My mother has been at the Manor at Steeplechase for 10 years. I have ALWAYS felt that the people on staff were a part of my team for taking care of my mom. The food, the activities, mostly the friends that she has made both in residents and staff members have made such a difference in my moms quality of life. This place has been such an answer to prayer. I love that my mom gets to be a blessing in others lives as well as others have richly blessed her life. I have personally learned from sitting around the dinner table with other residents that there’s so much going on in their minds and life experiences that I love spending time whenever I can. Thank you everyone it shows that you are true heroes and you see your time there is more than just a job but pouring kindness in the lives of everyone.

Ive lived there for 6 years and I feel safe and secure. The staff is friendly and helpful: they really care about the residents. I am very happy with my life at Oxmoor Lodge.

After my grandma died about two years ago it was time to evaluate my grandpa living on his own. He is still very independent, however he missed companionship and friendship. After touring multiple facilities it was obvious that StoryPoint was superior to others! Over this last year of him living independently, his mental health has improved so much. He has a great group of friends that have brought him so much joy. The staff is incredible and includes the families with all kinds of get together. Today, with COVID they have taken every precaution possible and still entertain the residents daily. The joy it brings me having him so close and so happy this past year is overwhelming gratitude for every employee at StoryPoint! I cannot day enough this facility is the best of the best!!

I like the measures they have taken to protect us during The virus. Food is good. Best activities -[name removed] is great.

Expensive but you get what you pay for generally.

Pearl Crossing has been a wonderful environment for my Mom. It's cheerful, helpful and very aware of every resident's needs. The staff is so friendly and caring, especially the girls who deliver meals and snacks. Thanks for all you do.

My Mom has lived at New England Club for over 5 years now. We are always impressed by how all the employees know Mom by name, even when she's simply walking down the hallway and they're passing by! I don't know all the employees' names but all of them have demonstrated true care and concern for Mom and a friendly spirit. The housekeeper is always friendly and efficient; the meal deliverers are smiling and engaging. Thank you, everyone for making it feel like a true community.

Know that my sister, [name removed], is very happy being a resident at the New England Club! Thank you and God bless you all ! [name removed] that is a receptionist, and [name removed]...I think that is the lady’s name that cleans my sister apartment are lovely, kind ladies! Again, God bless you all .... abundantly!

When I go to help my mom, the staff is always smiling and friendly.

Our sister thinks of Willow Park as her home. She loves the people and especially appreciates and loves her therapist from Legacy, Everyone is very kind to her and she appreciates everyday she is able to be there. She brags about the management and loves the food. Good job by all.

Our mother has always been treated with the utmost respect and concern for her safety. We appreciate all that they have done for her.

Y’all have been fabulous to both of our parents ... our mom [name removed] Who required SO MUCH care until her death December 2019... she live her last 14 months in a truly caring environment ... and then there is our father [name removed] who appreciated EVERYONE for caring for him and our mother and now he had a new life at “THE CLUB” with [name removed].... y’all made The COVID tolerable for all of us, keeping all the residents safe and healthy. We also had 2 grandmothers there as residents in the late 80’s and 90’s.... we all LOVE THE CLUB!!

During our lockdown and quarantine periods the residents of Willow Park have been kept well informed. Being well cared for and well fed also make us feel like a real family. Our housekeepers and management care for us much like healthcare workers would. They are especially appreciated. Thanks to all of you.

As a healthcare professional, I work closely with other communities. Carmel Senior Living has always exceeded my expectations. They are always very professional, prompt and helpful. We have referred many residents to their community because we know they will be well taken care of.

It is very convient to live here. It is close to the mall and shopping. The staff has kept us safe during the conorni vitae.also they did A great job during the recent tornado. To keeping us safe.

My parents, who are in their 90s, have resided (with their dog) in an independent living apartment at Storypoint in Rockford for a year and a half. The services provided have met their every need, from maintenance to urgent health care. The entire facility is lovely, and I truly can’t say enough about how nice, caring, and capable the staff is. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, while the facility is, by State of Michigan mandate, closed to visitors, the management has made extra efforts to keep the residents safe, entertained and engaged.
