My Mother has been at Story Point since October and they have exceeded all of our expectations. They do a very good job at keeping residents busy and care for them like family. Everyone we've dealt with has been friendly and knowledgeable and seem to truly enjoy their jobs. They've been very helpful during this difficult time with covid and it's makes it easier to know that even during the times of no visitation I rested assured that my Mother was getting the best care. She's very happy with all of the meals and can't stop talking about how good the food is.

This is a very nice place, great. I would recommend it. I have recommended it. Staff is very good. The best feature is the dining facilities because they are very neat and comfortable. The Independence Village family is the best way to describe all who give of themselves to others here. Everyone is friendly, thoughtful, skilled, and professional. Most importantly they care from the heart. They treat all of our respective family members as though they were their own. I have developed a trust in them and feel at ease knowing my loved one is loved and safe.

My late great-grandma loved living here at IV. She thought the staff was friendly and the food was great and the overall environment was clean and welcoming. I wholeheartedly agree with her. It is was definitely a top-of-the-line facility with wonderful care and thoughtful staff. I would recommend IV to anyone looking for a great senior community.
