I love it here. The staff is so good to me. They are caring and also the residents. They are an extended family. The activities are wonderful. I feel very safe here. Maintenance and housekeeping does super job. Meals and service do a great job, food is the best. I can't think of a better place to live. Everything I need is here. Thanks to all of you!

The food is wonderful and so is the staff.

The facility is bright and cheerful and the employees interacted with the residents in a loving and humorous way. I love the soft intro events like the cocktail mix-ology. No pressure and fun - brilliant!

Fantastic place to live! Best option we found and we are delighted for our mom/mother in law. She is active, well fed with excellent food, enjoys her fellow residents, is healthier than she has been in some time and cared for by warm and wonderful staff. Storypoint is a truly special place. Highly recommend it!

Storypoint outshined every other community as we researched options And they fulfilled all promises made once our mother/in-law moved in. She is happier than we could have imagined and when we visited for a week, we saw firsthand how remarkable the staff, food, activities and culture is throughout Storypoint. We highly recommend Storypoint-Chesterton. It is beautiful and full of life!

My wife and I moved into Spring Meadows. We toured 11 Independent/Assisted/Memory Care facilities in Aurora, Lisle, Naperville and Oswego. We looked not for places to live but where we didn't want to live with first hand knowledge. We returned to our top three picks with family many times and unannounced visits to see how we were treated. Downsizing is a major life event and I want to be able to sleep at night knowing I made the best decision. The "Cream" does rise to the top and Spring Meadows is what I was expecting and have no complaints after 3 months. The in house activities and Genesis on site therapy is exactly what my wife and I need. I would recommend the Spring Meadows facility to anyone looking to downsize. By the way, my wife and I are sleeping fine at night!!

This was a great community, and their main advantage is offering a range of service levels (independent, assisted, and memory care). The assisted living units were by far the best accommodations I've seen for keeping a married couple together. I really liked that they offered floorplans equivalent to the same size and layout as their independent living offerings. The kitchenette had high quality counters and a full size refrigerator. There are even washer and dryers in the assisted living units. This is definitely a top option. I'm glad that I could take a tour and I'm very comfortable recommending it to my parents.

[Name removed] was great. She gave us a tour and she is willing to help in any way that she can in order to get my mom prepared to move in at Ponder Creek Estates. We really liked the facility and Us kids think that mom will be very comfortable there.

[Name removed] took me on a beautiful tour of Anson. The apartments, the common spaces, the garden areas are beautiful! Residents that I saw on my tour seemed happy and friendly as did the people at the front desk. I did not know retirement living could be like Anson. It is very different from what I grew up with.

When anyone asks me, "Do you still like living at StoryPoint?" I always answer (with a smile), "What's not to like?" Especially with the accommodations, FOOD, friendly people, FOOD, great activities, FOOD, all staff that are so helpful, FOOD.

Never could I have imagined living in a place as great as StoryPoint!

In looking for a facility for my mother I was very impressed. Professional organization, friendly staff and spacious facility.

Amazing, caring and compassionate. Great, fun and exciting atmosphere. Spectacular food!!! All around, one of the best Assisted Living communities in central Ohio. Highly recommended!

My Grandmother recently moved into this community and I must say my expectations have been exceeded by far more than I imagined. We moved her in on a weekend since I live out of town and wanted to be there to assist my parents. I was pleasantly surprised when we were greeted by the head Chef, [name removed] if my mind serves me right. She was extremely helpful and so very kind. She made Nana feel comfortable and welcome right from the start. She offered to help get Nana situated and offered her a seat in the dining room as it was nearing lunch. We ended up staying for lunch with Nana and the food was amazing! The servers were very kind and [name removed] came back to ensure we were satisfied with our meal. The Nursing Aides were very kind and helpful and kept Nana busy while we got her room set up. Needless to say, I was extremely happy with the care and compassion not only Nana received but we as the family received as well. I know we made the right choice for Nana and look forward to visiting when we come back into town. AND there will be a plus 2 for lunch! Simply delicious!

Dear Chef [name removed] and Kitchen staff, I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your kindness in preparing food and traps for me during my "health" problems...your good food keeps me going and I don't have to exert myself to come down to Dining Room! You are great!! Thank you. I just have to tell you how much I enjoyed today's menu (special). Breakfast was good as always. Lunch was just extra delicious. I love the "yam" casserole and the "spinach" casserole! My dinner - hamburger was cooked perfectly (you did it!) medium rare! and I always enjoy the tasty ""FF" and desserts when I am able!

It is very convenient here. Close to the mall. The staff is very friendly.

No complaints, I like everything.

Excellent care, condition, personal. Makes our lives enjoyable. I can not say enough for what they have done for me - a stroke survivor.
