Parkside is wonderful community to be a part of! The staff is so friendly and helpful, from the aids to the waiter staff, to the activity leaders to the administrators to the residents! There are many activities that one can choose to be a part of...or not. The meals are always great!

Sunrise of Gahanna is an absolutely beautiful community . I feel they have put a lot of thought in the communities. I have worked in that circle, and sometimes the younger generation don't see the value of older generation. They have it down to a science, and they have truly thought of everything.

They were very pleasant and helpful in our search process. My mom moved in there a couple weeks ago and is very happy. Food is excellent!

I took my parents to this community to tour and they were very impressed with the staff. We had brunch there which was very good and we were personally greeted by the chef. Also the leasing agent was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She took the time to introduce us to some of the current residents and made my mother feel very comfortable.

They are doing an excellent job. It's a great facility. It's all good. The people there are great. He participates in all the activities. It was very comparable to other places in value, and they were really good about working with me on the pricing.

We are unbelievably happy with Willow Park. My sister has a studio apartment that does not appear to be one room, They clean once a week and change the bedding, linen and towels. Willow Park is very nice and accommodating they take her to doctor appointments and shopping. The people are so nice, even the residents. My sister has friends now to go shopping and do activities with. They allowed me to stay over when i visited my sister. I would highly recommend Willow Park.

Loved it! My sister & I would love to move there.

So far they've done an excellent job at Independence Village of White Lake! It is a very family friendly, organized, helpful, clean, and just overall great environment for seniors. The staff have all been helpful and professional. I'd highly recommend it!

My Mother has plenty of activates which keeps her busy. She has made friends. Her have Alzheimer's, she feels very save and secure in her environment.

This would be my choice. Lovely common areas with lots of happy people chatting and having coffee. The diningroom is beautiful and the food is excellent (after being invited two times for lunch). They allow one-night stays for respite care. They have a "floating license" where people with memory issues are allowed to mingle with the assisted and independent living residents for meals and activities. There are lots of caretakers visible and happily working, escorting people from place to place. The rate is based on care needs and remains stable for a year and is raised only for the rise in inflation. I find this place to be in good repair - no bashed up woodwork from wheelchairs and walkers. The location is good for me too.

They've done a great job overall at Senior Star! They've been very attentive to my parents needs, and it seems like they've really made an effort to get get to know them and understand what works best for them. They made the transition to the community a completely painless process, which I was worried might be very stressful for them. The facility itself is bright and cheerful, and always very clean. We would recommend it to others looking into senior living!

Our experience with The Inn at Cass Lake has been a good one! The managers they have running it are good people, everyone has been very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. The facility itself is well kept, clean, and organized. They also do an excellent job with the food here! The service can be a bit slow, but the food is always home cooked and delicious!

Everything is fabulous! The people are nice and it's clean. The food is fantastic. They have plenty of activities, it's really a nice place. There were a few bumps in the beginning and they took care of it right away, as soon as I mentioned it. We really are very happy with it. As soon as my father walked in he knew right away this was the place.

Things have worked out great here so far! My Dad really needed somewhere he could stay busy and social, and The Inn at Cass Lake really fits the bill. It's like a big cruise ship! They've got all sorts of activities, great food, and the staff all seem very attentive and professional. This is a great place for someone who likes to stay active!

They have just been so kind. It's my brother and his wife that got moved in there, and they just really worked with us so well, making it a very smooth transition. They have been really kind and I really appreciate them very much.

There are no concerns at all. We are liking it over there very well. We chose them for the amount of activities outside of Senior Star that was offered, and transportation to those activities.

Independence Village is pricey but So worth it! My grandmother had broken her hip and needed care. It was the first time, at 90 that she had ever needed help with anything. The staff was extremely helpful and caring! Words cannot describe how they went out of their way to make her feel special and loved! I do have to admit that my grandmother was a wonderful happy person so she was much easier to care for than some of the cranky older people. Their services were great. Their attentiveness and assistance with financial and health matters was greatly appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend Independence Village.
