Clean, friendly staff, and a great community of fun loving residents. If you need a new a place for your parents or your looking for a community for yourself with a fun cruise like atmosphere you need look no longer. Just stop by for a tour and you'll see why you need not look any further. Best senior living in all of Northwest Indiana

They're wonderful with their clients. If you request something, they're on it, like right now. They keep up on the bloodwork and make sure the residents are seen by the doctor when they need to be. They try to assist the family any way that they can, especially through the challenges of the pandemic. They offer Individualized activities, and would sit one-on-one with the residents to do things like arts and crafts with them. There was always something for the residents to do. They've come up with some pretty unique things too, like going fishing in a pool, artwork and papier mache. Even the staff will make stuff for the residents and make it special for them. Independence Village was a godsend, and they were so good to my loved one.

The staff is very caring and compassionate. they have a baby grand piano in the lobby to play and I choose Dominion because it was a caring, compassionate, and loving community. I would recommend this community to others.

I really liked Oxmoor Lodge. It was a beautiful facility. The food here really impressed me and also they had a laundry facility 2 doors down from where my loved one would have stayed which was great. The access to everything was excellent as well.

Best fit for our situation. Initially did Zoom interview and tour with [name removed]. She was exceptional, A+. After interview decided to do in-person tour of Independent Living with "Home Court Advantage". This option provided independent living for dad and help as needed "ala carte" for mom. [name removed] also arranged a last minute tour of the assisted living building with [name removed]. She was also very helpful. Both facilities were filled with happy residents, lots of activity despite post covid. This is my first choice.

Absolutely loved the facilities and the thorough tour. Felt like home for mom already. Hoping to sign her up in The next week. [name removed] was the best!!!!!!!

We liked the facility because we felt like they were going to take good care of our loved one. My brother is here and gets 2 meals a day, light cleanings, and check ins. The meals here are chef prepared and he really enjoys them. They offer a lot here, he has a balcony and a nice apartment. I do wish he could have more interactions with people but due to covid that hasn't been the case quite yet. I would recommend to others looking.

Both of my parents had to unexpectedly make the tough decision to move to the memory care and independent living sides. Independence Village was so wonderful helping us arrange things quickly to move in. The staff is friendly and helpful with caring for both of my parents. Taking a tough situation and making it safe and as best for both of them. I’m so thankful knowing my parents are being cared for well.

We chose Danbury Woods because of the friendliness of the admissions director, the cost, as well as the overall facility itself. The room sizes here are good it was plenty of space for what she needed, they are private rooms which is nice. The staff members here are very honest, my mom brought in a lot of cash and they counted it right away and then had us sign something. After she passed away, they brought it right to our house. They went above and beyond in taking care of us and I would absolutely recommend them.

I would strongly suggest you go here. It has been very friendly. They have done a wonderful job of caring for my mother. The communication is outstanding, anytime there is a change they call to let me know of the update. They have some ponds and courtyards on the grounds. The memory care has a lock down courtyard for the residents to use.

StoryPoint looks like a beautifully maintained & comfortable environment, and the rates look to be very fair for value. Hearing about the staff care and compassion for the residents helps ease this transition for all of us.

The people here are all friendly. They are keeping us safe and help us doing things. Love the people who work here.
