Storypoint was gorgeous. We toured it before it opened so there were no residents yet to talk to. The tour was wonderful and the tour guide answered all our questions. Due to the cost however, it is not an option for my mom although I wish she could afford it. I would live there myself if I could.

I have always been very pleased. I am in assisted living and have always been served well. I have loved the nurses and their care of me. I have no complaints about the dining services or the quality of food. They have always kept me busy with the planned activities.

My parents and I have had an awesome experience with every aspect of our journey with StoryPoint Chesterfield. My parents signed on almost a year ago to live at StoryPoint and will be moving in when they open next week. The apartments are beautifully laid out, the food is 5 star quality and everyone associated with StoryPoint has been warm, personable, knowledgeable, and caring. They have already made it like home and we're not even moved yet. I HIGHLY recommend StoryPoint. I looked for a long standing company, attitude of employees, food quality, medical/non medical care available, apartment layout etc, and StoryPoint hit all the buttons and then some. Please go and visit, you will not be dissapointed.

I follow the posts on FB for IVP and see all the activities offered. The times I have been there to visit are usually for some event and everyone is just so happy. As an aging senior I must be aware and checking out places that I might want to live should it become necessary. IVP is #1 on my list. Excellent entertainment, delicious food, beautiful accommodations, attentive knowledgeable staff, and extremely happy atmosphere. There’s nothing more you could ask for! 5 star all the way!

I have lived at The Enclave for a little over a year and I could not be happier. I did much research before making my decision to come here and decided based on the facility, staff, activities offered, living and dining standards, and pricing. I have not been disappointed. I am kept as busy as I choose with exercise, games, movies, trips, and a variety of other activities with many new friends that I have made here. In addition, the residents are given the opportunity to have a say in their "community" via Town Hall Meetings after which the Administration works with Representatives who discuss the suggestions to improve our living experiences even more. It truly is a wonderful place to live.

We had a wonderful, patient, and informative tour! It feels very homey and complete at Three Creek. All questions were answered and we left understanding everything. I would highly recommend Three Creek.

Facility was very clean with a lot of amenities and support options from an a la carte menu. This is definitely at the top of the list.

Very nice staff, food is good, they care about people

Mom and Dad moved into StoryPoint in January of 2018. This move was very difficult after living in the same home for 50 years, however, dad had mobility issues and could no longer be in their home. From the start, the staff at StoryPoint took such good care of my parents. Mom and Dad were able to add shelves in the apartment so they were able to bring some of their treasures. They also set dad up with an area so he could work on some projects. The residents are wonderful and mom and dad have met many new friends. There are so many activities for the residents and when the family visits mom and dad, which is often, there are many people out walking the halls, working on puzzles or gathering in the common area. Everyone we have met including the entire staff are wonderful. We couldn’t be happier with StoryPoint as their new home!

Independence Village is so much more than a place to reside as you age. It's a warm and inviting atmosphere. IV feels like home, like family. You all show so much love, respect and compassion towards the residents. Keep doing exactly what you are doing because you nailed it!

CSL stands out among the crowd. The facility feels like a home instead of an institution. [Name removed] was Exceptional and educating me through the transition process for my father.

My in-laws moved here earlier this year. We spent a week visiting them and we're very impressed with the facilities, services, staff, events, and social opportunities. They love it so much; they wish they had made the move sooner!

My Mother recently moved into StoryPoint's new Chesterton, IN location. We looked at a wide variety of options ranging from independent apartment life ($1,200/mo in rent only) to Assisted Living (prices range widely based on needs). It is important to know what services your parent(s) need to make a decision that works best for them. After meeting with the team and hearing their vision for StoryPoint in Chesterton, my Mom was all in. It was the first place we visited that asked what she was looking for. A month has passed since moving into StoryPoint and my Mom absolutely loves her new home. Communities like this don't happen by accident, they are carefully planned and executed. The staff has successfully created an open environment welcoming family and friends of residents to keep things fresh. You are welcome to visit your loved one to enjoy some of the amazing food you keep hearing about and the prices are quite reasonable for visitors. There are many factors that made me provide an overall 5 rating for StoryPoint. First and foremost is the staff. Everyone I have met has been engaging and eager to assist each resident. They are creating a close community where they know the residents by name and meet their individual needs. The social aspect was very important to me as I worried that my Mom would become a hermit if she moved into a typical apartment. They have daily activities, shuttles to local events (such as shopping or Chesterton Farmers Market), and much more. She has met so many wonderful people and truly enjoys her time with fellow residents. In addition to the social aspect, I like the support systems they have in place to help each resident. You'll notice hand rails throughout all the hallways. They also have multiple restrooms throughout in case a resident can't make it back to their room in time. They also have chairs sprinkled down the hallway in case one needs to take a breather after a long walk. These are all things they have learned over the years. Each room has an emergency button in the bedroom and restroom should they fall and need assistance. They can also purchase a water-proof pendant (for a one-time fee) that serves the same purpose anywhere on the property. Easy walk-in showers with grab bars and no stairs to navigate also make it easier for me to sleep at night. They also perform daily wellness calls to make sure she is OK. They do so much, I'm afraid my review would reach 10k characters if I tried to name them all. At the end of the day, I am so glad we found StoryPoint. My Mom enjoys every day. She loves the staff and they do a great job taking care of my Mom and that's all you can really ask for.

I cannot express thanking the staff at Sunrise for the excellent care my mother received. The staff were very caring and loving. The staff knew the individual and would call the individual by their first name and give them hugs. Rooms were always cleaned and the meals were wonderful. They had a different activity each day.. If there was a problem they would call and let us know. What a great experience. I would leave Sunrise and have a peace of mind leaving.

My husband and I have been to visit this community several times and attended many events. My husband is finally ready to make the move. We are looking forward to this move. The staff and residents are so down to earth and friendly. The building is beautiful and the cleanest I have ever seen. Food was so good that I am sure I will be gaining a few pounds, hopefully the fitness center and activities will help with that.

We visited several assisted living facilities in the Carmel, Noblesville and Northside Indianapolis area. In all categories Carmel Senior Living excelled. [Name removed] and all of the staff we have met have thus far made a difficult and anxious experience very positive.

Excellent facility, new & beautiful.

[Name removed] met my husband & I at the door. Then we were taken to the conference room where we met [name removed]. It felt less like a consultation and more like friends listening. Both [name removed] and [name removed] hear us They understood that we are approaching the care of my Mother-in-Law from different perspectives. Then [name removed] proved - via the tour - that she gets us. She laid out the specifics of the facility for my husband to address physical health. Then she shared the breadth of programming to feed my Mom-in-Law's mental health (which is important to me). Also, I noticed how [name removed] addressed residents by and seem genuinely interested and connected to them. I so hope my Mom-in-Law will pass the physical requirements to allow here to live here!
