A quiet place to live.

This community is very good. Lots of entertainment. OSU football. Good dentist and doctors. We or I should say I love Powell.

All of the staff, assistants, and helpers are always willing to solve problems or give one suggestions on how to do so. I like being able to choose which activities I prefer to attend. The residents are friendly and try to assist each other if possible. StoryPoint Rockford is a pleasing and happy atmosphere in which to live!

Storypoint is a beautiful place to live. My mother is very happy and comments about how content she is. The staff are very accommodating and provide the best care. The food is exceptional. There is even a bus driver that will take you to store and to doctor appointments. Storypoint has thought of everything to make the living experience for your parent the best in the later years.

Friendly and helpful staff, neat and tidy. Delicious food (loved the zip sauce). I always enjoy visiting.

Good food, people and service!

All of the people that work there are loving and caring. The place itself is very nice. Atria at River Trail offers a lot of extra curricular activities for the people that live there.

Its a great place for my mom because it is so close to me and her apartment is nice they keep it clean and she seems to be doing well there

This was a great move for Mom! She really is happy at Glen Oaks. She reminds us frequently how nice everyone is there. We think so, too! In addition, the staff is super helpful and interacts so well with their residents. We are always impressed by what we witness between staff and residents and the obvious care and respect that is shared. Mom is safe, healthy and happy. She participates more in activities as they really do a nice job of making them fun and interesting. Her room is bright and sunny and always clean. She likes a little more room, so we were able to find a double room for her and use the extra bedroom space for a living area. She loves it! The facility as a whole looked great already, but is now going through a renovation to spruce it up. Our whole family is very happy with Glen Oaks and Staff! More importantly, Mom is very pleased with her new home!

This community is really nice, it is a really beautiful facility with wide hallways and I love the way that it is decorated. Love the attention to detail. It's a facility that I definitely want my parents to visit before they make their decision of where they want to live.

What I like most about IV Plymouth is a staff that is caring, friendly, says hello and calls you by name.

I like living at Independence Village of Plymouth for so many reasons. The staff, though always professional, know you by name and they are friendly, caring and helpful. The friendships made with other residents and the myriad of activities are outstanding. When you want to be alone that is also an option. But most of all, it is home! I have lived here for almost three years and after only a few months it was (and still is) home.

Great quiet room. Everyone smiling and cheerful. Beautiful decor. Delicious food. Variety of activities.

We have had a great experience right from the first phone call. We received immediate feedback and encountered extremely helpful and friendly staff. [Name removed] arranged for my husband and I to first come in to preview this Senior Community at our request and she was so thorough and helpful; then repeated the entire welcome process when we brought my father-in-law back. As he grappled with his decision to move from his current home, he asked to see the facility on a couple more occasions. Tara accommodated his request every time and without hesitance. Glad to say he is moving in next week and we are all happy with this decision. Excellent first impression and looking forward to having our father so close to us at this wonderful facility.

This is the place to be when you and/or your family member needs more care. Caring, loving and friendly home. Moved here with spouse 3 years ago. After he passed I was asked if I was moving back home. I said no this is home. Lots of activities and caring employees (should say family) to help and interact with.

It's like a family here. I love the support I've gotten during difficult times. When my family comes to visit they feel welcome and everyone is so helpful. Sharon from housekeeping came and got my skirt to iron it in between two weddings I was attending without my even asking. We are family. I enjoy Book Club. I like [name removed].

A very caring group of individuals within this complex which make it easy to have my mother who is going to be 97 thrive in this community. She graduated off hospice and I believe it's because of the care she is getting here.

My mom moved to Story Point and totally loves it. Everyone is so helpful and nice. They truly care. I am happy knowing Mom is well taken care of.

Story Point is a beautiful place to live. Everyone is so friendly. I will be helping my Dad re-locate soon and Story Point is our choice!

I love the congeniality of everyone who works at Story Point. The grounds are beautiful and the inside is as well. It smells nice at Story Point too. Story Point looks majestic because it is situated on a hill. I love the music and margaritas!
