Stopped in for a short visit today. They were making Christmas crafts. They've always got good activities and entertainment which is great. Everyone seems to enjoy themselves. So nice to see. Warms my heart to see them all having fun.

They've done a great job overall at Wecourt! My loved one was a bit of a recluse so it is great to see him getting into some of the social activities here! The facility itself is very clean and well kept, and the staff have all been very friendly and welcoming. It is a nice place, and I would recommend it to others looking into senior living!

I love this place. It is so Clean and welcoming. I visit often and am always impressed with the how outgoing everyone is. There's always something for the residents to do, they have so much fun. Wonderful, wonderful place!

The sales lady we worked with for Beaverdale Estates was simply amazing! I was so impressed with her. She listened when she needed to listen, was really just a huge help, and in the times that I have seen her since she has had really good feedback and is just a really good gal. All the staff that I have met at Beaverdale Estates have been very helpful and supportive. They have all gone out of their way to make this a very wonderful experience.

This place is amazing! They not only welcomed my parents with open arms, but loaned them some furniture until we could get all of their items here from northern MI. Jim and Deb are incredible individuals with big hearts and the knowledge of what people who are making such a transition need. They also understand from the family's perspective. They offer so much in terms of programming, activities and care. Lincoln Square is a blessing!

Just got home from a visit and this is such a lovely place. My aunt lives here and she loves it. I enjoy seeing her interact with the staff and other residents. She is truly happy here and is well cared for. We couldn't ask for anything more.

Visited my aunt over the weekend for the first time since she's moved here. This is such a beautiful place. It has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere where everyone is so friendly and helpful. My aunt is very happy. This is so much better than where she was prior to coming here. We are so happy she's in such a lovin g place where she now has plenty of friends and activities to keep her active. She loves it and so do we.

They are doing a good job. We don't have any concerns. They are clean and the staff is friendly, they take good care of the residents. We are pleased with them.

When my family decided it was time for my Aunt to enter an assisted living facility, we searched our hearts out! We toured many communities in Knoxville and surrounding areas. Manorhouse really stood out for us. The grounds are well kept, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are lovely! My aunt is happy being there and she had made lots of new friends.

When my sister and I were searching for a facility to help with our father, it was a very tough decision to make. Neither one of us had the time to give him that he deserved. After touring several facilities, we knew that Manorhouse would be the one. The attentiveness that they showed toward my father was exceptional. I know he is in good hands when we are unable to visit with him.

I could not be happier with the staff at Manorhouse. The care and attention my grandmother receives is phenomenal! When we went looking for an assisted living facility, I knew Manorhouse was the place the moment I walked through the doors. When I visit, I hear nothing but wonderful things about how well it is directed and run. Keep up the good work!

My mother was cared for here after developing Alzheimer's. It was difficult for me to come to the decision, but once I did, I never regretted it. Mom loved it here and everyone that had a hand in her care. We lost mom awhile back, even after her passing everyone still treated us like family. Thankful Manorhouse was there, and close by, when we needed it. I tell everyone what a great place this is and will continue to do so. Thank you all for being there and caring for my mother.

Toured this facility, among several others, we were very impressed. Nice curb appeal, as we were entering we spoke with some family members of a resident that were leaving from their visit. They gave us a raving review of the staff and care received for their loved one and assured us we would not be disappointed if we chose this as the new home for our loved one. We continued in for our tour and I must say everyone was very attentive and kind. Lots of smiling faces. We really were impressed with everyone and everything. We still have a couple of other places we had planned to visit, however, I think we've decided there's no need to look any further.

Beautiful, newer, really nice, podiatrist, different activities, bus that would take them to places, too far away from me. Very friendly, I would recommend it.

This place is great! They have excellent food, The service is great. The building and the decorations are very modern. The atmosphere is very light and airy. Overall this is a beautiful community!

I was just visiting during the Halloween festivities. Everyone had such a great time. I always feel so welcome and can tell the staff really cares for all of the residents. It's a family environment that makes you feel right at home. We moved our loved one here because we were not satisfied with the care received at the prior facility. This has been such a blessing. We continue to be impressed by the attentiveness and care the entire staff shows, regardless of their position everyone seems to make sure all are properly cared for and create the family atmosphere.

So far we've been very pleased with how things are going! They seem to be pretty well on top of things here! The staff are all very friendly and caring, and they do a great job looking after their residents. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and seems like a pleasant place. They are worth a look, if you are searching for senior living options in the area!

we are very happy with the services at the new England club. The dining room is just lovely and their food is freshly made and wonderful. This place is absolutely wonderful, we are so glad we found it! The atmosphere is great, you can tell the people that live here are happy, and the staff seem to really enjoy their jobs! The building itself is very attractive, and the common areas and hallways are brightly lit and spacious. Their dining service is also very good! The food is fabulous and served off a restaurant style menu, and the dining room looks like a nice restaurant! Just as an example of the great attitudes of the staff: here, we ran into their head maintenance man, Mark, and he stopped us and asked how our loved one was doing by name. He said he likes to keep an eye on the "newbies"! I'd really recommend them to anyone, it's a wonderful place!
