Just moved my mom in a few days ago and am so pleased with my decision. My mom moved from a facility in Rockford, Il and it was horrible, coming from that environment to the Enclave is like going from the Budget Inn to a 5 star resort!!! Not only is the facility beautiful and new, the food is amazing. The best part is the staff they go above and beyond to make everything perfect . We met about 15 different staff members in about 2 days and everyone was professional, kind, and caring. My sister and I are very picky and are very much micromanagers when it comes to our mom’s care. When we left her at The Enclave we knew she was in great hand which is such a relief. I want to give a special thank you to [name removed] for all of her help. She made the transition simple and put up with my multiple phone calls and visits , to try and make things perfect for mom. If you are looking around ,come here first and you won’t need to shop around because this facility is perfect and feels like home. FYI, my mom is on the assisted living area and has moderate cognitive issues.
