StoryPoint Saline was extremely helpful with moving my parents in during the pandemic and just overall wonderful to work with. They have been amazing with activities throughout the pandemic, they have managed to do so much to keep the residents busy. The food is fantastic, they are chef prepared meals and the dining rooms are partially open again. They have been great with communication and send out newsletters, emails, zoom visits, etc. It is a beautiful, well maintained facility and the staff are terrific. I would definitely recommend them.

I am pleased I am living here. I look forward to eating in the dining room and continental breakfast with house mates.

I have lived here almost 3 years. I am always happy and really feel loved and spoiled. Everyone on the staff takes very good care of us. The activities are great. The food is always wonderful. I enjoy working on the puzzles with other residents.

I love living here, the staff is very polite and helpful. This facility is very clean and smells pleasant. I use to live her with my wife [name removed], who has now passed on. My children like this place so much they wanted me to come back and live our the rest of my days here. I'm familiar with the staff and they are always nice to me and the food is delicious. :)

The staff cares for it's residents and treats them well. They did a great job working with families during covid. It's impressive they were covid-free for so long!

Amazing facility with great service!

Everyone here is Fabulouse.

The staff has been awesome. They know that there is a distance between my loved one and us. [name removed] is really good at keeping us updated. There are several activities for the residents to choose from to participate in. Holiday, Bingo, arts and crafts are just a few activities, and there is a weekly calendar of events.

My Mother spent over two years at IVP. She enjoyed the clean, comfortable room. All of the associates were pleasant and interreacted with her in a caring way. The last year was thru a difficult time of Covid, but the staff kept everyone informed of the situation, arranged outdoor visits when weather permitted and allowed for compassion visits when needed. Special arrangements were also made for the meals to be delivered during this time and she enjoyed the visits to the snack area. She enjoyed the Popcorn and other special activities! We would recommend this facility to others.

The food they serve at the community is very good, and the activities are also very good. I do think the value is at a good cost and I just really enjoy it. The residents are very friendly, the staff members are excellent. We have received really good care during the pandemic. There has only been a few residents who tested positive, but it was never an issue and it did not spread.

Mom moved from AL to Memory Care late last year. Since moving into Memory Care, she has improved both mentally and physically. Because of the pandemic, we have not been able to see her. We have had to rely 100% on the care of the staff. I can say without a doubt, they have most likely saved mom's life. She went from isolation to socializing and doing activities that she wouldn't have done otherwise if the Memory Care staff wasn't there for her. They truly care about mom's well being and they are excellent at keeping the family informed of mom's health and progression. Mom has been in IV Skilled Nursing, Independent Living, Assisted Living and now Memory Care. I love the care they have given her all the along way and appreciate that we can stay with the same facility throughout mom's journey.

The staff members were very very proficient getting us through this covid lock down. I am in a studio apartment, and it is very nice, comfortable and cozy. The food here is also really good, it is cook well and very nutritious. I would absolutely recommend this community to others.
