StoryPoint has really nice people here. My room is laid out just the way I need it. All of the staff here is just lovely. This is a really great place to live.

The food here is just magnificent. I like everything about living here. I picked out a room on the first floor and look out on the garden court from my patio and it is just beautiful.

StoryPoint Union is a beautiful new retirement facility, with professional, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. From the initial visit, the staff helped us understand the process and answered every question with kindness and respect.

Everyone was so welcoming and an immediate source of help when I moved into StoryPoint. [name removed] was so caring when I was ill recently and checked on me all the time. He didn't forget about me and it was like having my grandson here.

My parents really enjoy Independence Village. It is very cost-effective. They like that they have the ability to add services as needed. My mom really likes the activities. We like the location, close to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The best. This place is clean and beautiful. They have many activities. Exercise, movies, crafts, beauty shop, good restaurants. The workers are like family. This our home and we love it here.

I would have rated friendliness a 6. The staff is wonderful. I would recommend them to others. The rooms sizes are adequate. They have an outdoor space for residents to use. Location and convenience it the reason we chose Senior Star at Weber Place.

I chose Waterford because the staff are so attentive. If you need something they are there to help. Also, the food and activities are good. Here's to Waterford!

The people here are so nice and friendly, plus the food is great. The staff does everything they can to help the residents to remember everybody's name now so I can't leave.

I wanted a new place to call home. My house was too big and my yard was too much for me to take good care of all by myself. When I came to visit I was impressed with the set up and the people are so nice.

Location= easy to find, buidling= beautiful, inside: rooms 'just your size,' staff A+ and always ready to help and here for us. This is our home!

An excellent facility that is well kept, with polite and helpful people. 3 meals a day and five-star facility.

StoryPoint has been a true Blessing. My mom is full blooded Japanese, always stayed home and cleaned house and raised us and grandkids. Went to church every Sunday. My dad passed away 8 years ago. After 57 Yrs of marriage she was alone. With medical issues she was not able to drive. She is now 90 Yrs old. For the most part self sufficient. Her house had too many steps and she had fell down them twice. Once requiring 36 stitches in her head where it hit concrete. With increased instability and having had pneumonia 2 Yrs in a row I the winter months, we sent her to my sisters in TX. She enjoyed the visit but wanted to be home. StoryPoint has given her her own space, freedom to do and choose activities, socialize,but most of all peace of mind for all her family and loved ones and her dog gets to stay there too. She still owns her home, but her things are with her that give her comfort. She has 2bedrooms 2 baths her own laundry plenty of closets for storage and a fully equipped kitchen. She likes baths and they installed a new tub in her unit, so she has a tub and shower. All of the staff is so kind and thoughtful. Everyone really cares. We are blessed to have them and though It’s hard on anyone to leave their home this is the best alternative. If she ever needs assisted living they provide that too. If your looking for a new home, or a safe place for your loved ones I suggest looking at StoryPoint. We looked and looked and we are confident this was the right place for our mom.

My favorite employee is [name removed]! Lots of heart and love. She very dedicated. There's plenty of wonderful people that work here, but don't know the names of all the ones who make this a great place for my uncle to live. There's a really nice guy that takes my uncle the snacks I leave at the front desk. Thanks to all.
