Beautiful facility. Like being on a cruise ship without the water.

The food is excellent, I was really impressed with the quality of the food, they have a great chef there. I am not sure about how many activities she's gotten involved in. she hasn't really talked about going on field trips. The apartment complex is pretty and it's a great location. She has enjoyed it and is making friends.

I was very impressed with Willow Park! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and everyone in the whole place just seemed friendly and happy! Both the residents and the staff! When we were taking our tour whenever we would stop for a few minutes we'd have people coming up to say hello! We're very satisfied with our decision.

They are really wonderful! They are really good to my mother, and all the residents get along very well. My only critique is that their meals take forever. Sometimes my mother and the others will be sitting down for an hour or more waiting for their meal. Other than that, everything is going very well.

My mother couldn't be happier at Wescourt! It's the best decision we ever made. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

The facility is doing an excellent job. I do not have any complaints and I am satisfied with the cleanliness, the food, the staff and the level of activities. So far, everything is going well.

Things have turned out very well with The Inn at Cass Lake. It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff all seem very friendly. My loved one has settled in well and really seems to be enjoying herself here. I would recommend it to anyone looking into senior living in the area!

Wescourt is a beautiful, clean and bright facility. The food is homemade (no cans or boxes in this kitchen) and is very good. Staff is friendly and courteous.

They are very professional right from the start. They are very quick to respond to any inquiries. They referred to us the right people that we needed to get into contact with and it all went really well.

My mother moved into StoryPoint when her disease got too much for us to handle at home. It was a very hard decision for my siblings and I to make but our salesperson was so helpful and made us feel so at ease. After 10 minutes of moving in I knew we had made the right decision. The food was delicious and their was a ton of socialization. Above all - they treated my mother like a human and not a patient. She has since passed away but moving her to StoryPoint made her end of life the best it could have been.

It was a hard decision to make at the time, but we went with them because they were furnished, which ranked pretty high on my list. Everyone is very friendly, I can't say enough good things about them. They have been very helpful in directing us for anything we may need. I am very happy.

My husband and I visited StoryPoint this week for my mother-in-law and we were really impressed. All the staff knew every residents names when touring and it just felt like home. We are now looking at next steps of moving mom in, everyone has been helpful and supportive through this process.

It seems like the staff is real friendly and efficient at Pearl Crossing. It is assisted living so there isn't as much care as there would be at a nursing home but what care is provided is good. It has been an overall good experience here.

Carmel Senior Living is a new community with high hopes for servicing its residents and their families with compassion. This month I relocated my mother to Carmel, IN, after being of help to her in an out-of-state, independent facility for five years. Needless to say, it was a difficult parting. The communication between the directors of Carmel Senior Living was admirable and evident when I first entered the building. The executive, move-in, dining, and maintenance directors were very hands-on and available during my four-day stay with my mother. As a director myself in a residence community, I know first hand how important it is for families to witness their own genuine interpersonal communication with the directors of a facility. I extend a sincere thank-you for their efforts.

We're very happy with how things have turned out at Senior Star. The staff here is very attentive to my loved one, and check in on her all the time. They've really gone out of their way to help her settle in, and to make sure she remains happy and content!

We have been very happy with the services at StoryPoint for our mother. We toured all of the facilities in the area and StoryPoint was head and shoulders above the rest. Since moving mom in, we have not been disappointed. The care she receives is excellent and we feel as though she is in very good hands. The building is always clean, they keep her room clean and the food has been very good from what we have seen. Overall a very good experience for us.

At Independence Village of Plymouth the staff are very open to making any activity available that the resident would like. They like to keep the residents happy. The only thing I would change is they have too many staff members that I have to talk to. i would like that stream lined. I would also prefer more e-mail rather than them calling me. Every time I hear the phone ring I think it's an emergency. Other than that everything is going well.

Our experience with Spring Meadows has been a very good one. The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff is friendly and caring. Once we got in touch with them they were a big help throughout the whole process!

Can't say enough about this truly special place. Our family struggled with finding a new home for my Father, not only did StoryPoint help us with the process, they made it it easy! The professionalism, compassion and thoughtfulness is felt from each and every staff member that I have come into contact with, and what's most Important is that my father is happy, relaxed and healthy! Food is a 10, activities are abundant... Facility is immaculate! [removed]
