When I count my blessings every morning, life at StoryPoint is right up there with my loving Lord and my children. We heard about StoryPoint being built several years ago when we were both having vision problems. We prayed about it and knew this was the place for us-we had two good years here before my husband went to be with the Lord in January 2019. I am now blessed to be surrounded with good friends to love and support me. I am blessed by the great dietary, maintenance, housekeeping, transportation, and activity staff. They are the best! I love having a delicious meal every evening that I don't have to cook and no clean up either!

Privacy is wonderful Plenty of activities. Love the outside talent they bring in every week We have nice social hours. We can have our pets here! We also have a lovely flower garden and I love being able to talk abound the property on the side walk

I have been a resident at Independence Village for 2 years. I love living here specially because the staff is very caring, friendly & they go above and beyond. The food I'd good as well, staff in the kitchen listens and is open to ideas and keep changing and I enjoy that. The servers are very mature. And I am often surprised by the politeness they have for being young.

I have been a resident of StoryPoint Saline for 2 years. I am pleased with my apartment and with the physical amenities. The meal selections are good and the waiters/servers give very good service. For me, the location was very important in my selection. This campus is close to Ann Arbor and all of the extra activities it has to offer. There is a major mall within 2 miles, and plenty of grocery stores/pharmacies close by.

StoryPoint is home to Mom. She enjoys meeting new friends and staff members who become family. The variety of social events and outings are always enjoyable. Knowing Mom is happy, safe and able to get assistance when or if she needs it is reassuring to her family. StoryPOintcame to our community at the right time and has been a welcome addition.

The facilities are lovely, the apartments are nicely laid out and maintained. The caregivers are kind and caring! If we have concerns or needs change the Executive Director is very prompt at addressing any of these. The food is delicious and the Chef keeps it new and varied. There are several dining options. There is always something residents can participate in, lots of music!

The entire process of placing my mother in this lovely community was stress-free. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. I am happy that she has found a comfortable home at The Waterford at Ames where she is safe and well taken care of by such a caring group of people. The Activites Director, [name removed] does such a good job with all the residents and really does a great job making sure everyone is having a good time. Keep up the great work Waterford at Ames.

Of all the places I have seen, none even come close to the love, community and care my parent received in the dementia care unit at StoryPoint. They do a fabulous job at selecting skilled employees with huge hearts and train them well. It feels like home, not only to the residents but to their families. My parent never wanted to be moved to a retirement or nursing home. Very shortly after moving to StoryPoint, she was calling it home and always looking forward to the tastiest meals. I can't say enough great things about both the facility and each and every staff member.

Luau with music. Had a wonderful time. 2 hours went by fast. Decorations and food were excellent. Looked like everyone had a good time. Would recommend that all activities are fun and interesting. There is always something for someone to do. Friendly place.

My parents moved to StoryPoint in January from the Chicago area to be closer to children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Since the move we've been blessed to have nearly fifty family members along with distant cousins come to celebrate their birthdays, something I'm sure wouldn't have happened in the Chicago area. StoryPoint provided locations in the facility to accommodate both parties and prepared a buffet style lunch for the celebrations. This is one of the reasons why I believe StoryPoint is the best place we could have helped Mom and Dad choose to live independently in their beautiful new two bedroom apartment. StoryPoint has a caring, helpful staff that my brothers, sister and I all know by name. StoryPoint is also close to the Parkview Medical Center, this makes helping Mom and Dad with doctor appointments very convenient. Our Mom is a very social person and is enjoying meeting new residents and being part of the book club and caregivers discussions. StoryPoint has numerous activities throughout the week for both to enjoy. Overall StoryPoint Fort Wayne has provided a wonderful experience and great location for me to spend time and help assist my parents. I would highly recommend considering StoryPoint Fort Wayne.

Wow this place is awesome, sign me up I'm not old enough yet but when I am I would love to live [at] a place like this. Great job by staff.

It is with very mixed emotions that we leave IVP. Already I have had a hard time controlling my tears! From the staff, to cooks, swers (how special they are) to housekeepers have left their mark on our lives. For their kindness we will always be grateful. My father moved into Powell Senior Living a month ago and he and our family couldn’t be more pleased! It’s like he’s living on a luxurious cruise ship where the whole staff wants to cater to his desires. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and each day is filled with fun activities! The food is great! My dad has no worries and has made many, many new friends! Seriously, this place is like a paradise! As I age into being a senior citizen, I will want to live here!
