In [date removed] My brother and I spent much time researching and visiting places for our 95 yr. old Dad. Our first time at IV of Plymouth, we knew our search was over. This place is clean, beautiful with a warm atmosphere. His studio apartment fits him perfectly. The staff is friendly, patient, compassionate and attentive. The availability of on-site health care was a must for us and has worked out very well. There are many activities for residents. Our Dad is not very social, but the staff encourages him without pressure. The food is excellent with ups and downs through the pandemic. They are always striving to keep it at a high level. We are very fortunate that he moved here before the pandemic. They have done everything possible to keep residents safe and secure. We are very grateful that our Dad lives at IV of Plymouth and now calls it home.

Everyone is happy over here! Mom did not want to move from home, even though home was not an option any longer. The first day was filled with anxiety, the staff was amazing! She started the day asking me to take her back home, she finished the day humming a song to herself. I cannot over recommend IVP, they are wonderful, and everyone seems to be happy here. We absolutely loved [name removed], she is wonderful. [name removed] the Executive Director is second to none. She sings songs with Mom! The staff knows everyone by name. You will never regret moving your loved one to IVP. Mom is happy again now!

We chose Spring Leaf Place because of the location and the type of apartment, it is not assisted living just independent. They also had a ground floor option available. My mom is in a 1 bedroom and it is perfect for her needs. They do offer 2-3 bedrooms as well and offer garages. They do have a rec room with workout equipment and and Wii. They also have movie nights in here and a library. It is a very close knit community and they all look out for each other. It has been really wonderful for my mom and it has changed her for the better. I would highly recommend them to others looking.
