We find the facility very clean. The permanent staff is wonderful and we consider them family, sometimes the outside staff that they bring in can be a hit or miss. We did have a turkey dinner meal there and that was really good, but other than that we do not have any other experience with the meals. The activities are not limited, they bring in special entertainment which is great. We like the fact the change things around every half hour - two or three times our loved one is getting physical therapy.

beautiful - peaceful room. hallway, even the elevator are always clean. no bad smells. meals (supper) are always hot/very warm and very good.

My loved one is not wanting to eat, so the community has tried to bringing other items that my loved one may like to encourage eating. However, my loved one still won't eat. I would recommend you check out Danbury of Millersburg. I have been impressed with what they have done with my loved one. It has been a pleasant experience and they're caring, loving, and supportive of the family and residents. The community has been able to assist with eating, toileting, bathing, and more for my loved one's care. The staff are very nice to work with any of our questions or concerns. You definitely receive the care that you pay for.

This is a wonderful community with caring and great staff who are very helpful. They are also compassionate. They were able to assist with the care of my loved one during their short stay. The staff were great at accepting and bringing my loved one into the community. I wish we would have been able to see more of the care available; however, my loved one didn't make it long prior to passing.

This was a nice community but they offered the same care as another community that I was looking at and it was more expensive than that community. I know that it was due to the location and where the community is at. THis community was impressive but just too much cost to the budget that was set for my loved one.

Independence Village Plymouth recently hosted a week long "Village Voyager Cruise Week" inside the Living Facility. Each day was packed with an incredible variety of Cruise Theme activates, snacks, treats and dinners. The employees and staff at the Independence Village Plymouth created very safe, very clean and welcoming 5-star experience for all the residents. Families were even included on some of the events. Dolphin Rides, Wildlife Safari, Captain Dinner .... and many, many more. What is even more amazing is that the staff and employees make sure every day the residents are the top priority. The safety and cleanliness at the Independence Village Plymouth always reflects professional care.

my loved one has been a resident of Bayfield for 3 years. the staff has always been and continues to be welcoming and provides exceptional care. we are happy to be a part of the Bayfield community!

This community is amazing! The staff absolutely adore their residents and truly love their jobs. The community events are super fun and enjoyable for everyone! The food here is great. I have volunteered her a few times for their events and the interactions between the staff and residents is the reason why I will choose Heritage Hill when the time comes for me to choose a place for my loved one!

I like it here. everyone is sociable and friendly. I love the activities. I probably should go to more but I love it. I love being able to go to church with the shuttle. the wellness team is great and the food is excellent. they give us plenty of options. I would recommend it here.

it's a good place. I have everything that I need. if I had the opportunity to go somewhere else, I wouldn't. the activities are great. I try to attend as many as I can.

clean, quiet, well organized community compared to others in this area. staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. residents always seem pleased and do not have any complaints.

wonderful place for my grandma to spend her final years. the staff were so helpful and caring!!! they were a huge help in the transition process and even helped get hospice arranged for my grandmother. would highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and fun filled assisted living location.

They are very welcoming at this community and helped me with everything with my loved one getting settled in. This community made us feel like we mattered to them and treated us with respect and care.

Clean, beautiful, friendly staff are only 3 adjectives I would use to describe this facility. As a hospice social worker, I am welcomed with respect. Heritage Hill is my #1 go to in Tuscola county for my patients.
