Laurus Home Care has done an amazing job with our loved one. The caretakers and staff truly have a love and passion for what they do. Our loved one's needs are both challenging and complex, and they have met the challenge. Through the pandemic we know and hear through our loved one's calls with us that he has never been forgotten. I have enjoyed living here the last 15 years. This is a very clean and safe environment. The food is excellent and there's lots of variety. The activities are the BEST! The works are very cooperative and courteous

I have reached the age of 95, u was 84 when i moved in. My son brought me here when i signed up, moved in the next day. we have great transportation, to doctors, shopping, beauty shops, post office. Pickup our food in our cafe for dinner, we are in our dining room. I enjoy our large assortment and variety of good. Our baker makes our variety (so good) breads. I think i'll stay awhile!! Great games, they sure keep us entertained, games music, etc. etc.!!!

My sisters and I placed our 94-year-old mom in Grandhaven Living Center in 2018. Selecting GLC is the best decision we made in caring for our mom. Between the amazing Care team members, friendly residents, and family visits, she adjusted quickly to her new surroundings. The staff are well-trained and genuinely love and care for their residents. The food is good, with variety and choice, Mom’s room is kept immaculate, and there are wonderful activities, both morning and afternoon. During the lockdown of COVID the only thing comforting us was knowing the love and support mom was getting from her amazing caregivers. We do not have words to express our love and appreciation for the staff and caregivers at GLC. No place is perfect and there have been a few hick-ups along the way. Staff are always willing to listen to us and do whatever is needed to resolve our concerns and accommodate our wishes to our satisfaction.

We chose Story Point because of the sincerity that I saw in the staff and the time we were put in here was during covid and the hospice care was very excellent and they were very compassionate towards the residents as well as the families. My mom enjoys the meals but I do think that they could use more variety and have more choice. They do a great job with their activities and always have something going on. Overall I would recommend to others who are looking and already have.

My grandma recently moved to StoryPoint. From day one, the staff has been so nice, even helping us move my grandma's luggage into her apartment on the day she moved in. We are very happy.

Over several months of touring senior communities, we can honestly say we found our Dad's new HOME when we walked in the front doors. From the warm greeting from the receptionist, to the activities and friendly staff, StoryPoint was our 1st choice. So happy Dad is experiencing the best life he possibly can. 5+ stars.

I have the privilege of coming to StoryPoint daily to provide therapy for the residents. The residents are awesome, and the care staff is exceptional. I would recommend this community.

I love it! Everyone is friendly, courteous, and makes you feel better. Very helpful. Not one single person has been disrespectful or ugly. I wasn't happy with previous place, and this is a complete turn around. A blessing for my family knowing I'm well taken care of. Peace of mind.
