I am not getting a lot of updates from the staff at The Village at Legacy Pointe. I really have to seek them out for that information. The property itself is beautiful. They do physical therapy twice a week so no complaints there. I would like see mom get outside a little more as she has been prone to depression. The staff really relate with mom well and help assure me that everything is normal with her dementia. Overall I am very pleased with everything here.

The staff is tremendously helpful at Independence Village of Avon Lake. They go over and above what they should in dealing with the residents at this facility. They are just really good staff members. I have no complaints here.

We're very pleased overall with The Inn at Cass Lake! It's taken my loved one a little bit to adapt and settle in, but overall it is a very nice place.

They care about their residents. Very clean and upscale facility. Impresive food services and taste is wonderful. Good job on activites also.

The staff was really, really good at The Manor at Steeplechase. They were great through the initial process of moving us in and my dad loves it. The food is very good and the people there are extremely nice.

My parents (95 and 93) are residents as is my 101 year-old Aunt. What a great place! The only thing nicer than what they do for their residents is the way they do it. So friendly and efficient! We are so fortunate to find such warm home for them where we know they get the best of care, food and activities. Dad spends much of his time in their workshop with a couple of other residents making bird houses and feeders, holiday art items, etc... not an activity you find in most such facilities...and exactly what he needs to keep active. My thanks to Tammy and her entire staff... what great people!!!!!!

It is always difficult to put your loved-one’s care into someone else’s hands. With open communication from the Governor’s Village staff and their caring and supportive ways, they helped both our mom and us with this transition. Governor’s Village staff is wonderful! They treat our mom with respect and care for her as if she was their mom. We are so pleased with the activities, comfort, care and open communications from the G.V. staff. We look forward to the opening of the new wing which will bring additional activities for residents and family members. Governor’s Village staff has become my second family. Love them dearly!

So far things are going pretty well. We don't have any major concerns, so far. I haven't heard any complaints over food, or being bored, so things are working out well. We chose them because they were more reasonably priced.

I think they are doing very well. She's only been there two months, but they are attentive and personable and they are very welcoming whenever you come through the door.

I think they are all excellent, all the caregivers, nurses, and staff. They are just wonderful, they know everyone by name and really, really care about the residents and keep us informed about whats going on.

Parkside Court is truly a wonderful place for my parents. Great staff, comfortable living unit, clean facility, great food.

I think they do a great job at Independence Village of Waterstone. The people here are very very friendly, and every member of the staff goes out of their way to be nice to you and learn your name. When I walk down the hall to head to a meal or to an activity everybody I see greets me by name, it's nice!

I wanted to take the time to THANK YOU,my mom was well taken care of.Thanks for all the love you showed her. She is at peace now,but her time there was great. Continue the great work. Once again THANKS

So far i have been impressed with Senior Star at Weber Place. From what I have seen, they are very thorough with everything they do. They did a great job showing us the place and all the programs that they have. We have visited there a few times and are considering placing a loved one there soon.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at Aurora Pond so far! It's an absolutely beautiful facility, and they have a lot to provide the people who live here. The meal service is very good, the food they serve is high quality, and they serve 3 meals a day, including snacks during off-times. They've also got all kinds of different activities and trips outside the facility for things like grocery shopping.

My mom loves her apartment and all of the amenities. It is friendly and comfortable and she feels safe and secure. She enjoys the food that is provided and she is eating better now than when she was on her own and she doesn't get so bored and lonely. Its nice to see her enjoying herself in this new environment.

OMG...Laura is the bomb. What a wonderful person to have on your staff. She is definitely an asset to Senior Star. My mom was having a difficult time moving on to the next stage in her life. Laura came to my home a few days after our tour to see how my mom was. She brought some info she had googled about my mom's cancer and my mother loved loved loved the personal touch that article brought to her. My mom is an independent person. ..she is a pancreatic cancer survivor...yes survivor....because she is a fighter. Although the cancer has returned, Laura saw a gleam in my mother's eye that showed a willingness to survive. We were passing by the dining room at dinner time and my mother met other ladies from Chicago...I had to practically pry my mom away to finish the tour. (I think she might become a social butterfly!) The cookies are awesome! The staff engaging. Clean, airy and nicely decorated. Large enough so during the bad weather my mom could walk inside. Laura invited us to stay for dinner. How awesome is that. She knew all the right things to say and do. Salesperson or not. ..I felt she was very genuine. Food was tasty ...my mom has lost her appetite from the cancer, but she ate everything on her plate!!!!! I was so pleased that my mom is still well enough to make her own decisions and that she choose Senior Star. Laura walked her patiently thru the process. After surgery, the next chapter should go pretty smooth because of the help we got from Laura.

The Vintage Hills at Prairie Trail has been really good. The only complaint we have is about the food. The food use to be really good but they have a different chef now. Everything else has been good. My loved one seems to be comfortable there. The facility is really clean. Everyone is nice. The staff seems to be good. They seem really caring. We don't have any major issues or concerns. The Vintage Hills is nice.

Very impressed with the staff, facility and care options. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We toured with my mother in mind but would gladly move in myself.

I thought it was a very nice community. They had two nice activity centers. I saw a posting while I was there, and they actually have quite a bit of different activities. It is on the pricey side.
