My mother-in-law has lived at Atria for about one year. We have been extremely pleased with her care, the meals, and the facility. Most outstanding is the caring and friendly staff. Everyone seems to love their job and treat the residents very respectfully. My mother-in-law lived at another assisted living facility and Atria is so much better. We are very happy she is Atria.

We looked at numerous assisted living facilities for our mother in the area. Provision Living was far and away our number one choice. [Name removed] and the entire staff at Provision are excellent at their jobs and provide us peace of mind that our mother is being well cared for.

We have lived at StoryPoint Saline since its opening and have been very pleased with the Executive Directors, staff and services. Each one of them is professional, friendly and helpful; we feel enriched by their abilities to make our Community continually secure, vital and pleasant. We moved here before either one of us had a health problem, and feel confident and comfortable in our new 'neighborhood.' Mealtimes and many activities ensure our daily connections with other residents and have led to new friendships. Four levels of care - Independent Living, Enhanced Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care - are available to residents here, easing our concerns about aging challenges. The Wellness department, care associates and rehab team are dedicated to making that care happen. One of us has been a member of the Resident Advisory Council since its inception. Rather than pursuing individual agendas, we have a Council with an overall view of what a Senior Community should be. The Council's relationship with our ED is very open and constructive as we talk to other residents and bring concerns to RAC. Together, we have succeeded in enacting solutions to deficiencies in the original planning and construction of the building so as to achieve every resident's safety and wellbeing. RAC members also liaise with individual Department Heads to ensure communication and attention to challenges as they arise in maintaining this StoryPoint's excellent facilities and operation. We are grateful to be living here.

Waterford staff was very kind and friendly. Community is very clean and inviting. We will be placing my loved one in The Waterford once she is discharged from the hospital.

I have been to 2 other facilities and have found that StoryPoint is by far the best. One thing I really enjoy is the full kitchen and outside sitting area in each apartment.

StoryPoint is a great place for me to refer residents to if an assisted living or independent living is what they are wanting. They have brought residents to the facility if they can not get their own transportation for them to look at the facility. Its a gorgeous facility and I'm glad to be able to work so well with them.

There is a community and activities that I enjoy. Everybody try’s to talk to everybody else and it keeps things fresh around here. The food changes everyday and that offers you different choices.

I have lived at Storypointe for over a year and my experience has been superb. The staff is friendly, the management listens and the therapy staff goes above and beyond. The Genesis therapy team works hard to make me my best and it is great to have that service.

I enjoy living at storypointe because it is peaceful, I do not need to worry about cleaning, cooking and there is so many nice people.

My Mom was one of the first residents in the new Saline StoryPoint Residence. We have been so pleased with the total experience of her independent living. She receives the support she needs for transportation, health issues and safety. Her life is enriched with activities and a community around her of familiar staff and friends whenever she chooses to participate. The culinary staff is always asking for feedback and offers amazing variety each evening. And holidays are extra fun with the building decorations inside and out.

People who live there are so wonderful! Any senior - especially with home health care - would be thoroughly blessed to live at New England Club! And the food is great. So is the staff.
