Everything has been good but if I have something to say I'll let you know.

I would give you a 9 if I could. The servers could be more patient and attentive to the residents needs in the dining room. They're hard to get a hold of and they don't pay attention. Friendly staff, everyone know my name. Card games should not be put on the calendar if no one is there to start the games (staff). Sometimes I go down to the cafe and no other residents will be playing so I go back to my room.

Adequate on a scale of 1-5 I'll give you a 6! More trips!

The staff are very pleasant, kind and considerate! It's nice to go down to the dining room. There is a variety of activities and lots of food options.

We are well taken care of and happy. The food is delicious. The staff is absolutely amazing!

A wonderful place for seniors!

Our mother had been home with caregivers when we made the decision to move her to Senior Star. It was the best decision we could've made. She receives excellent care and is treated with kindness and compassion. She turned 100 during the very beginning of the pandemic, so the celebration we planned had to be put on hold. But the staff at Senior Star made cards, decorated her room, sung her happy birthday, and made it a very special day. We highly recommend this place.

I had to move my parents into assisted living very quickly, and Senior Star was very accommodating. It was obvious that meeting the needs of my parents was definitely a priority! Everyone we have met there has been helpful and willing to do anything necessary to help. My parents moved in a few weeks before the Covid shutdowns so it has been hard to fully understand and use the amenities available. I also don't know many people by name since we had limited time going inside the building. Even with the shutdown, my parents and their dog have been well cared for.

We chose Three Creeks because it was very clean and the rooms were nice here. It felt like a better facility overall. My grandmother seems to be happy with her room size, she has just moved over to the assisted living side. She said the food has gone downhill a little bit since covid, but seems to be getting a little better. But she still thinks they could improve in this area. I also think they should provide more activities for the residents, especially right now. Her favorite part about the community so far would be that she really likes the residents and staff members here.

I struggled to find a facility for my brother who at the time was only 58 years old. The Senior Star was willing to take a younger resident & helped me with a program that fit my brother. With their care my brother actually improved over the last 2 years. Thank you, thank you for all your care & support!

I really like the customer service - people are very friendly and willing to help me!

The food is like being in a restaurant, very good! All the caregivers are very professional, good and friendly. Therapy has been great as well. Have gotten great electronics support from the executive director which was helpful during this covid time.

People here are so nice - they keep me company and the food's very good. I have no complaints!

It gives me peace of mind knowing mom is safe and being looked after very well. The staff is fantastic and go well beyond their duties with the residence.

Felt at home the minute we walked in. Staff is warm and engaging. Lots of great activities and entertainment. The menu each night looks like a great variety and I wish I could eat here more! We have attended several brunches and holiday events - always first class and the building is decorated beautifully.

Excellent place to live

It has been g wonderful experience for our mother. The staff communicates well when issues arise. The staff is open to change and promotes transparency with their policies and procedures. Improvement ideas are 1) develop an outside area for in person visits that is more appealing (kind of in the parking lot now) 2) put together a form for clients to request items for the family to provide; such as soap, shampoo, depends etc...

Mostly respects the staff. Helpful, caring, knowledgeable. Appreciate that during this COVID mess StoryPoint has kept us amused, safe and well fed. Grateful that none of us have physically been affected. Loves that everyone truly wants to do their best and tries.

[Name removed] and I both feel this is the best place to be. We don't think there is a better place. Best things my wife doesn't have to cook, and the staff is outstanding. Everything they have done during this COVID mess is amazing. You can still drive by my old house and see the divots in my front lawn where I dragged my heels. Best decision I've made.
