The residents are friendly and the help is really nice. They know the residents by name and make sure that they help them if they need something. they have some good items in the units that make it safer for the elderly. they are one a busy road but when inside you i did not hear the traffic.

The staff at StoryPoint was very friendly and informative. The facility was beautiful and offered so much for the residents. I am in the healthcare industry and would recommend StoryPoint to my family/friends and patients/ family members.

My dad never wanted to move. Throughout my life, he'd tell me to never put him in a 'home'. Over the years, I watched his decline and it came to a point where a change needed to occur. I moved my dad to Senior Star about three years ago and it has truly changed his life. He take part in their active calendar, utilizes the bus for shopping and also takes part in the men's club. There is a great workshop room where guys can build and a nice art studio where he can continue painting. One of the biggest draws was the underground garage. Even though my dad doesn't drive that much, the garage provides comfort to him, and that is all that matters. The cost is incredibly fair. As a business owner, I appreciate this community didn't throw deals at me like some of the other communities were doing. They believe in their product and their product is quite good. The apartments are very spacious and I like the options they are now giving for flooring. Although my dad was upset when he thought about moving, he has told me more often that he wished he would have done this sooner. He thought it was going to be a nursing home and when he realized it wasn't, he was a raving fan. He feels he can live, come and go as he pleases and then spend time with his friends. It is a great community and worth visiting!

My dad got very ill over the last few days. The staff was amazing at keeping us informed. When he needed to go to the ER, [name removed] helped by getting his med list ready and was very helpful in calling for an abundance. [name removed] was amazing at keeping us updated on my Dad's pulse and condition when he returned to his room. The care and concern by the staff was amazing!!

We had a very nice program today. [Name removed] sang songs of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin - we all knew the words. [Name removed]'s voice is fabulous! He has a personality plus! I do hope we have him here in the future.

7 things to each day. Good staff. Friendly staff. Helpful staff. Fun staff. Good food. Good nutrition of food. Glad Dad's here. Good fit.

Have spent the week with my mother in her apartment. I enjoyed dinner in the dining room and participated in a craft event one evening. The staff has been friendly, courteous and helpful in all areas - front desk, wait staff and [name removed] in crafting. Her apartment services keep everything clean and reduce her need to do chores that are difficult for her and she can just enjoy her time. Our craft team was just what my mom needed and we enjoyed doing it together.

Comparatively speaking, this facility is impressive for these reasons: clean, bright large hallways, often see the help - visible, impressed with activities that we have observed. Decor - excellent. [Name removed] is not happy with food.

Today (and every time) the housekeeping staff does a very good job. Their work is done in a professional manner and they are friendly and courteous.

This is a very caring place to live. This is over 8 years that I have lived here. My needs, housekeeping are taken care of immediately when asked for. The services offered are great. This is a comfortable, relaxing place to retire to. Thanks so much.

Spacious facility, warm and inviting staff has been courteous and eager to fulfill our requests, esp the specific day to meet. We have all benefited from this bible study.

After an adjustment period he now calls Story Point home. The food is fantastic, my family frequently attends the third Sunday brunches. The staff are personable, caring and professional and per my fathers own statements "just fantastic". There are so many activities and outings that you can't help but find something you can fit into. This great attitude and environment really translates into happy Residents because just like the staff most of the Residents appear happy and are so friendly and welcoming. I recommend Story Point frequently to friends and neighbors with aging parents with full confidence that they will be as happy as we are.

Great! My family and I appreciate that our loved one has been thriving at StoryPoint, and we feel fortunate to have had this facility available to us here in Grove City.

Our family chose Independent Village because of the vulture of caring that was prevalent during our tour. Staff stopped and talked with each resident in a intimate manner. The facility was also wonderful. Indeed, out experience matches our initial impressions. IV staff loved on our Dad consistently and wonderfully. During the last two days of Dad's life at IV, staff come in off shift to see him and care for him one last time. My Dad, our Dad, had a blessed experience at IV. Thanks to all IV staff for their love and care for Dad!
