Light, airy, well planned many activities for residents, very friendly staff.

The community is very very nice and our tour was complete as we toured rooms, all areas, dining, etc. All very neat and well kept. The meal was excellent. I would suggest the community to those who I know who might need such a place to reside.

I would highly recommend Independence Village living and Laurus Care. My mother was very happy, great care from caregivers, a beautiful community. They truly loved my mother and treated her like family.

I work for Compassus Hospice and have to say that the administration all the way down at this facility is just amazing. I enjoy working with them here and always feel like we are one big family. I look forward to many more years of serving our community members together.

We have worked with Heritage Hill for years. Their facility is warm, loving, and feels like a home! the staff cares for their residents as if they were their own family. I would highly recommend a tour and a conversation with their team, to anyone looking for loving care for their loved ones.

I walk into Heritage Hill and am always welcomed with a smile and open arms! The staff goes above and beyond when it comes to caring for residents!! Staff members make this facility feel like a home - and you can see that when you interact with the residents and are aware of how happy and pleasant they are!! :)

Moving my mom into storypoint was a positive experience! [name removed] and [name removed] went out of their way to make my mother feel loved and welcomed into her new home! Any questions I had were addressed promptly, professionally and reassuring! I am thankful that we found this community.

Our family had an in person tour and across the board everything was positive. The staff were over the top friendly. We liked the layout of the community, it is smaller and the apartments are more modern. It was our top choice, but our loved one was just not financially comfortable living there.

We had a really good tour experience with Gaslight Village. But after talking with them we just felt that my loved one needed more care than they were able to provide him.

Very welcoming. The staff is very sensitive to the onboarding process of your loved and how hard the transition may be in the beginning. They are very friendly and communicative and very transparent. They let you know what is going on.

Storypoint has been an amazing community for my family for the last 2+ yrs. With all the challenges and staff changes that came with Covid related issues, they have maintained an exceptional level of fun, safety and comfort for its residents! I would highly recommend! They go above and beyond to keep residents healthy, active and young!!!! Thank you Storypoint!

The staff have all been wonderful. They embrace everybody. It's also a very pet friendly community, which was a huge deal for my dad. They treat his dog like another family member. My dad is so happy with the food. He has enjoyed every single meal, and that is not at all typical for him. It's like home cooking, and they have a great variety. They serve three meals a day, and plenty of meat, which he loves. My daughter gets to come with me to visit, and they totally embrace both of us. We're there often, and that never seem to bother anybody. Their schedule of activities looks great. And I think it's an amazing value.

I chose StoryPoint Libertyville because it had a nice feel to it and I really enjoyed meeting people when I took the tour. It was also lees expensive than the facility that I was previously at before this. I would recommend to others looking.

The staff really sticks us to us, you can tell they care about each and every individual and they get to know them on a very personal level. They have been absolutely wonderful. It is expensive but worth every penny. Overall it has been a super positive experience and we would highly recommend Sunrise to other families.

This community was recently reopened with new owners and new management! It was updated very nicely and the staff is friendly. I noticed different activities happening while we were there and residents smiling. Looking forward to another visit!

We chose Gaslight Village because we knew people who had past experiences there and they had all good things to say about them. The staff seem to provide very good personal care which is a plus. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.
