the residents. I could go on forever listing all the attributes of Manorhouse. If I can help at all with your decision making concerning your loved one, please don't hesitate to contact me. My husband and I are very pleased with our decision in placing his mother at The Hearth,Keepsake Village. We had feared she might go into depression or become angry with us, but quit the opposite seems to have occurred. She is smiling , laughing and more talkative. She is participating in the activities, including a bus trip for lunch out at a nearby restaurant. We feel she is much happier or is pretending very well for us when we visit. We have actually thought maybe we should have done this sooner. The entire staff is very courteous and helpful, very caring.

They are such good people here! They do a wonderful job looking out for their residents. It's a well kept, clean community, the staff are all very friendly, and even the food is great! We have no complaints whatsoever! Our loved one is very happy here, and we're glad we found them.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one. Out of all the places we looked at I think this may have been my favorite! It was just a very nice looking community overall. Everything looked very new and clean, and all of the staff that we interacted with were friendly and professional. All of the amenities and services they offered seemed to be top quality. They are definitely worth a look if you are looking into care in the area.

They do a fantastic job here! Everyone has just been so accommodating and so helpful! They work not just with their residents, but with the families as well. They go out of their way to help you through all the issues you face when dealing with a loved one with dementia. They walked us through the whole process and were encouraging the whole way! The whole staff, from the front desk ladies to the administrators, were absolutely fantastic, and I'd like to mention Lisa and Kim specifically!

After a diligent search for the right place for Mom, Spring Meadows met all of her needs. It is a lovely location.

It's a very good place. The staff is very friendly, and they keep it really clean. The price is all inclusive, and they are very responsive. They have plenty going on for activities, and there haven't been any complaints about the food. There really isn't anything to improve on, we have been very happy with it.

My experience with Beavetdale Estates has was nice. The facility is nice, the managers are good, food is excellent. They have a really nice dining area that I was very impressed with. The staff was very caring. Overall I'm satisfied with their services.

What a warm and welcoming home! After looking at six other places, we knew this was the one for Dad on our first visit. The staff members are professional yet fun. The interactions between the staff and the residents are warm and authentic. The entire place is clean and they don't skimp on the details. My sisters and I are thrilled to have found this lovely new home for Dad.

I am writing this letter of appreciation, recognition and recommendation on behalf of the Deery family regarding our time spent with mother at the Spring Meadows Assisted Living (AL) Community located in Libertyville, IL. After visiting several AL Communities located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, both Mom and I knew immediately, the first day we walked into Spring Meadows over a year and a half ago, it was the right choice and place for Mom. However, we regrettably had to leave the truly wonderful facility and remarkable people at Spring Meadows last month as Mom's condition required me to mover her to be physically close to my home in Lake Zurich. Cynthia, and her entire staff, have been like family and truly have been a blessing to Mom, my wife Stephanie and myself. Cynthia, and the entire Spring Meadows team's professionalism, collective experience, work ethic, caring kindness and loving compassion is held in high regard by me and should be recognized by you as an invaluable asset to your company. Everyone at Spring Meadows Libertyville is truly outstanding in what they do and that includes everyone from the reception desk, kitchen, laundry, and maintenance staffs, to each and every gifted caregiver on the professionally run RN nursing staff, and every one of the talented management professionals on Cynthia's team. We are so lucky to have come to know each and every one of them and will forever view them as family friends. Thank you again for doing what you all do so well and taking person interest in caring for my Mom.

The Hearth at Windermere is a great place. It's been a wonderful experience for my mom. I'm pleased with their services, care they provide, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of the facilities, and all other services they have to offer.

Parkside Senior Living is a really, really facility. The cleanliness of the facility, friendliness of staff, services, and care are all good. I would recommend Parkside Senior Living.
